Отель выглядит довольно старым, но при этом уютным. Прекрасное расположение в сердце старого города. Персонал неплохо говорит по-английски, что встречается нечасто в Монтевидео. Любезно отвечали на все вопросы и помогли заселиться раньше времени заезда. Завтрак очень скудный, но мы и не рассчитывали на что-то большее. Особо хочется отметить, что отель нуждается в ремонте, т.к. сантехника старая, стены и мебель кое-где пошарпаны и изношены. Но больше всего расстроили полотенца и постельное белье в номерах: они чистые, но очень старые, застиранные, и нуждаются в замене. Отелю следует обратить на это особое внимание.

Great location, facilities and hotel ambiance.  Staff was attentive although the service on the 10th floor restaurant was very slow.  Also the service at breakfast could have been a bit faster.  The dinner experience was good and the food quality very good.  Will highly recommend this hotel.

La position est bonne, à pied sur la place indépendante et sur la mer. Le Wi-Fi est un peu mauvais. Il est peut-être malade.

El hotel tiene un concepto diferente a lo conocido, tiene zonas como la cocina que está súper equipada para que el huésped se pueda preparar sus alimentos. Livings donde también se interactúa con el resto de la gente. Las instalaciones son amplias, cómodas y bien decoradas. Piscina en el piso 7mo con vista a la costa un spa completo, habitaciones grandes con camas inmensas y ropa blanca de calidad. La atención del personal es más que esmerada. Hay cocheras con cargo y una cafetería. Está ubicado a 40m de la costanera en un entorno seguro y hermoso. Me sorprendió por su concepto diferente pero me gustó la idea, seguro volveremos!

Radisson Montevideo Victoria Plaza Hotel is located at Plaza Independencia. It is within walking distance to Ciudad Vieja, museo Andes, Metropolitan Cathedral, and Solís Theatre. The hotel is situated about 45 minutes drive to Carrasco International Airport. We stayed at Radisson Montevideo Victoria Plaza for 3 nights, and I must say that the services provided exceeded our expectations. From the customer service representatives at the reception, housekeeping, all the staff at breakfast and Arcadia restaurants did their best to make our stay very comfortable and felt welcomed. The breakfast restaurant is located on the 25th floor overlooking the harbour and breakfast menu exceeded our expectations. There are a variety of croissants and pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruits, yoghurt, and coffee. The heated swimming pool and spas on the 6th floor are clean and it opens from 5.30am to 9.30pm. There is a casino inside the hotel and plenty of punters smoking outside the casino. We were upgraded to a king suite room on the 11th floor. Unfortunately, the furniture in the room was obsolete, and the linen provided looked like 20 years old. The carpet in the room looked old and dirty.

Excellent hôtel!!! Un excellent café-déjeuner, des agents sympathiques qui répondent à l'hôte dans tout ce qu'il a besoin. Cleaning de la chambre impeccable et une situation fantastique. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel.

Das Hotel ist schön gelegen und ansprechend. Das Zimmer geräumig und sauber Der Spa Bereich ist etwas kahl und in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt haben wir nur noch drei andere Gäste gesehen, beim Abendessen und Frühstück waren wir alleine im Restaurant. Während das Frühstücksbüffet reichhaltig war, waren wir über das Abendessen (a la Carte) sehr enttäuscht. Die Pizza, wohl TK-Ware mit etwas Käse gepimpt und das Schnitzel (hier Milanesa) wurde mit dem Pommes auch nur frittiert und lieblos angerichtet.

Amo este hotel. Me encanta. Cada vez que voy a Uruguay, me quedo ahí. Me encanta la piscina, y el gimnasio. Sin dudas la próxima me quedaré nuevamente.

They upgraded my room to a bigger one, but it felt like it wasn't booked for some time, the floor was a bit dusty. The bed is comfortable. The lobby looks luxurious, but the room is very basic, walls are empty.100% Blackout curtains. The staff is nice and helpful. However they didn't allow me to use the swimming pool after I checked out despite on I checked in very late. Free luggage storage. The restaurant manager is super nice, and the breakfast is good. The location is good, a convenience store at the corner, a couple of restaurants nearby, nice buildings. Quiet district.

Cet hôtel est vraiment super, dans un endroit très sûr, il y a un supermarché et un centre commercial autour, il y a beaucoup de restaurants classiques, je suis vraiment amoureux ici.
