Menya Saimi

又叫甩面、扯面、抻面，是中国城乡独具地方风味的一种传统面食，民间相传因山东福山抻面驰名，有起源福山拉面一说。后来演化成多种口味的著名美食如山西拉面、河南拉面、兰州牛肉面、龙须面、临县小拉面等。

晚饭时间早早去拜访，竟然不用排队，大碗的味增拉面加叉烧，面条的弹性完美，汤头回甘，细心放在碗里的姜蓉拌匀后全身热了起来，汤头香气更上一层楼，彩末确实称得上是拉面里的高峰。分量太大，最后实在叫不了白饭配汤[允悲]完美一餐！

札幌比较有名的拉面店，里面的拉面分两种，一种是辣的一种是不辣的，我觉得不辣的比较的好吃，那个大肥肉是这家面点的特色肉类。
