Solid pizza spot in Carroll Gardens. The calzone was huge, easily enough for two meals. BYOB and cash only, which is fine, but the portions are what really stood out. Got a table after a short wait on a weeknight.

Been coming for years. The pasta special is always a treat, and bringing a nice bottle from the liquor store down the street makes it even better. Just get in line early.

Mark's a great host. The pizza here is the star though. Thin crust, crisp, with really fresh toppings. Simple, but they nail it. The vibe is warm, low lighting, smells incredible.
