強烈安利這家酒店！整體環境乾淨整潔，裝修風格簡約又不失格調，讓人感覺很放鬆。房間乾淨，床品整潔柔軟，睡眠體驗極佳。衞生間無異味，洗漱用品質量不錯，酒店隔音效果好，能好好休息。前台服務專業，小喻辦理入住退房都很快捷，還主動給我們送了果盤到房間，非常貼心。退房時小康親切的問候更是讓人感到温馨。周邊配套齊全，地理位置優越，離機場高鐵站都挺近，還提供免費停車，出行很方便。總體性價比很高，強烈推薦！

La deuxième fois que je vis ici, le service est aussi attentif que jamais, une salle de balcon a été mise à niveau, peut-être un peu bruyante près du véhicule routier. Après avoir parlé à la petite sœur de la réception, j'ai immédiatement changé la maison de famille dans mon coin. I started my trip by booking the wrong hotel - same name but in a different city. The hotel graciously agreed to a full refund even though it was well beyond the refund period. I was grateful for that. When I arrived, the hotel was centrally located right across from the walking street full of shopping and good food. The staff at the hotel was polite, warm and well trained. I’d like to make special mention of Mr Peter (子延）from concierge services. Even though he was only a trainee at the hotel, he went above and beyond his duties to help me sort out my issues with my local deliveries.

The hotel itself is great, comfortable and well-maintained, but the service was disappointing. During check-in, there was a small miscommunication as my family had misunderstood some information. Instead of helping us clarify, the reception was rather impatient and even insisted they didn’t understand English, which made the situation unnecessarily stressful. My booking also included a complimentary tea set and coffee. The “tea set” turned out to be just a single piece of cake, which already felt underwhelming. Worse, when I tried to redeem the coffee, the staff simply told us not available, without offering any alternative or solution. Overall, while the facilities and hotel itself are good, the service experience really fell short of expectations.

My stay at Hilton Wuhan Riverside was wonderful! 🏙️ The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and boasted a stunning view of the Yangtze River by day and dazzling building lights with the bridge sparkling at night. 🌊🌃 The gym was well equipped with free water and towels adding a nice touch. 💪 Breakfast was included but the food felt basic, leaning heavily local with little international variety and no daily changes. 🍽️ The shower was tricky, either scalding hot or cold with no middle ground. 🚿 Management provided excellent service, outshining the regular receptionists who could be friendlier to make guests feel more welcomed. 😊 Overall the incredible views and clean comfortable room made this a memorable stay and I’d recommend it for the riverside vibes! 🌍 #HiltonWuhanRiverside #TravelMemories

We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. My family and I stayed for 1 night in a private Hot Spring room. Would definitely recommend to stay there. The amenities, service and breakfast are all excellent. We will be back again.

小紅書上看到這家酒店，被精緻的外立面吸引，來武漢就來體驗了！下單後有管家聯繫，建管家羣諮詢需求並介紹酒店餐飲停車等，很貼心！到現場比照片還漂亮，前台設在七樓屋頂，入住前先端上一盤精美的建盞，挑好後，一杯暖暖的迎賓茶清香平和。登記後會得到一把鑰匙用來開啟保險櫃拿到房卡，管家小葉背上背包拿上行李，帶我到房間介紹酒店歷史房間命名出處，酒店前身是清末華俄道盛銀行的金庫，房間名是周圍的歷史建築，底藴深厚！還介紹酒店使用功能，真是儀式感滿滿！房間用品都定製logo，品質感好，正山小種和鐵觀音口感好，居然有依雲水！還有下午茶，晚上還送夜宵，銀耳雪梨入口即化太棒了！早餐熱米糕乾麪也好吃，管家很貼心老闆很用心！👍 屋頂的酒吧和露台無敵江景，適合活動，冬天還有水晶棚！太酷了！來武漢一定要來體驗！
