L'hôtel est très pittoresque et traditionnel. J'ai assisté à un mariage familial et le restaurant et le service étaient exceptionnels. Le petit déjeuner était vaste et servi dans une belle chambre. Notre chambre était un double et très fonctionnelle, mais la salle de bains pourrait peut-être faire avec un peu de Tlc. Je suis déçu que nous ne puissions pas utiliser le spa - parce que nous ne savions pas qu'il fallait pré-booker, et malheureusement, il a été entièrement abonné. Je resterais ici encore et c'était une bonne valeur pour l'argent.

A l'intérieur, vous avez une chambre magnifique avec vues fantastiques. Le personnel était très agréable, utile et le service était excellent. Cependant, nous étions en retard de recevoir notre chambre, ils étaient derrière le nettoyage. Le personnel a essayé de faire la salle prête à l'asap qui était super. Certains des halls étaient un peu parfumés pour une raison, il y a plug-in à essayer et couvrir cela mais ils ne semblent pas faire beaucoup.

Le bar était très occupé et très sous-détaché. Ils se plaignaient de payer en espèces quand ils étaient en train de changer. Il y a encore beaucoup de gens qui n'utilisent que de l'argent, y compris moi-même. Je pense que pour les prix payés, vous pourriez étendre à un peu de beurre f.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this hotel at Xmas. This year I had an issue with a another travel partner that failed to communicate booking details with me and then claimed my booking was not on their system despite it showing up on the hotel’s system. Ruby & Suzanne at reception were phenomenal. Their kindness, persistence and excellent customer service were second to none. I am so grateful to them. In addition the grounds of this hotel are stunning, it’s a great location, very clean, comfortable and brilliantly priced. If you’re visiting Bradford or Leeds I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an overnight stay for dinner and breakfast and were very impressed with the hotel, set in an old Manor House which is well maintained to keep the original style alive. The food was nice and the experience was great even despite the original restaurant room being closed for refurbishments. The bar is set in the Manor House’s drawing room which made for a nice setting after having dinner in the evening. Overall it was a very nice stay and was reasonably priced for what was on offer and we hope to stay again!
