побывали в отеле Grand Mercure Lake Hamana Resort & Spa и остались под большим впечатлением! В отеле царила безупречная чистота, что создаёт очень приятное ощущение уюта и комфорта. Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал Онсен: Онсен на высшем уровне! Это был настоящий рай для расслабления и восстановления. Лаунж зона: Приятное время в лаунж зоне с напитками и снеками стало изюминкой нашего отдыха. Завтрак: Шикарный выбор блюд на завтрак порадовал нас разнообразием и качеством. определённо хотим увернуться в этот отель! Рекомендуем его всем, кто ищет комфорт и расслабление.

The room was great, big, neat and tidy; and the view was nice! Breakfast was slightly disappointing as they didn’t refill some of the food (probably the more costy ones).

J'ai demandé le meilleur plan pour deux couples. Plus de 10.000, y compris le petit déjeuner ! Les grandes piscines publiques (les piscines féminines) sont équipées d'une bonne emulsion et d'un détergent pour laver les cheveux, de cheveux souples et d'installations complètes. Je n'ai pas d'autres clients et je suis dans un état de concession, donc je peux me détendre.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel de villégiature. J'y suis resté 2 nuits. Les sources chaudes sont confortables. J'y vais pour me baigner le matin et le soir. La piscine est également magnifique. Les trois premières photos ont toutes été prises dans la chambre. J'ai regardé le lever du soleil dans la chambre le matin. Je ne l'ai raté que le premier jour. Il n'est pas nécessaire de nettoyer les poubelles pendant une journée. L'hôtel a donné un coupon en espèces de 1 000 yens, qui peut être échangé à la boutique de souvenirs de l'hôtel. . C'est une bonne expérience hôtelière, recommandée !

L'hôtel est à environ 15 à 20 minutes à pied de la gare Kawazu, pas de soucis car ils offrent un service de transbordement gratuit à l'hôtel et à la gare Kawazu, mais prenez note du calendrier. La chambre était grande et la vue était fantastique en face de la mer, le petit déjeuner était aussi sumptueux, surtout la soupe de Miso et le raid et la viande bovine. Nous sommes venus ici pour Sakura mais vu la saison de la froide fleur de la boue a été retardée cette année, la ville de Kawazu peut être ennuyeux comme la plupart des magasins y compris restaurant fermé après 5 heures. On nous a également dit qu'aucun taxi n'était disponible après 5 heures. Le séjour total était super, y compris les onsen, il va certainement réserver si je suis de retour à Kawazu.

I recently stayed at Hotel Clad during my trip to the Fuji area, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is truly unbeatable—perched on a hilltop with breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji, especially at sunrise and sunset. Waking up to that iconic silhouette was absolutely unforgettable. The hotel itself strikes a perfect balance between modern comfort and serene simplicity. My room was clean, well-appointed, and designed with a minimalist aesthetic that made it feel both calming and functional. The large windows made the most of the surrounding nature, and I appreciated the attention to detail in both the amenities and layout. One of the highlights was the onsen. It was such a treat to relax in the hot spring baths while gazing out at Mt. Fuji—an experience that felt both peaceful and luxurious. The onsen facilities were clean, well-maintained, and never overly crowded. The hotel is also conveniently connected to the Gotemba Premium Outlets, making it easy to enjoy a bit of shopping or grab a bite without venturing far. Despite this proximity, the hotel maintains a very tranquil atmosphere, which I really appreciated. Overall, Hotel Clad is a perfect base for anyone looking to explore the Fuji area in comfort. Whether you’re there to hike, shop, or simply take in the views, it delivers a serene, scenic, and satisfying stay.

In summary, I quite enjoy staying in this hotel. If it’s going to renovate, it would be much much better. The hotel is located near the sea side, allowing it has a spectacular sea view. But it’s not convenient for people going from station to the hotel on foot. I had a baby and two pieces of big luggage. Exhausted when I got to the hotel. What’s more, I need to climb down 10+ steps to get to use the elevator. The room seating is good if the condition is 20years newer. The combination of Japanese and western style is my cup of tea. But I have to admit that the onsen is good.if it can be operated longer, it would be better. The highlight of the hotel is its breakfast. I didn’t expect much. But it ended up suprise me. Food choice was great, environment was great and the food was great!

Amazing experience! We got picked up at Atami Station in a free shuttle. The Hotel is located on a cliff, with stunning views of both the ocean and the city. The Hotel has a very interesting design, it looks kind of old fashioned but in a grand, fun way. We stayed in a Japanese style room, was fine. The 3 separate onsen baths were amazing. Great views, Sauna was good too. Food was a buffet, but it was freshly made and high quality. We were very happy with the hotel and would definitely recommend it

C'était exactement comme sur la photo, vraiment grand et spacieux. Le petit déjeuner propose un large choix et était super aussi. Nous avions une voiture, donc c'était pratique, mais je ne suis pas sûr des transports en commun.

お母さんへの誕生日プレゼントとしてこちらのホテルに一泊泊まらせていただきました。青空に綺麗な海を眺めながら温泉を楽しめるし、清潔感がとても良く、スタッフさんも優しくて、ゆっくり過ごすことができました。お母さんとめっちゃ気に入ったのでまた行きたいと思います。
