Choses à faire à Kyoto

Fushimi Inari Taisha was a magical place. So beautiful for pictures. We went early evening before it got dark and it was perfect as not too many people. Highly recommended in Kyoto.

Stunning natural beauty, definitely a must visit if in Kyoto. Convenient to get to, I took a bus there and train back to hotel. Definitely set aside a good few hours, beautiful scenery overlooking the riverside and lake. Many shops and restaurants in the village. Definitely take the romantic train, stunning views!

We were there in May and the weather was perfect. We had to walk up Gion path to be rewarded with Kiuomizu-dera Temple. Recommend to wear comfortable shoes as it was a long walk up cobble stones up the hill to get there. Make sure you take your time to find other hidden gems there. It was a treat for us to grab some delicious matcha ice cream on our way back.

Go here if you want to explore street food in Kyoto. These two alleys have food stalls and restaurants to fill your cravings for dango, daigaku, kobe beef, wagyu burger, matcha ice cream, etc.It's a good sidetrip when you're going to Yasaka Pagoda and Yasaka Koshindo Temple.

If you’re looking for a grassland getaway, this spot is unbeatable. Rolling green grass stretches as far as the eye can see, the sky is bright blue with barely a cloud, and every photo you take looks like a desktop wallpaper. The local horseback riding operation has transparent pricing, no hidden scams, and the guides walk slowly with first-timers, so you don’t have to be nervous. We stayed in a yurt at night, ate authentic hand-pulled lamb and drank salty milk tea, then sang around a campfire. After three days here, all my stress was gone, it’s such an unforgettable trip.

We visited this place by night time. It was amazing and very peaceful. I like the architecture and atmosphere there.

It was pretty crowded but you are able to take beautiful pictures as people would take turns getting close. The walk around the trail was pretty short. Definitely worth it see it.

豊かな自然と神秘的な空気に包まれ、足を踏み入れた瞬間に心が澄み渡るような素晴らしい場所でした。朱色の灯籠が連なる青モミジの参道は息をのむほど美しく、豊かな青葉と木漏れ日のコントラストが本当に幻想的です。水占みくじを境内の霊泉に浮かべると浮き上がる文字を待つ時間も、静かで特別な体験でした。清らかな川のせせらぎと涼やかな風を感じながら、心身ともに深くリフレッシュできる特別な時間を過ごせました。周りの美しい景色もオススメです！

Nice experience. Tower is high overlooking Kyoto. You can see far and wide. Nice view. Went at night and beautiful with the lightning in the surrounding area and moving vehicles on the roads. Took memorable photo (paid) with softcopy too.

a place for worship, relax and you can find peace inside out, the place is ancient and the distance is a bit far away surroundings are nice
