Service standards need to improve. If I pay more than 2500rmb for a night, it better be the cleanliness and experience of a 2500rmb room and nothing short. The whole idea of Rushi Forest is about peace and relaxation and that's what I'm exactly paying for right? 1) When I first stepped in, your guy starts rattling off 101 things. He doesn't offer solution when he told us a session starts at 4pm and it is already 3.45pm now and expects me to give an immediate answer if we'll be attending. He just wants an answer. I don't feel relaxed, having to make a sudden decision after a long journey. The other lady stepped in to save the day to offer solution that we can join the next day too, if it is too rush. 2) Day 2 Morning, breakfast time at the dining hall, no Air-conditioned?!? How relaxing can it be? I paid 2500rmb to eat in a stuffy and uncomfortable environment the moment I wake up?? Are you saving electricity or what? If it's not comfort and relaxation at your hotel, what am I paying for ? 3) Breakfast time, instead of serving 1 course at a time, in a relaxed healing manner like what your brand stands for, you suddenly come with all the plates filling up the table. What's the rush?!? 4) Immediately after serving all the food on the table, your guy asked ”Can we clean your room now?” WHAT'S THE HURRY?!?! Can you not disturb my morning breakfast and let me eat in peace? I am here to have a private moment with my partner having our breakfast why must you ask me about cleaning the room at this point of time?!? How relaxing and calm can my morning get? Isn't the purpose of the Wechat group is to communicate? Why can't you do it later in the group? WHY MUST IT BE WHEN I AM HAVING BREAKFAST AT THE TABLE? WHAT IS YOUR HURRY?!? 5) I told him politely I will let him know later when I'm ready for room cleaning. 6) Right after finishing my breakfast before living the dining hall, he asked me again can my room be cleaned?!?! STOP ASKING!!!! I TOLD YOU I WILL LET YOU KNOW LATER! WHAT IS THE HURRY?!?! 7) I went back to my room to get my bag and my car came in 5mins. Just before I left, he ASKED AGAIN at the entrance! Asking 3 TIMES IN 30 MINUTES?!? THIS IS NOT RELAXING AT ALL! CAN'T YOU WAIT FOR MY INSTRUCTIONS IN THE WECHAT GROUP?!? MY GOSH! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY! 8) Learn to know WHEN to communicate! 9) I killed a big spider on the floor, after room cleaning and returning back, the dead spider is still on the floor. So much for rushing me to give you the green light to clean the room 🙄 10) Your wooden holder for the controllers are filled with dust inside. Disgusting. 11) Your handsoap bottle, the sticker is peeling off, faded and damp. Disgusting. 12) The grey cloth originally on the bed, why is it put ON THE FLOOR after room cleaning?!?! Your cleaner forgotten to put it back on my bed and so you guys actually put things meant for the bed on the dirty floor and then back on the bed after tidying up?!?! Other details about peeling paint on the walls and bad touch-ups I shall not go further into details. It is not what I am expecting a 2500rmb room to be like. 500rmb Atour Hotel is even cleaner. Design of hotel and environment is on point. Let down by service and attention to details in cleanliness.

Moshangyin hotel is a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway in Moganshan. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, perfect for resting, slowing down, and enjoying nature away from busy city life. The interior design is beautifully done, creating a warm and comfortable environment from the moment you arrive. The room was excellent, very cozy and well-maintained, with a beautiful mountain view that makes the whole experience even more special. One of the highlights is the tea room, which is thoughtfully designed for tea preparation and relaxation. The decoration combines traditional and modern elements in a very tasteful way, with beautiful details, instruments, and carefully selected design pieces. The entire space feels artistic and calming. The property is surrounded by abundant greenery and plants everywhere, especially outdoors, which makes the environment feel fresh and natural. Sitting there and looking out toward the bamboo forests is incredibly peaceful and contemplative. Whether the weather is sunny or cloudy, the atmosphere remains equally pleasant and charming. Another lovely detail is the nearby stream—you can hear the gentle sound of flowing water, which adds even more tranquility to the stay. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and attentive, making guests feel comfortable, almost as if they are in their own natural home environment. The guests staying there are also respectful and pleasant, contributing to the calm atmosphere. Transportation is also very convenient, with taxis arriving quickly and reliably. There is a nearby village called Yucun that is lovely to visit, and many scenic areas around the hotel are easily accessible as well. Overall, this is an ideal place for anyone looking for peace, beautiful design, nature, and a truly relaxing experience in Moganshan.

Cette expérience de séjour est vraiment géniale ! Je le recommande vivement à tous. L'hôtel est entouré de montagnes et d'eau, et son emplacement est particulièrement idéal. L'hôtel s'étend sur un vaste espace, tel une île isolée. Dès la fenêtre ouverte, on aperçoit le lac scintillant. Comme nous sommes arrivés tard et que le nombre de voyageurs a changé, Xiao Lu, à la réception, nous a accueillis très chaleureusement et nous a recommandé deux types d'appartements adaptés à mes besoins. Nous avons choisi la chambre individuelle de trois chambres qui nous a plu. Elle est vraiment très confortable et idéale pour une grande famille. Elle comprend trois chambres et un salon. Chaque chambre dispose d'une serrure indépendante. Le salon est également très spacieux. Chaque chambre dispose d'un balcon indépendant. L'essentiel est que la famille puisse profiter d'un séjour tranquille dans un bâtiment. C'est tout simplement merveilleux. La chambre dispose d'une baie vitrée panoramique et d'un balcon privé. Les détails sont encore plus intimes. Il est très agréable de boire un thé et d'admirer le paysage sur le balcon. On peut également savourer du thé au coin du feu au bar du hall. L'ambiance est excellente. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux. En plus des plats habituels, on y trouve des boulettes de riz et des nouilles spéciales du lac Qiandao. Le goût est excellent. Les installations de l'hôtel sont très complètes : piscine intérieure et sources chaudes, salle de sport et même une aire de jeux pour enfants. On a l'impression de pouvoir jouer toute la journée à l'hôtel. La piscine extérieure est également très agréable. J'ai dit à mes amis que je reviendrais cet été. Le charmant parc animalier de l'hôtel mérite d'être admiré. Dans la montagne située à l'arrière de l'hôtel, vous pourrez vous dépenser et nourrir de petits animaux, comme des paons, des petits cochons parfumés, des ratons laveurs, etc. La montagne ressemble à un verger, et les arbres fruitiers fleurissent les uns après les autres. J'apprécie beaucoup cet environnement. C'est un endroit idéal pour un voyage en famille ou entre amis.

My husband and I really enjoyed our 2-night stay in the Ziling Mountain View Suite. The entire villa is beautifully decorated but in a way that feels lived in rather than pretentious. It's like being invited to a friend's home in the mountains. If you are a book-lover like me, you will enjoy the villa and rooms even more because there are shelves full of books everywhere you look. When you are not seeing books, you are seeing the stunning gardens or views of the surrounding mountains. We loved the daybed in our suite, covered in colourful pillows with a window that perfectly frames the mountain view and we spent evenings curled up there with books. During the day we were in search of hikes and our host, who loves to travel and hike himself, had lots of thoughtful recommendations. There is a very steep (and beautiful) trail just steps away from the house that leads you up the mountain through bamboo forest, past a local temple, and up to a field with sweeping views. We had both breakfast and dinner at the villa and the food was incredible, including very fresh fruit and vegetables, simple and delicious noodles, and beautifully cooked pork, chicken, and seafood dishes. We were also treated to homemade Tiramisu (made by the owner). It feels like the owner genuinely enjoys sharing this beautiful property with guests and finding ways to help make your experience unique and memorable. This was my first time in China and warm and generous hosts like this, combined with the beauty of the area, make me eager to return.

An excellent weekend Getaway from Shanghai. Our stay in Arcadia was amazing, located in a beautiful mountain valley of MoganShan the setting was perfect for a relaxing break. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly and the food was always delicious and freshly prepared for us. We spent most of our time sat by the pool or in the Jacuzzi. It’s also a lovely spot to bring your dog, with an enclosed garden and lots of space. Definitely recommend to stay!

Nous avons récemment apprécié un séjour à Mo Yan Homestay (Mo MogunshanVilla ringshan me) avec nos deux enfants. Les chambres sont également impressionnantes, avec une grande piscine extérieure, un terrain de grille-pain et un terrain de grille-pain supplémentaire. L'hôtel propose un petit salon de billard sur le sol, ainsi qu'un jeu d'arcade que nos enfants ne pouvaient pas obtenir. Le balcon de la chambre a fourni des vues impressionnantes sur la rivière, les montagnes et les forêts de bambou lussurées qui sont devant l'hôtel. Mais ce qui sépare vraiment Mo Yan Homestay sont les hôtes, qui sont parmi les meilleurs que nous ayons rencontrés en Chine, ce qui nous fait sentir complètement à la maison. C'est notre deuxième voyage à Moganshan, et grâce à l'incroyable hospitalité à Mo Yan, il ne sera certainement pas notre dernière. Nous attendons déjà notre prochaine visite. Merci pour votre hospitalité exceptionnelle!

We chose the homestay for it's secluded location and loved every bit of it! The rooms were fantastic. The staff were very warm and welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect. The bbq experience with the outdoor karaoke setup was great! Sang our hearts out! The view of the bamboo forest from the room coupled with an outdoor balcony made the evenings that much more special to enjoy with our group. The breakfast meals were an absolute delight and the staff made sure to cater exactly as we requested. Transport (via alipay car hail) was a bit of an issue because of the scarcity of taxis in the area, but the auntie at the hotel was kind enough to arrange a taxi through one of her friends. The hotel outdoor area is very spacious and had multiple activities to follow including water gun fights and trampolines. We really did let the kid inside of us run wild this weekend. The fishing experience was fun and educating although we couldn't catch any ourselves. All in all, such a great weekend and will definitely recommend to anyone including foreigners. 5/5 Totally satisfied.

The host was extremely nice and the stay was very comfortable, surrounded by tea plantation. It is also very near Lingyin temple. But the day we arrived, we realised that the traffic leading up to the hotel was closed for taxis and e-hailing vehicles to enter. We had to get off the cab midway and took a bus with heavy luggage to get to the hotel. We were not informed about this prior. The host was very nice to pick us up from the bus terminal nevertheless. The traffic rules made it very difficult for us to go out of that area as the nearest landmark we could get an e-hailing car was 5km away. We had to take the bus to get out of the area and the bus was traveling at snail speed due to the heavy traffic. For those who wants to be around the botanical gardens or the lingyin temple can stay here. Otherwise, the location is not ideal. We did not do things in our Hangzhou itinerary due to the bad location. There was no metro nearby as well.

Ambiance : Exceptionnelle. Une évasion parfaite loin du tumulte de la ville. Notre chambre était la Lanji, que l’hôtesse a qualifiée de meilleure. La vue était imprenable, avec une montagne de bambous s’élevant au-dessus. Un écrin de verdure luxuriante. Service : Tout le personnel était incroyablement attentionné et prévenant. Propreté : La propreté était excellente, avec tout le nécessaire, y compris un employé qui change les serviettes et sort les poubelles. Nous avons réservé le dîner et le déjeuner à l’avance, ainsi qu’une source chaude privée sur le toit. Nous avons réservé la dernière séance disponible. Bien que nous n’ayons pas pu voir la montagne de bambous, l’expérience nocturne d’écouter le chant des cigales d’été et d’admirer le ciel étoilé tout en nous baignant dans la source chaude était vraiment unique. Fortement recommandé.

I only had a brief 1-night stay at this hotel, but the reception staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful and my breakfast was delicious and traditional. I could walk to Wenyang Street for dinner which was handy too!
