Service standards need to improve. If I pay more than 2500rmb for a night, it better be the cleanliness and experience of a 2500rmb room and nothing short. The whole idea of Rushi Forest is about peace and relaxation and that's what I'm exactly paying for right? 1) When I first stepped in, your guy starts rattling off 101 things. He doesn't offer solution when he told us a session starts at 4pm and it is already 3.45pm now and expects me to give an immediate answer if we'll be attending. He just wants an answer. I don't feel relaxed, having to make a sudden decision after a long journey. The other lady stepped in to save the day to offer solution that we can join the next day too, if it is too rush. 2) Day 2 Morning, breakfast time at the dining hall, no Air-conditioned?!? How relaxing can it be? I paid 2500rmb to eat in a stuffy and uncomfortable environment the moment I wake up?? Are you saving electricity or what? If it's not comfort and relaxation at your hotel, what am I paying for ? 3) Breakfast time, instead of serving 1 course at a time, in a relaxed healing manner like what your brand stands for, you suddenly come with all the plates filling up the table. What's the rush?!? 4) Immediately after serving all the food on the table, your guy asked ”Can we clean your room now?” WHAT'S THE HURRY?!?! Can you not disturb my morning breakfast and let me eat in peace? I am here to have a private moment with my partner having our breakfast why must you ask me about cleaning the room at this point of time?!? How relaxing and calm can my morning get? Isn't the purpose of the Wechat group is to communicate? Why can't you do it later in the group? WHY MUST IT BE WHEN I AM HAVING BREAKFAST AT THE TABLE? WHAT IS YOUR HURRY?!? 5) I told him politely I will let him know later when I'm ready for room cleaning. 6) Right after finishing my breakfast before living the dining hall, he asked me again can my room be cleaned?!?! STOP ASKING!!!! I TOLD YOU I WILL LET YOU KNOW LATER! WHAT IS THE HURRY?!?! 7) I went back to my room to get my bag and my car came in 5mins. Just before I left, he ASKED AGAIN at the entrance! Asking 3 TIMES IN 30 MINUTES?!? THIS IS NOT RELAXING AT ALL! CAN'T YOU WAIT FOR MY INSTRUCTIONS IN THE WECHAT GROUP?!? MY GOSH! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY! 8) Learn to know WHEN to communicate! 9) I killed a big spider on the floor, after room cleaning and returning back, the dead spider is still on the floor. So much for rushing me to give you the green light to clean the room 🙄 10) Your wooden holder for the controllers are filled with dust inside. Disgusting. 11) Your handsoap bottle, the sticker is peeling off, faded and damp. Disgusting. 12) The grey cloth originally on the bed, why is it put ON THE FLOOR after room cleaning?!?! Your cleaner forgotten to put it back on my bed and so you guys actually put things meant for the bed on the dirty floor and then back on the bed after tidying up?!?! Other details about peeling paint on the walls and bad touch-ups I shall not go further into details. It is not what I am expecting a 2500rmb room to be like. 500rmb Atour Hotel is even cleaner. Design of hotel and environment is on point. Let down by service and attention to details in cleanliness.

Moshangyin hotel is a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway in Moganshan. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, perfect for resting, slowing down, and enjoying nature away from busy city life. The interior design is beautifully done, creating a warm and comfortable environment from the moment you arrive. The room was excellent, very cozy and well-maintained, with a beautiful mountain view that makes the whole experience even more special. One of the highlights is the tea room, which is thoughtfully designed for tea preparation and relaxation. The decoration combines traditional and modern elements in a very tasteful way, with beautiful details, instruments, and carefully selected design pieces. The entire space feels artistic and calming. The property is surrounded by abundant greenery and plants everywhere, especially outdoors, which makes the environment feel fresh and natural. Sitting there and looking out toward the bamboo forests is incredibly peaceful and contemplative. Whether the weather is sunny or cloudy, the atmosphere remains equally pleasant and charming. Another lovely detail is the nearby stream—you can hear the gentle sound of flowing water, which adds even more tranquility to the stay. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and attentive, making guests feel comfortable, almost as if they are in their own natural home environment. The guests staying there are also respectful and pleasant, contributing to the calm atmosphere. Transportation is also very convenient, with taxis arriving quickly and reliably. There is a nearby village called Yucun that is lovely to visit, and many scenic areas around the hotel are easily accessible as well. Overall, this is an ideal place for anyone looking for peace, beautiful design, nature, and a truly relaxing experience in Moganshan.

We chose this hotel primarily for its promise of a secluded, nature-connected experience and its on-site hot springs—a perfect antidote to busy city life. The room was warm, cozy, and wonderfully quiet. The bed was big and incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The best feature was the house's layout—separated from others, it felt private, secluded, and truly integrated with the natural surroundings. It was the peaceful haven we needed. The hotel territory is vast and beautifully maintained, perfect for calming walks. The dining experience was excellent: the food was tasty, presented in a clean environment, and offered a satisfying variety. Unfortunately, the main attraction became a source of stress. The culture of quiet, therapeutic relaxation expected at a hot spring was completely absent. The most visitors were behaving like they are in a public swimming pool, with yelling and kids jumping, splashing, and running around. This chaotic atmosphere made it impossible to relax or enjoy the springs' intended benefits. It felt like a disaster for anyone seeking the tranquil, restorative experience hot springs are known for. Despite the hot springs issue, our overall stay was very nice, thanks to the superb room, excellent food, and beautiful grounds. The core product—the accommodation—is outstanding. I will definitely return, but I will plan my visit for a much less busy period (perhaps weekdays or off-holidays). If you are seeking solitude and quiet, I highly recommend the rooms but advise cautious timing for the hot springs. This place has all the ingredients for a perfect retreat; you just need to find the right moment to enjoy them fully.

My husband and I really enjoyed our 2-night stay in the Ziling Mountain View Suite. The entire villa is beautifully decorated but in a way that feels lived in rather than pretentious. It's like being invited to a friend's home in the mountains. If you are a book-lover like me, you will enjoy the villa and rooms even more because there are shelves full of books everywhere you look. When you are not seeing books, you are seeing the stunning gardens or views of the surrounding mountains. We loved the daybed in our suite, covered in colourful pillows with a window that perfectly frames the mountain view and we spent evenings curled up there with books. During the day we were in search of hikes and our host, who loves to travel and hike himself, had lots of thoughtful recommendations. There is a very steep (and beautiful) trail just steps away from the house that leads you up the mountain through bamboo forest, past a local temple, and up to a field with sweeping views. We had both breakfast and dinner at the villa and the food was incredible, including very fresh fruit and vegetables, simple and delicious noodles, and beautifully cooked pork, chicken, and seafood dishes. We were also treated to homemade Tiramisu (made by the owner). It feels like the owner genuinely enjoys sharing this beautiful property with guests and finding ways to help make your experience unique and memorable. This was my first time in China and warm and generous hosts like this, combined with the beauty of the area, make me eager to return.

An excellent weekend Getaway from Shanghai. Our stay in Arcadia was amazing, located in a beautiful mountain valley of MoganShan the setting was perfect for a relaxing break. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly and the food was always delicious and freshly prepared for us. We spent most of our time sat by the pool or in the Jacuzzi. It’s also a lovely spot to bring your dog, with an enclosed garden and lots of space. Definitely recommend to stay!

La place de Zhuang Village est proche, vous pouvez marcher et conduire. Le patron est très bon, très enthousiaste et intime, l'art est également super, le petit déjeuner est extrême, super délicieux!!!!! est rentré et je veux manger 😋 Vous pouvez arrêter à la porte du pouls, entrer dans un jardin, avoir un cadre de barbecue, une piscine, dès que vous entrez dans la porte, vous pouvez jouer à la table et à la machine à jeu, vous pouvez lire des livres et chanter, vous pouvez manger, suffisant pour envoyer un après-midi La chambre est très propre et a une balcone. Il est très intéressant pour les gens qui montent et descendent sur la balcone et respirent de l'air frais. Il y a aussi des tiges de poubelle dans la chambre, la poubelle de poubelle de poubelle de poubelle de poubelle de table, pas de cartes de poubelle, sois prudent!!!! La prochaine fois, je vais chercher un bureau pour le patron ! ! C'est vraiment délicieux ! !

We chose the homestay for it's secluded location and loved every bit of it! The rooms were fantastic. The staff were very warm and welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect. The bbq experience with the outdoor karaoke setup was great! Sang our hearts out! The view of the bamboo forest from the room coupled with an outdoor balcony made the evenings that much more special to enjoy with our group. The breakfast meals were an absolute delight and the staff made sure to cater exactly as we requested. Transport (via alipay car hail) was a bit of an issue because of the scarcity of taxis in the area, but the auntie at the hotel was kind enough to arrange a taxi through one of her friends. The hotel outdoor area is very spacious and had multiple activities to follow including water gun fights and trampolines. We really did let the kid inside of us run wild this weekend. The fishing experience was fun and educating although we couldn't catch any ourselves. All in all, such a great weekend and will definitely recommend to anyone including foreigners. 5/5 Totally satisfied.

We have really enjoyed our stay at the small sweet tea house. The room was very modern and well equipped. They also pay attention to small things like decoration in the room to make it more lively. The view from the room 202 was amazing. You wake up in the morning and what you see are the beautiful tea fields and the small cable cars going up the hill. The tea house hotel location is just perfect. 3 min by walk from the cable car entrance, 5 min by walk to the famous Lingyin temple, 8 min by walk to restaurants where you can order the traditional Hangzhou dishes like beggar chicken or Donpo Pork, 6 min by walk to a 7 Eleven convenient Store. During our stay we could also spend some time with their 4 lovely cats. In the tea field you may also discover their ducks running around. The owner of the house is very friendly and helpful. A traditional stylish lady who try everything to explain to you in English language. As we are both foreigners with no Chinese language skills, this was really helpful. Du toit-terrasse, on peut même apercevoir une vaste étendue de verdure sur la montagne. ➡️🛁Un bain à l'intérieur, des fruits, des boissons et un masque pour le visage : c'était tellement rafraîchissant. ➡️🙇🏻Les hôtesses étaient très gentilles et le service était superbe. Elles étaient incroyablement réactives, pour ainsi dire. Les produits de toilette étaient également très bons. ⭐️ ➡️🎤Ils proposent des activités comme la fabrication d'éventails, le karaoké et des films en plein air. Il y a aussi un salon de thé et un coin salon confortable. Mais nous sommes restés trop longtemps dans la chambre 🥲 et n'avons pu faire que la fabrication d'éventails. ➡️🐈 Il y a deux chats dans la boutique. L'une a le visage plat et ressemble à Garfield, tandis que l'autre est jolie et sympathique, très douée en affaires et très agréable. ➡️ Petit-déjeuner : Le petit-déjeuner m'a suffi pour une semaine 🥺 J'ai emporté des boulettes de riz, que ma tante m'a dit avoir préparées la veille 🥺 ➡️ Goûter : Gâteau, dattes rouges, prunes confites, cantaloup, myrtille, litchi et boisson glacée au citron, et fruits de bienvenue : concombres et tomates cerises. ➡️ Le minibar contenait de l'eau minérale, du Sprite, du Coca et deux boissons aux fruits. J'ai commandé deux verres de glace et les ai bu en me prélassant dans le bain. C'était tellement rafraîchissant. ➡️ Dîner : Nous avons commandé le menu B, qui troquait la soupe de carassin contre le bar à l'huile d'oignon vert. Les quatre plats et le riz étaient délicieux 👍🏻. Les deux filles ont pris un dessert dans l'après-midi, mais nous n'avons pas pu le finir, alors nous l'avons emballé.

I only had a brief 1-night stay at this hotel, but the reception staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful and my breakfast was delicious and traditional. I could walk to Wenyang Street for dinner which was handy too!
