Our recent stay at Palm Suite was a pleasant and straightforward experience. The standout feature was definitely the front desk service—the staff were consistently friendly, efficient, and helpful throughout our check-in and stay, which always makes a trip nicer. The apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable for the price. It had everything we needed for a relaxing visit and felt like a good home base. The location is a major plus. Being close to a McDonald’s was unexpectedly handy for a quick, reliable breakfast or a late-night snack. The surrounding area in Tanjong Tokong has plenty of other dining and convenience options within easy reach. A small point to note is that the property does not have covered roof parking. While we found parking, it's something to be aware of if you're traveling with a car, especially during rainy weather. N no lift to 2nd floor In the bathroom, we noticed the jacuzzi jet function in the bathtub could use an upgrade, as it wasn't operating at full power. That said, the bath itself was perfectly fine for a relaxing soak, so it wasn't a big issue for us—just something the management might look into for future updates. Overall, I’m not complaining! Palm Suite delivers solid value: it's comfortable, well-located, and backed by great service. It’s an excellent choice for a practical, no-fuss stay in Penang. La villa est nettoyée régulièrement et les parties communes sont impeccables. Le ménage des chambres n'est effectué qu'une fois par séjour (12 nuits). Les draps et les serviettes ne sont pas changés. Située dans un quartier calme, la villa se trouve à 15 minutes à pied de la plage. Elle est facilement accessible à vélo. Un café agréable à proximité propose de délicieux rottis pour le petit-déjeuner, et vous pourrez également déjeuner et dîner dans le restaurant d'à côté. Plusieurs supérettes, accessibles à pied, offrent tout le nécessaire.

We love our room. Very satisfactory experience and would not mind coming back. Their bath/bathtub like flavour was really good for my kids. Enjoyed their water play there. I love that the density is so low and that it has the sea at the back of property. We came in with the room that was already cool down especially when it was so hot. Even though it did not have cooking facilities, distance to food places was very convenient.

Clean and new property . Found many minor issues like drainage clogging, hair dryer and door lock issues. Owner responded immediately and sent people to check on it even late night. Good service ! If more amenities like tissues, plastic bags provided for refill will be much more appreciated

Je l'ai utilisé pour voyager seul. Le chargeur que j'avais apporté avec moi ne fonctionnait pas car le type de prise n'était pas adapté, mais ils m'ont rapidement fourni un remplacement. Nous avons loué une chambre parmi plusieurs bâtiments (maisons), et les installations étaient toutes propres. Les autres clients étaient calmes donc j'ai pu l'utiliser sans problème, et c'était très raisonnable par rapport au prix, donc j'étais très satisfait.

For our trip to Escape Theme Park, this accommodation was perfect! (Location wise) The host thoughtfully switched on the air conditioner and lights before our arrival, making us feel comfortable and welcomed. The spacious layout more than enough for our group of 3 families (10 people in total). The photos shown accurately reflect the unit. Cleanliness was spot-on, and the most impressive part was the bed comfort, it was of excellent quality. All the pillows smelled fresh, and everything was well-prepared. The only minor was the RM500 deposit, which is only returned 3 to 5 days after checkout, and I had to send a reminder to the host on the 6th day. I'm used to receiving the deposit back the day after checking out. However, this did not affect our stay at all, overall, it was a great experience with the unit! Most importantly, thanks to the Trip platform for the worthwhile promo price!

Staying in this villa was one of the best decisions of my trip. From the very first moment, I received a warm and professional welcome. There are three different beaches just 600–800 meters from the villa. This is incredibly convenient for tourists,you can reach the sea with a short and easy walk anytime. The villa offers a real home-like comfort. The room was very clean, spacious, and well organized. Every detail seemed thoughtfully prepared, and the overall environment was very relaxing. The combination of privacy, comfort, and quiet surroundings made it perfect for a restful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent hospitality💃🏻🙏🏻⛱️
