The bedroom has two queen size beds, closet, ample space and a private bathroom with oversized jetted tub! For additional sleeping the living room offers a sleeper sofa. You will love the open concept with full kitchen, bar seating, large living space and gas fireplace with stone surround. The screened in patio features plenty of seating, an electric grille and views of the pool! For entertainment, we have HBO and Cinemax, with cable tv, big ten network, Pac 12, Bally Sports, MLB Network, and much more.🌟 NEW upgraded high speed internet 🌟Laundry room is on-site for guests availability. Guest accessWithin Island Pointe guests will have full access to two private beaches, large outdoor heated pool (open 9am - 10pm), horseshoes, volleyball court and playground. Reserve a spot at the docks for $20, just contact the Island Point Clubhouse to get that set up. Because our home is a two family home, we decided to remodel and furnish the other side and also give this a try! After many late nights and early mornings of remodeling, here it is! Nice large areas and walkways make it nice for larger groups.
