Stayed here for one night to visit Bristol University. Location is excellent, 20 minutes walk from the Bristol Meads Train Station and 10 minutes from most of the university blocks. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, independent and vintage shops nearby. The hotel is a beautiful old historical building, near the Cathedral and College Green. We stayed in a family room with two double beds, will fit 4 people. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Nespresso machine and pods, tea making facilities and water provided as well as toiletries in bathrooms. Breakfast was included in our room. Hot breakfast as well as cereal, fruit and pastries were available. Did ask for tea which never arrived. Would’ve been nice if staff informed us that they could make an omelette if we wanted, didn’t know this until on leaving, heard another diner being given one! We thought we could only have what was laid out. Would definitely stay here again as reception staff were lovely and helpful. Hotel is in a great location and we had a lovely stay.

Stayed as at an event in Bristol. Declined to have breakfast @ £18 which I felt was way over the top. Chose to nip over the road to Costa and for what I wanted it was far more value for money. Car parking was also dear @ £14/night but after researching elsewhere it seems it was competitive. Have stayed at this Hotel many times over the last 30 years and it is still outstanding

The environment and location was nice, service was good and everything was clean, was a nice experience after all.

V good hotel and parking v useful. Friendly staff, good breakfast and surprisingly quiet location! Unfortunately left my charger in the room and I did call to enquire if it was still there but nobody checked for me :( I would recommend tho.

Very convenient location and nice staff. The interior decoration is beautiful. However, the lamp inside the room is broken. Breakfast is good. There is various choices. Overall it’s a good hotel that I ll come back.

Great location at College Green- not far from the Will’s Memorial Building and Cabot Circus. All within walking distance. Warm & friendly staff. Room is of a good size.

This was the perfect hotel for a fun, indulgent, and special treat in Bristol. The bar was great. Breakfast was great. The rooms were large and well-equipped. The only disappointment was that the fridges didn't get cold. It was also a shame the mini-bars were empty... that was a bit strange, especially because we were 'splashing out and having fun' and therefore probably would have bought some treats! Nevertheless, all in all this was a fantastic hotel, and well worth the money.

Great Hotel and Good Staff check in was very easy parking was at a cost but convenient.

Little expensive for one night stay, but the room was fantastic, the staff were friendly helpful and did what I asked ( I’m allergic to feathers so they changed the bedding for me when I asked ) very grateful thank you. We were able to come and go as we pleased, smoking area for my friends was perfect . Thank you I’m hoping to come back for my birthday on October 8th I can’t wait xx

Excellent location and services. Very convenient with a nice view. Restaurants nearby and the environment is very good.

A very very very bad service! One of my shopping bag totally disappeared and the manager just ask me to report to policeman. They don’t even check the CCTV internally to find out. Ridiculous…..!
