Trip.com has not confirmed with the hotel when we arrived there. The Hotel reception had to contact trip.com hotline and it made us to wait for a while.

Near coach Station.

Not a bad spot, parking a bit difficult

The hotel was in a great location as it's not far from theatre, shopping and other amenities. Only down side is the shower head really badly needed de-scaleing.

Hôtel très bien situé dans Bristol, à 15 min à pied du Bristol Museum, à deux pas du terminus des bus ligne X1, centre commercial à côté. Parking NCP à proximité également avec réduction pour les clients de l'hôtel. Accueil au top surtout quand on est en famille avec deux enfants

I would definitely recommend the hotel. I chose it for the location and the price helped, I didn’t expect much, but it was great - the staff on arrival were incredibly friendly and welcoming, as was the lady who checked me out. The room, although basic (as expected from the price) was very clean and the bed was way more comfortable than I expected. I would recommend it to anyone, a great experience.

Nice room, decent size. Had no fault with room or bathroom cleanliness. Nicely situated for shopping, and a 10 minute stroll from the Hippodrome, 02 academy and water front bars/restaurants. Breakfasts are at the adjacent Brewers Fayre, you have a choice of self serve full English, or there is toast, crumpets, muffins, croissants, pain au chocolate, cereals, yoghurt and fruits. Bed was comfy and we slept well. We parked at the Rupert Street NCP car park across the road. Check in staff gave us a voucher for money of the parking costs, which saved us £20 in parking fees. All in all, a good base for what we wanted to see and do. The Bay Horse pub across the road does great food, which was handy. Would go back again.

I stay in lots of Premier Inn's and appreciate the general high standards and comfortable rooms. Sadly on this stay the bathroom was really not nice, there was a lot of faecal stains around the toilet and lots of previous guests hairs in the bathroom - Yuk! Breakfast was a bit hit and miss with the hot food running out and a lack of staff in the busy period. Otherwise slept well and bed was comfy, room temperature fine etc.

Hotel was centrally situated, room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, and was great value for money.

Not usual premier inn standard. Quite noisey rooms: lots of thuds, bangs and ambient noise. Uncomfortable bed. Strangely inadequate at things premier inns are usually good at. Avoid if possible. Im a light sleeper but not too bad - easily worst PI I’ve slept in (they’re usually great!)

Overall the hotel itself was decent, room was basic but okay but expected with the price you pay. Was visiting Bristol due to having an appointment at the children’s hospital for me severely ill baby so the need for the hotel was necessary. Paid an extra £22 for myself and my mum to have breakfast and it was appalling. Service was shocking, they were clearly understaffed and overworked. Hot food was cold. No coffee machine. Pastries from continental were hard and stale. Breakfast was a complete let down. Will be eating elsewhere with future appointments.
