Évaluations de Novotel Manchester Centre

If U R on a biz trip, avoid the rooms without desk which is for tourists only. Staffs are trying to help but only after 3 nites finally I got a room I want, and the upgrade room with extra cost is good for biz finally~a bit lag vs the expectation from a 4-star hotel I have to say

Very close to many things like China Town, Piccadilly Station etc

Close to city centre good staff cleaning could be better but overall was a good hotel

Good location which near bus terminal and train station. Very clean room and big bed! China town just next the the hotel. City central easy to find good restaurants and supermarket. Staffs are good and helpful. A very good experience with Novotel!!

Very nice hotel and the location is just next to Chinatown

It’s my boyfriend’s birthday and I requested for some little surprises for him. I tried to contact the hotel through the WhatsApp they provide but no one is answering, at last they didn’t do anything for it not even saying happy birthday to him. Also I have paid in the app but they keep saying that I haven’t and this makes me really annoyed.

Free room upgrade when we arrived along with 2 free drinks at the bar. Nice locations and rooms were clean and had everything you need.

Disappointed. No Wifi for 2 days and no backup plan yet. Greatly affected my working plan.

設施：酒店位於聖彼得廣場附近，離中國城也很近，交通便利 衞生：衞生很乾凈 服務：還是比較周到，服務員都很nice 早餐種類還算比較豐富

房間衞生還不錯，裝修雅緻，酒店早餐英式還行，唯一要吐槽的是附近停車場收費高，通常酒店推薦過去應該會有些折扣優惠的，附近有唐人街餐廳，家庭出遊，適合city walking
