Très satisfait, en particulier le service de Miss Ada. Nous sommes venus avec les enfants tôt le matin et sommes arrivés à 9 heures. Nous avons eu un enregistrement spécial. Merci beaucoup. Grand balcon, chambre vue mer, piscine, plage, et repas. super!

L'hôtel est bien mieux que prévu, et il faisait vraiment chaud pendant l'épidémie. Le service parent-enfant est très bon et mérite d'être recommandé. Personnel de loisirs Zhang Guangcheng Wang Rijing Service super attentionné[méchant][méchant]

Je suis allé à l'anniversaire de mariage, l'hôtel était décoré, et aussi livré des gâteaux, le service était parfait, sur appel, ma famille a un petit appétit, donc je ne suis pas allé au buffet pour le dîner, les fruits de mer, poissons et crevettes commandés dans le restaurant chinois sont tous frais, juste les plats Pas assez de types, parfait pour un séjour

C'est amusant et délicieux, propre et accueillant. Si les enfants s'amusent, les adultes seront comblés. Un merci spécial aux préposés aux chambres Liu Fuming et He Mingyun! Je viendrai la prochaine fois et je le recommanderai à des amis

Le paysage autour de l'hôtel est très bon, avec de très belles vues sur la mer, en plus du temps ensoleillé récent, c'est vraiment magnifique. L'animation de Ruibao Paradise est également très bonne. Les enfants aiment aussi y jouer. Lucy, Alice et Suzy dans le centre de loisirs au troisième étage sont super. Il est très patient d'enseigner aux enfants et c'est très bien. Je viendrai ici la prochaine fois pour les vacances.

The hotel is close to the beach, beautiful sea view, the sunrise is breathtaking and the sea breeze is a cherry on top. The staff is very welcoming, sweet, patient and very helpful. Vic Guo was always available and hands on whenever we needed help, he speaks English which made everything easier. The rooms are beautiful and spacious 😍 and truly have the best views that will make you find it very hard to take your eyes off. I felt very comfortable in the room, the couch and bed are soft and comfortable, I must also mention the spacious walk in closet, if you are an over packer like me, you are definitely covered 😂. I felt home away from home, and that’s the kind of comfortability I needed and got 😉. Breakfast was delicious, there are so many options to choose from in the western restaurant. We also had lunch and dinner, which was as delicious. I absolutely recommend this hotel, my experience with Crowne Plaza is always top tier in every city 👌🥂

It’s one of my worse experiences in my life , I never can imagine how bad is it , all of the door from hotel to beach was closed , actually hotel don’t have any beach , you have to go outside of hotel and from other way go to the beach , 3 security man was near the beach and don’t let anyone touch the water and they shouted by speaker anytime , you never feel any relax in this kind of place. I didn’t see any foreigner there , I booked 2nights but stayed one night Becouse of very bad feeling , but Breakfast was good and staff was very helpful

We had a good stay. The hotel staff Sam was very helpful. They gave us an upgrade, and we're attentive. Nice fireworks was organised on 31st night next to the beach thus, it was a grand start to the new year. Though, hardly any staff spoke English except for Sam, yet they were able to help via translation through WeChat. On 31st night the Buffet dinner just had Chinese food selection and not much vegetarian option, when we asked if they could do any other vegetarian dishes, the manager and the chef went out of their way, and to our surprise they served us Indian style fried rice and vegetables korma and barbecued veggies... What could be better than this thoughtful gesture... On top of that they made the dinner complimentary for us. Many thanks for your warm hospitality. We will certainly be back at this amazing hotel. 👍👍🙏🙏

Nice hotel on the beach near NB. Great facilities and wonderful breakfast. Pool is virtually deserted during the day, up until the shadow of the hotel blocks out the sun, then it gets busy. Nice for walks on the beach. You do need a car to get there. If you take a Didi they want to charge you for both ways i.e. from Ningbo for your fare and for their return trip.

A fun place to stay during summer. Nice dinner buffet. All rooms have sea view. Good for kids. Clean and enjoyable. Staff’s English should be improved
