With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

Le propriétaire est très accueillant. La chambre est globalement agréable. Les transports sont pratiques : le métro est juste en bas et il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité.

Everything was perfectly prepared before the arrival of me together with my two colleagues. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. In short, it is a nice stay and journey in your hotel. I look forward to visit your hotel again in the near future

Bon emplacement. Le service et la propreté peuvent être améliorés. Bonnes installations. L'ambiance est plutôt détendue. Beaucoup de soleil et vue sur le lac depuis les fenêtres. Les commerces sont accessibles en cinq minutes à pied. Mais le premier étage pue. Les carreaux de sol sont également très anciens. Mais dans l’ensemble, ce fut une expérience merveilleuse.

L'expérience de séjour est très satisfaisante! La chambre est propre et propre, les installations sont bien entretenues, les lits sont doux et confortables. L'attitude du personnel de la réception est enthousiaste et amicale, il est efficace de gérer le séjour de la sortie et de répondre aux besoins rapidement. La situation géographique est confortable et le repas est très pratique. L'environnement est calme, l'isolement sonore est bon et la qualité de la pause est très élevée. Le rapport coût-efficacité est en ligne, la prochaine fois que vous revenez au site, vous aurez la priorité pour cette maison, très recommandé!

We had a wonderful experience in this apartment! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, providing warm hospitality even though we couldn't communicate in Chinese. This place is budget-friendly, ensuring that we didn’t waste a penny. The amenities provided, such as paper tissues, toothbrushes, towels, and drinking water, added great value to our stay. The bed was extra cozy, making for a restful night’s sleep. Plus, the photos posted online accurately reflect the apartment's reality. Conveniently located just across from Jiyuqiao Metro Station, this apartment is ideal for travelers seeking an affordable and comfortable place to stay. It is also near small stores like Lawson, fruit stands, and other convenient stores. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly option! A metro away, you can reach any nearby tourist spots like yellow crane tower, hubu lane to yangtze river bridge, and Mixc Mall.

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal, avec un centre commercial au rez-de-chaussée et un accès facile aux transports en commun (bus et métro). Teresa, à la réception, a offert un excellent service : professionnelle et enthousiaste, elle a même facilité notre départ tardif. Les chambres étaient calmes, spacieuses et parfaitement équipées. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

The room was spacious, equipped with two 1.8-meter double beds. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were clean. Unfortunately, there was a smell of smoke coming from the bathroom at night, which I guessed was caused by the guests smoking in the next room. The landlady was helpfull; after I asked to change rooms, she arranged it for me the next day. She also recommended some tourist attractions and gave us a small gift when we checked out. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it's right across from the subway station, and it takes 35-40 minutes by subway to reach Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. 房间宽敞，配备两张1.8米的双人床，适合四位成人入住。床很舒服，床单也很干净。可惜的是，晚上浴室里飘出一股烟味，我猜是隔壁房间的客人吸烟造成的。房东太太人很好，我提出换房后，她第二天就帮我安排好了。她还推荐了一些旅游景点，退房时还送了我们一份小礼物。酒店离市中心有点远，但就在地铁站对面，坐地铁35-40分钟就能到江汉路步行街。

Un grand séjour avec une chambre propre qui vient avec lave-linge 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼, chaudière à eau, réfrigérateur de taille moyenne 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼(pas comme le minibar habituel dans la plupart des hôtels) un grand projeteur d'écran pour la surveillance des médias(mais tous en chinois 😅 - obtenir votre application de traducteur prêt). Super AIR & AIDE staff(Shuwen & tante Cheng(Cheng Ah yii) nous a même expédié le jour de notre départ.. faire de notre séjour un véritablement mémorable. 200% recommander cet endroit pour ceux qui assistent à un événement dans ou près du stade Wuhan sports center ou ceux qui sont à proximité du stade Wuhan sports center ou ceux qui sont à la maison de sport ou à la maison de sport. Le site de la ville est très bien situé, et le site de la ville est très bien situé.
