IInvitéThe apartment is very charming and offers a truly breathtaking view. The location is strategic, with easy access to the metro and all essential services, making it ideal for getting around the city without any hassle.
That said, with a few improvements, it could easily become an outstanding place to stay. First of all, cleanliness needs attention: dust was present on almost every surface. The check-in process is also not very intuitive, especially for international guests. Without the help of a young man at the building entrance, we would not have been able to access the apartment.
One particularly disappointing aspect was the check-out management. Although check-out was scheduled for 12:00 PM, the electricity was cut off at 10:00 AM, leaving us without heating, hot water, and even the possibility of making a simple coffee for an hour. This significantly affected our final impression.
Finally, we had to follow up two days later to receive our security deposit, something that could easily be avoided with a more efficient management system.
In summary, the apartment has great potential, an excellent location, and a spectacular view, but it needs more attention to operational details. With better organization and care, it could truly reach the next level.

衞生：衞生挺不錯，到處都比較乾淨，床單、被套、枕頭都是雪白的，房間也很有格調，很多擺件，住着挺温馨的
服務：預訂後需要自己打電話聯繫入住，響應很迅速，一下子就辦理了，整個過程還是蠻快的

LLooi STThe location of this hotel is excellent. There's a big shopping mall next door and all around you will find a plethora of restaurants, snack vendors, convenience stores, supermarkets, services, anything you can think of. Right in front of the building is a bus stop where you can take a bus to either Ganzhou Railway Station or Ganzhou West Railway Station. There's also a big museum and a park a stone's throw away. I stayed in a spacious room equipped with a washing machine, adequate heating for temperatures that hovered just above freezing in the early hours of the morning when I was there, and a floor to ceiling window with a seating area right next to it that gave you a view of the surrounding cityscape.

IInvitéCe B&B a été une véritable surprise ! Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été frappée par la décoration chaleureuse et soignée. Le souci du détail – literie moelleuse, décoration digne d'Instagram et produits de toilette soigneusement fournis – m'a immédiatement mise à l'aise. L'emplacement est incroyablement pratique, à deux pas des restaurants et attractions. L'hôte était accueillant et patient, partageant non seulement des conseils de voyage à l'avance, mais répondant également à toutes mes questions. Le soleil matinal entrait dans la chambre, et m'asseoir sur le petit balcon avec une tasse de café était une expérience vraiment captivante ! Je recommande vivement cet endroit, je reviendrai sans hésiter !
