Les appartements sont très récents. Nous avons eu un appartement de deux chambres dont les portes des toilettes ne s'ouvraient pas entièrement, gênant l'accès, et qui comportait une étagère murale qui pendait et menaçait de tomber. Je me demande s'ils effectuent un contrôle qualité ou des vérifications avant l'arrivée des clients. Heureusement, nous avons réussi à obtenir un appartement deux chambres plus fonctionnel et accueillant après avoir signalé le problème (avec photos et vidéos) au personnel de la réception et demandé un changement de chambre.

The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

L'hôtel est très bon, mais la seule plainte que j'ai est la fonction d'épargne de puissance qui va désactiver la puissance de la chambre quand il n'y a pas de mouvement (je pense). Je sais qu'il s'agit d'une caractéristiques vertes, mais c'est très frustrant.

Enregistrement facile. Séjour confortable. L'appartement est bien équipé : micro-ondes, mini-frigo, évier, vaisselle. C'est la troisième fois que je séjourne ici et je reviendrai sans hésiter.

I had a great stay at this homestay in KL. The location was very convenient, the environment was clean and comfortable, and the customer service was excellent. The staff were friendly and responsive throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

L'hôtel est propre et les équipements sont très bien. Par contre, le service laisse vraiment à désirer, surtout au niveau du ménage. Je suggérerais que pour un séjour de plus de deux jours, le ménage soit fait quotidiennement, car autrement, la chambre n'est nettoyée qu'une fois par semaine. Le reste du temps, il faut s'occuper soi-même de la propreté.

La chambre est très confortable et confortable.

C'est un hôtel que je fréquente régulièrement. Sa localisation est vraiment idéale, ce qui rend les allers et retours très pratiques. Le seul inconvénient est le manque de commodités dans le quartier : il n'y a pas de supérette ou de supermarché bien fourni à proximité. Quant à la chambre, la décoration est plutôt basique. Dès que l'on ouvre la porte, on a une vue d'ensemble : un lit, une table, deux chaises, une petite armoire sommaire et une penderie sans porte. Ce faible niveau de confort est le revers de la médaille d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix. En fait, y séjourner, c'est faire des concessions, ce n'est pas l'endroit où l'on vient chercher le grand luxe.

The host is not responsive at first. I started contacting him 3 days before arrival. i didnot receive even an email for check-in instructions. I booked the property more than a month before our travel… only when we arrived in the place that I found out that the number posted on the site is not theirs and the reply email from the email booking confirmation that i received from trip.com does not go to the correct host… During this time, I travelled with my 2 kids for the ice skating competition and we brought lots of big luggages for their costume snd props… Our flight is so early so we were unable to get enough sleep and we’re so tired… This is very stressful to all of us… then i just decided to bring the kids to sunway lagoon theme park while waiting for the reply from the host and the trip.com. i finally got an update from trip.com and the host at around 1pm. but since we were already in the theme park, we were able to check in at around 7pm. Anyway, trip.com gave me 3000 points for compensation for the hassle… The amenities are complete and the room was huge with 2 sofa beds, 1 queen size bed, a study table and chair, dining table and kitchen, which are basically my preference so i can cook for the kids. The toilet has bath tub but it doesn’t have cover so the kids were not able to use it. also, there is some smell going out from the drainage of the toilet, so i bought an air freshener. When i got the correct contact number of the host, i realized that he is actually responsive. I requested a clean up room on the third day, and he answered right away… although the cleaner came later in the afternoon, around 5 to 6pm (not on the scheduled time of 11am to 3pm). The property is connected to the mall, where the rink is located. So it is very convenient to us. Overall, i can rate this property as very good based on our needs during this time… and i will certainly come back and recommend this to friends. posted pictures were taken before we checked-out. thats why it’s so messy

- The stay was very comfortable overall, and everything was quite good. However, there are two things that need improvement: 1. You mentioned on the listing that it can accommodate 6 people. In reality, there are only 2 queen-size beds. The other two “single beds” are just thin mattresses placed on the floor, which are quite uncomfortable. 2. The sofa and beds should be cleaned properly, as there seem to be a lot of dust mites. My children slept on the beds, my wife slept on the floor mattress, and I slept sitting on the sofa. We checked in quite late, took a shower, and went straight to sleep. The next day, all of us were extremely itchy, like monkeys scratching non-stop. The ones who sat on the sofa had itchiness on the back of the thighs, and those who slept on the beds had very itchy hands. These two issues need improvement. Other than that, everything else was very good. Thank you.
