Je suis venue ici pour l'anniversaire de ma mère, et c'était tout simplement incroyable. Ma mère était constamment émerveillée. Je veux y séjourner à nouveau lors de mon prochain passage. La gare est à environ 10 minutes à pied et l'hôtel se trouve entre deux stations de métro, chacune à environ 8-10 minutes à pied. La salle de sport est excellente et bien équipée. L'aire de jeux pour enfants est également agréable ; quelques jouets supplémentaires seraient appréciables, mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon endroit pour qu'ils se dépensent. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Mes enfants ont également beaucoup apprécié le cinéma.

Nous n'avons pas trouvé l'hôtel que nous avons allé dans un autre bâtiment alors j'ai appelé le numéro de l'hôtel, le gars était très ami et nous a dirigé vers le bâtiment droit! La chambre est très belle et tranquille! La location aussi est belle partout où nous avons allé un Didi était bon marché ! We had a truly wonderful stay at Fraser Place Dalian. Before our arrival, Flora Sun kindly contacted us in advance, and she was also incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming during check-in. Thanks to her thoughtful hospitality, we were upgraded to an amazing suite with a spacious living room, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. This made our trip with friends much more comfortable and enjoyable. What impressed us the most was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. We accidentally entered the wrong delivery address when ordering food, but a staff member went out of their way to locate the delivery, retrieve it, and bring it directly to our room. We were genuinely touched by this level of care and attention. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. The location was convenient, and the overall stay exceeded our expectations in every way. As a group of three friends traveling together, we were able to create wonderful memories and enjoy a much more relaxing stay than we had imagined. The kindness and professionalism of Flora Sun and the entire hotel team will remain one of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely choose Fraser Place Dalian again on our next visit to Dalian and would confidently recommend it to anyone planning to stay in the city. Absolutely worth every penny! I can sum up my stay in one word: exceptional value. The room was very spacious with a million-dollar view, all at a very friendly price. There is a washing machine in the room, and hot water was not an issue at all during winter. Just a small tip: avoid showering while the washing machine is running, as it seems to draw the hot water away. At first, I thought there was a food warmer or stove, but this room does not have one. However, the staff kindly allowed us to use the microwave at the office. The host was incredibly helpful and always replied very quickly on WeChat — so fast that I honestly wondered if they ever slept! 😄 The bedding was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was smooth and flexible; we could easily request cleaning or refills on the days we needed them. If there is one area for improvement, I would suggest renovating some details, such as repainting areas where the paint is peeling and re-sealing the sink edges and other parts of the bathroom. There was a slight cigarette smell in the room, but it really depends on how sensitive you are. For us, opening the window for ventilation or using a spray solved the issue easily. Some noise from other areas was noticeable, as there is a gym on the same floor, and during our stay it was New Year’s, so there were some party noises. That said, this can happen anywhere and is not something the property can fully control. Getting there was easy — we took a taxi directly to the hotel address. Check-in is on the 23rd floor, Room 19, where they provide the room number and access code. Wi-Fi is available, and only a passport is needed for registration. For check-out, simply notify them via WeChat. Around the hotel, there are a few small local eateries within walking distance, though we did not notice a convenience store nearby. Overall, I would rate this place excellent. I’m not judging it by hotel star standards, but by value for money — and what we received was far beyond what we paid for. Highly recommended!
