C'est vraiment proche du cours essentiel, le semis. Vous pouvez aller au Dongbangsu Seong et Seeding comme si vous alliez dans un bar de quartier. Ce n'est pas un hôtel, mais plutôt un peu comme Airbnb, où vous louez un appartement dans un immeuble appelé Victoria Mansion. Le personnel était très sympathique. La chambre de 2 pièces dispose d'une salle de bain et d'une douche dans chaque chambre, il serait donc bon que deux groupes voyagent ensemble. J'avais peur de partir car mon vol était le matin, mais tout s'est bien passé.

L'Ocean Loft est un appartement, pas un hôtel. L'emplacement est idéal pour les touristes et la vue depuis la fenêtre est magnifique. En revanche, la propreté laisse à désirer. Les toilettes sentent mauvais et il y a des miettes de biscuits par terre. Dans l'ensemble, c'est correct. Vu l'emplacement, je lui donne 5/10.

It felt less like a transaction and more like being welcomed into a well-managed home. The facilities were equally impressive and clearly designed with guest comfort and convenience in mind. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully appointed, blending modern amenities with a sense of comfort. The common areas, from the lobby lounge to the fitness center and pool, were maintained to a high standard, offering beautiful and functional spaces to relax or rejuvenate. Attention to detail was evident everywhere, contributing to an atmosphere of refined relaxation. As for the food, it was a highlight of the experience. Dining was a pleasure, with a menu that offered both classic favorites and inventive dishes. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, each meal was beautifully presented, and the flavors were consistently excellent. It was clear that the culinary team takes great pride in their craft, making every meal something to look forward to. In summary, my experience was outstanding across the board. The impeccable service, superior facilities, and delightful cuisine combined to create a perfect stay. I left feeling thoroughly refreshed and already looking forward to the next opportunity to return. This establishment has truly mastered the art of hospitality.

First of all, the location was superb, no joke there. The mall was connecting to the condo. And the mall was also connected to the metro line. However, the AC was horrible on the second floor. At first, we asked the owner through wechat. The owner saw I was opening at 16 degree and kinda like rudely said, don't open too low, just put it at 21. I was confused af ngl. Then, we contacted again, and a person came to our unit to try and fix it. Though I don't think he fixed anything. It was a duplex, the first floor had normal functional ac, but the second floor could not feel a single thing. Don't get me started when after u shower, the air ventilation was ****. So the second floor was hot af. The toilet was alright, just a lil advise to put a hook or something, cuz we could not hang any of our towel, clothes inside the bathroom. Finally, we booked a 5 people room, but there were only like two hangers in the closet. Like bruh? How could all of us hang our towel? We ended up buying hangers.

La baie vitrée encadre parfaitement le bleu de la mer et du ciel, ainsi que le pont traversant la mer, comme un tableau naturel. En me réveillant, j'avais l'océan entier sous les yeux. J'ai pu admirer le lever du soleil le matin et le coucher du soleil le soir. Même en ne faisant rien, l'ambiance était incroyablement romantique. La chambre était impeccable, le lit king-size était incroyablement confortable, et je me suis endormi au son lointain des vagues, profitant d'une nuit paisible jusqu'au matin. Chaque détail a été pensé avec soin. L'emplacement est également super pratique, très proche de la place Xinghai et des zones commerciales environnantes, ce qui rend les déplacements et les repas super faciles. Ce séjour à Dalian a été rempli de bonheur grâce à cette chambre. N'hésitez pas, vous ne le regretterez pas !

Our recent stay at the apartment was overall a positive experience. The location was excellent, situated conveniently near the university, which was our primary objective. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with shops downstairs offering various food options for our convenience. However, there were a few areas that could have been improved. Firstly, there was no daily cleaning service provided, which was a bit of a disappointment. Secondly, only one bath towel was provided, which was insufficient for our needs. On the first day of our stay, we were asked to wait due to a window being broken in the original booking, which although understandable, was still an inconvenience. The owner was polite and communicated effectively through phone, which was appreciated. The Ayi who was there to open the apartment for us was not as accommodating, however. She shouted at us for using one of the bath towels as a step-out mat from the shower, which we felt was an unnecessary reaction. Due to the fact that the tiles are slippery after showering,The shower itself was a bit inconvenient as it did not have doors, allowing water to easily flow out into the room but we managed to adjust the direction of the shower head and make it work. For future guests, we would recommend topping up the toilet rolls and toothpaste to ensure a more comfortable stay for three days . Overall, despite the few shortcomings, the apartment was comfortable and clean, and we would consider staying there again in the future.

La cuisine est équipée de tout le nécessaire, ce qui est idéal pour préparer des repas rapides et faciles avec des enfants difficiles. L'hôtel dispose également d'un restaurant servant une cuisine occidentale. Il est situé à proximité de nombreux centres commerciaux et galeries marchandes souterraines. La gare est à environ 10 minutes à pied et l'hôtel se trouve entre deux stations de métro, chacune à environ 8-10 minutes à pied. La salle de sport est excellente et bien équipée. L'aire de jeux pour enfants est également agréable ; quelques jouets supplémentaires seraient appréciables, mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon endroit pour qu'ils se dépensent. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Mes enfants ont également beaucoup apprécié le cinéma.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Fraser Place Dalian. Before our arrival, Flora Sun kindly contacted us in advance, and she was also incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming during check-in. Thanks to her thoughtful hospitality, we were upgraded to an amazing suite with a spacious living room, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. This made our trip with friends much more comfortable and enjoyable. What impressed us the most was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. We accidentally entered the wrong delivery address when ordering food, but a staff member went out of their way to locate the delivery, retrieve it, and bring it directly to our room. We were genuinely touched by this level of care and attention. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. The location was convenient, and the overall stay exceeded our expectations in every way. As a group of three friends traveling together, we were able to create wonderful memories and enjoy a much more relaxing stay than we had imagined. The kindness and professionalism of Flora Sun and the entire hotel team will remain one of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely choose Fraser Place Dalian again on our next visit to Dalian and would confidently recommend it to anyone planning to stay in the city.
