We’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments around the world, from tiny rooms to beautiful villas, and this was honestly our first experience like this. We arrived around 2:30 PM, right after check-in time. There is no elevator, but that’s completely understandable for an old Venetian building. We carried our luggage to the third floor, and while my wife was speaking with the host, we suddenly found out that the bathroom was shared with another room. This was a huge surprise for us because on Trip.com the booking clearly mentioned private facilities in the room and a shower. Only later did we realize that the bathroom was actually outside the room and shared between two rooms, with separate keys for the wooden bathroom door. The bathroom itself was clean and decent, but for us this completely changed the experience. We have never stayed in a place with a shared bathroom before, and finding this out only at check-in was very disappointing. Another frustrating point was the check-out policy. Check-out was at 10:00 AM, which we already knew from the booking, but honestly this was only the second time in my life I’ve seen such an early check-out time — and I’ve probably booked more than 200 hotels. I think the only earlier one I ever had was 9:30 AM. I genuinely do not understand why there needs to be a 4-hour gap between check-out and check-in for cleaning a room that does not even have a private bathroom. On top of that, the host said it was impossible to leave luggage after check-out because she had “negative experiences” before. So after an already disappointing stay, this just added another layer of inconvenience. Other downsides: * terrible pillows — sleeping felt like your head was at a 90-degree angle; * extremely poor sound insulation, you can hear literally every movement from other guests; * in the shower there was nothing except hand soap near the sink — no shampoo, no conditioner, no basic amenities. Positive points: * very good location; * the room itself was clean; * coffee was available in the room. Unfortunately, the bathroom situation completely overshadowed all the positives for us. Because of that, I would rate this place 2/5.

La location est idéale, vous arrivez rapidement à pied de l'aéroport et à pied partout. Il y a des bars autour et c'est une zone tranquille. Ce qui pourrait être amélioré, c'est les instructions de check-in, car j'ai été assez précoce pour vous faire le check-in et j'ai eu des problèmes quand j'arrive. Le bon est que vous répondez et vous résolvez rapidement, je dois souligner cela. La vue de notre chambre était magnifique, il donnait un petit patio. Je recommande sans aucun doute

We found the location quite easily. It’s conveniently situated within a comfortable walking distance from the bus stop where the airport buses arrive, which was a big plus after traveling. The administrator was very welcoming — we would especially like to thank her for the warm reception. We arrived before check-in time and were able to leave our bags, which was very convenient. When we returned at the scheduled time, we were able to access our room without any issues. During our stay, renovation works started in a neighboring apartment (apparently upstairs). Because of this, there was a bit less natural light in our room, and we could hear construction noise in the mornings, which started quite early. It turned out that the host was not aware that the work would begin so early either. We would like to especially highlight how the situation was handled. The host personally spoke with us, apologized, and managed to arrange for the work to start later. It was clear that our comfort truly mattered. For us, the situation was completely resolved. The room itself met our expectations. It was spacious — not one of those layouts where you walk straight into the bed with the bathroom door right there. The room was warm thanks to central heating. The water pressure was excellent, and the bathroom was simple but cozy. There was no breakfast option during our stay, but that did not significantly affect our overall experience. We had a pleasant stay and are grateful for the hospitality. It is clear that guest comfort is a priority here — if you experience any issues or need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask.

Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel le 12 janvier à 10 h 30, la chambre était absolument incroyable et divisée par deux niveaux. Le terrain était doublé et douche séparée. Le salon est équipé d'une grande télévision intelligente, d'un garde-robe spacieux, d'un coffre-fort et d'un sèche-cheveux. Il y avait un chauffage et un climatisation, et tout fonctionnait parfaitement, donc il n'était pas froid. La location est excellente. Il peut sembler un peu confus sur la carte au début, mais nous l'avons découvert rapidement. Lorsque vous voyez le magasin « Ca’ Macana Atelier », tournez immédiatement à droite. Vous verrez un ancien téléphone public et entre les bâtiments il y a l'entrée de l'hôtel (le nom de l'hôtel est écrit sur la porte). L'intérieur de l'hôtel est très beau. Le propriétaire est une très gentille et bienvenue dame vraiment merveilleuse. Elle parle anglais et nettoie les chambres quotidiennement. Si vous préférez ne pas avoir nettoyé votre chambre, vous pouvez simplement lui informer ou pendre le signe sur la porte. La taxe touristique est de 3 € par personne par jour. Nous avons aimé tout. Merci beaucoup. Si nous rentrons à Venise, nous resterons certainement ici. ❤️

Il est très tard à l'heure d'arriver, et le séjour est également pratique d'ouvrir la porte selon le code de passe envoyé avant, et de prendre le coffre et le sac de votre chambre. La chambre n'est pas grande, l'hygiène est possible, l'isolement sonore est généralement temporaire pour une nuit. Le paysage de Vérone est vraiment très bon, beaucoup de touristes et très sûr.

We all absolutely lived it! The first impression is the super friendly staff. You have to climb quite some steps to reach the room (ard one floor of stairs? Not recommend if you have a lot of luggages) however the staff ran out and helped us to move most of the luggage's to our room. The check in time is actually quite flexible since we arrived at 1230 and the staff still allowed us to check in. The room is very spacious with clean toilets and bathroom, there are Shampoo and body washing separated and some to spare (since we ordered an extra bed in a double room) We are also very surprised about the extra bed because it is not an ordinary expandable sofa bed, but a normal bed. Apart from the nicest service we have ever received, the breakfast is also a highlight. There are tons of choices (sweets like milk pudding, croissant, fruits, normal breakfast like ham and bread) and you can order some specials from the menu. We did try their scrambled eggs and smoked salmon salad, absolutely spot on! It has to be the best breakfast I've ever had from hotel! The location of the hotel is very close to the train station, but quite some walk to piazza San Marco (ard 20 min if you didn't get lost) The hotel provide us a map so that we can find places easier, and turns out we did use this map way more than google map (Google map gets really inaccurate on the island), one service we like a lot again. Overall it's a very pleasant experience and we like the hotel very much! Definitely recommend!

Nous sommes arrivés à midi et, à cause de la marée haute à Venise, l'entrée de l'hôtel était inondée, un ponton en bois étant installé devant. Comme nous avions beaucoup de bagages (trois filles dans notre groupe de cinq, chacune avec une valise de 71 cm), nous avons demandé de l'aide à l'hôtel pour les porter à l'intérieur. Un réceptionniste, un homme blanc, nous a indiqué qu'ils ne s'occupaient que des bagages à l'intérieur de l'hôtel et a refusé de nous aider. Nous avons finalement dû demander à un membre du personnel de porter nos bagages. Lors de l'enregistrement, nous avions réservé deux chambres. La première était une suite royale, mais le système et l'hôtel nous ont d'abord attribué une chambre standard. Nous avons exprimé notre surprise et leur avons montré notre confirmation de réservation avant qu'ils ne nous donnent la bonne chambre (heureusement, elle était libre). La deuxième chambre était la bonne, au troisième étage. Nous étions trois et, comme l'hôtel n'a pas d'ascenseur, le personnel aurait dû nous aider à monter nos bagages, mais l'une des valises a simplement été laissée au pied de l'escalier au rez-de-chaussée, et on nous a dit de la porter nous-mêmes. Dans l'ensemble, les installations et l'environnement de l'hôtel étaient corrects. C'est simplement l'attitude du service qui était déplorable.

カップル旅行で2泊しました。 白を基調とした部屋はとても清潔感があり、ゴミや前宿泊客の忘れ物などもありませんでした。 バスアメニティも一通り揃っていたため短期の滞在には困りません。シャワーのお湯の出も良く、すぐに水になるといったことも無かったため、日本のシャワーに慣れていても快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの方にはあまり会いませんでしたが、受付の女性はかなり親身に対応してくださり、英語があまりできない私たちにも分かりやすく説明してくださいました！ ホテルの立地自体は少し不便で、水上バスやゴンドラ等を使わないのであれば、どこに行くにもかなり歩くことになります。 特に主要観光地のサンマルコ広場は遠く、大人の足で30分ほどかかりました。ただ、その道中にお店が沢山あるので、時間に余裕のある旅でしたら苦にはならないと思います。 また、ホテル周辺にはレストランやバーが揃っており、歩いて3分ほどのところにパン屋さんやクレープ屋さんもありました。食には困らないので、あえて朝食をつけずに散策するのもおすすめです。ちなみにホテル前に交番？派出所？のようなものもあり、昼夜警察らしき方が見張られているので、主要地から離れてはいますが治安も悪くはありません。 トータルで考えるとコストに対してかなり満足のいく滞在になりました！

La chambre était spacieuse et calme, avec un excellent service et un ménage quotidien. L'emplacement est idéal, à quelques pas d'attractions comme le Colisée et la place Juliette. Il est également très pratique de se restaurer, avec plusieurs restaurants à proximité. La gare est également facilement accessible à pied et les transports en commun sont également très pratiques.
