Apartment was very nice and tidy. It had so many nice amenities in the room and I loved the TV was able to face the bed! Check in and check out services was really easy and smooth, all digital. The hotel's location is a 5 to 20-minute walk from the bus stop (depending on which bus you took), with buses running every 30 minutes to berlin airport. It's approximately one hour from Berlin Central Station from the Berlin Airport. A key point to note is that the main entrance door locks after ~10 PM, and there is no night staff. We discovered this the hard way one evening and panicked. We later found out that you must use the hotel's website app (the same one used for check-in) to unlock the door. There is a ”front door” button in the app that triggers the lock. This was not immediately obvious, as we saw another traveler struggling with the same issue. I highly recommend setting up the app beforehand, as checking in late at night without it would be very difficult.

We stayed in two suite rooms. One for 3 people and another for 4 people. Both suites were spacious, fully furnished, and equipped with excellent amenities including a washing machine and dishwasher. The location was very convenient: just 3 minutes from the S-Bahn station, 4 minutes from the tram stop (Haltestelle), and only 5 minutes from Ristorante Toscana. We had a fabulous stay and truly appreciated the comfort and convenience provided. Highly recommended!

Awesome location with a lot of we wanted to see within walking distance. Our apar**ent was clean, cozy and enjoyable. We had to pick the house keys from a different office 3mins by car away from the appar**ent.

Malgré une courte séjour, tout a été parfaitement adapté. Le déroulement est automatisé dans la plupart des cas, mais fonctionne parfaitement. Personnel très aimable. particulièrement agréable: le petit, petit café agréable de l'hôtel – idéal pour un petit-déjeuner relaxé. Je vous en prie.

L'hôtel a un excellent rapport qualité prix. À proximité il ya un supermarché ainsi que des restaurants pour les achats et les repas. Les chambres sont grandes et ont une cuisine. Le bus se tient juste devant la porte. La situation n'est pas tout à fait optimale mais calme. Il faut environ 20 minutes en ville. À la prochaine visite, nous allons rester ici.
