Je suis très heureux de revenir à la Finlande et je resterai ici. Le lieu lui-même est très propre, très complet avec des équipements de cuisine qui et aussi muslims ami comme il a été bidé... il est facile de vérifier avec le code aussi!!

Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing. I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip. Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest. Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion. Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity. In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you

Me and my mom needed an apartment to be able to visit family member who was in hospital. We needed a kitchen and a washing machine. The room had both and no problem with those. I suspected kitchen knife would be dull and it was, but I brought a knife sharpener and got it sharp. Otherwise everything in kitchen was okay but stove wasn't that powerful. The building's main door's lock wasn't functioning and we informed about it and it was fixed but only after about a week. Our apartment's lock worked all the time without problem. Also one lamp was broken. Mom said it was cold there and it wasn't exactly warm there, good enough for me and blankets were really thick. I complained about coldness and a serviceman came there to do something to radiators but it didn't really change anything. We were there in very early spring. It was 0C outside at night and 5-10C at daytime. There was some communication errors but nothing major and I was able to get hold of someone quickly and easily with the online chat. It was quite clean there except if you take bedclothes off you might enjoy the sight on pillow and blanket. All and all I was quite pleased of the room and stay.

Ne réservez jamais cet hôtel sur Trip ! Si vous souhaitez séjourner ici, réservez plutôt sur son site officiel, car il n'y a pas de réception et vous recevrez un code pour vous enregistrer. J'ai dû passer un appel international en itinérance pour obtenir mon code PIN, car Trip ne me l'a pas envoyé et cela m'a coûté 16 € pour passer cet appel, sans parler de la confusion et des tracas. La direction devrait également en assumer la responsabilité et s'assurer que si les réservations sont effectuées via des applications tierces, le client reçoit correctement les informations requises. La chambre elle-même était très propre et bien rangée et l'emplacement était également excellent. Il y a un bon restaurant chinois appelé Nanking et d'autres bonnes librairies, un café pour chats, un bar pour adultes, etc. dans le quartier.

L'hôtel est très beau, le personnel est également très ami, sonnant plein. Je n'ai pas fini de nettoyer la chambre. Je lui ai dit de changer de chambre. Réponse rapide et amicale. Les nettoyeurs sont aussi très enthousiastes et m'appelleront si j'ai des difficultés. Les installations elles-mêmes sont très belles! La sauna est aussi la meilleure. Aucune installation comme les dents. En outre, une personne a un logement très cher, donc il est recommandé de 2 personnes ~ logement (^^)

Excellente propreté ! Je n'ai jamais vu un hotel aussi propre que celui-ci ! Chambre spacieuse, joliment décorée et avec beaucoup d'équipements. j'étais inquiète sur l'absence de réception, mais le système fonctionne en faite parfaitement ! On a même accès à un cours de gym ou a des tapis de Yoga et cours en ligne. Je recommande vivement cet hotel. Situé en bas d'un arret de tram : très pratique !

Établissement situé à quelques kilomètres d'Helsinki, facilement accessible grâce aux services Bolt, etc. Chambres bien agencées et propreté impeccable. Seul bémol : le service d'enregistrement. On ne nous a pas donné le code d'entrée et l'accès à l'établissement a été difficile. Grâce à la gentillesse et au professionnalisme de Trip.com, nous avons pu résoudre le problème. Nous avons pu parler à un garçon dans notre langue et l'accueil a été excellent.

2024年11月に2泊しました。 部屋のタイプはシングルルームです。 全体的に綺麗なホテルです。 部屋にはテレビ、デスク、ベット、冷蔵庫、ハンガーラック、1人掛けのソファーなど必要な物は揃っています。 コンセントはデスク横とテレビ下にありました。 トイレ、浴室にはドライヤー、大小タオルがありました。コンディショナーはなかったです。 共用キッチンには電気ケトルや調理器具などがありました。（確かオーブンとかコーヒーマシンもあった気がします） 屋上に展望台みたいな所もあり眺めは良かったです。 サウナもあります。 立地的にはヘルシンキセンター駅からトラムに乗り、トラムの駅から徒歩3分で合わせて20分もあれば着くので立地も良いです。 手荷物の預かりをチェックイン前、チェックアウト後共にお願いしたら快く引き受けてくれました。（無料です） 事前にオンラインチェックインのメールが来て、それを入力すればホテルで記入する必要もないので、それも良かったです。 値段もリーズナブルで朝食も付きホテルの従業員も親切だったので次回もまた泊まりたいなと思いました！

Quand j'ai réservé, j'ai aimé cet hôtel bien situé, juste à côté de la gare de Tikkurila. Il est très pratique d'y séjourner que ce soit depuis l'aéroport ou en train depuis une autre ville. Les hôtels finlandais ne sont pas bon marché et cette chaîne n'est pas mauvaise. Il y a encore de la vaisselle et des bouilloires dans la chambre, vous pouvez prendre un repas léger, mais la hotte ne l'a vraiment pas compris, il n'y a pas de tuyau, et la fumée vient directement du haut. La fumée est toujours dans la pièce. L'enregistrement en libre-service, pas de réception, la faible capacité de survie est un peu difficile. L'hôtel dispose d'un lave-linge commun, ce qui est bien.

Location is good and communication with owner was good as well. Accommodation was average.
