Un endroit agréable et douillet juste derrière la gare, mais grâce à son emplacement en hauteur, il est très calme la nuit, sans aucune nuisance sonore. Très propre également, avec une petite cuisine parfaite pour un café ou un petit-déjeuner fait maison. Facilement accessible à pied, mais si vous voyagez avec des bagages lourds, vous préférerez peut-être prendre un taxi. Les hôtes sont très gentils et ont fait des pieds et des mains pour préparer la chambre bien avant l'heure du check-in afin de répondre à mes besoins particuliers. Le check-in et le check-out sont autonomes, la communication avec l'hôte est impeccable et les instructions pour se rendre à l'établissement sont claires. Hautement recommandé ! Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Cet appartement est vraiment super, et le prix est excellent. Il est à 8-10 minutes à pied du métro, ce qui me semble tout à fait correct. La propreté et l'environnement sont particulièrement agréables. J'ai appris que c'est un établissement qui vient d'ouvrir, et j'ai eu la chance d'être le premier client. Voici quelques conseils : comme l'arrivée se fait en ligne, après l'enregistrement, vous recevrez un lien pour ouvrir une mini-application. Celle-ci contient la clé de la chambre, les informations Wi-Fi, etc. Lorsque vous aurez besoin de la clé pour ouvrir la porte, ne cliquez pas directement sur le lien. Copiez-le et ouvrez-le depuis votre navigateur. La clé ne fonctionnera qu'à cette condition. Je l'ai ouvert directement, et je n'ai donc pas pu accéder à l'interface de la clé. Sinon, tout est vraiment parfait, je recommande vivement cet appartement. Au fait, il faut appuyer longuement sur le bouton de l'ascenseur pour qu'il fonctionne !

Location is excellent, with 5 mins from central station and metro station. Facilities are all there including washing machine, microwave and dish washing machine. Rubbish handling can be a problem but more because of the Italian policy of separating different types of rubbish. Lighting of the sitting room can be brighter though.

Hôtel moderne avec en gros toutes les facilités et équipements attendus. Par contre c'est un peu au milieu d'une zone un peu bizarre (même si pas du tout craignos). Dommage qu'il faille autant marcher pour trouver le premier supermarché par ex. Had a really pleasant stay at Residenza delle Città. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they were always happy to help with any questions or requests throughout our stay. The same level of care continued through to check-out, which made the overall experience feel very welcoming and well-managed. The room itself was excellent—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It felt like a great balance between a hotel and a serviced apartment, which added to the comfort. The only small downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t available during the non-peak season. While this wasn’t a major issue, it would have been nice to have the option, especially as the room could get a little warm at times. Overall, a very positive experience. The combination of great staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient location makes this a place I would definitely consider staying at again when visiting Milan.

Nous avons réservé cet appartement en urgence. Il est juste à côté de la gare centrale de Milan, à 5 minutes à pied. Il dispose de tout le nécessaire, y compris un lave-linge et un lave-vaisselle. L'emplacement était idéal, le lit était un peu dur, mais nous avons bien dormi. Il y avait beaucoup de couvertures, de serviettes, de verres, d'assiettes, etc. Il faut signer un contrat car c'est un appartement ; il sera fourni en anglais. La caution de 100 € a été remboursée le lendemain. Comme à Milan, il y a beaucoup de poubelles pour différents types de déchets qu'il faut jeter à la fin, mais elles sont faciles à gérer.

The apartment is in a great location close to the metro, buses and the tram. It is a quiet area about 15 minutes from the city center. There were several problems though. We were traveling on dome hot days and we wanted to use the AC. We were informed that it was not the ”season” for AC therefore they would not turn it on. The info on this apartment clearly stated that there was AC. Apparently it's only available at certain times so make sure to check. We were told to open the windows but I stated that I had terrible allergies and there were alot of mosquitos. Of course what happened is that I got really bad allergies and was bitten by mosquitos all over. Also, when you book a place that has a kitchen it is a reasonable expectation that it will have some utensils or plates or a pot or pan. There is absolutely nothing. So if you are planning to cook you would have to bring your own utensils.
