Cet appartement est vraiment super, et le prix est excellent. Il est à 8-10 minutes à pied du métro, ce qui me semble tout à fait correct. La propreté et l'environnement sont particulièrement agréables. J'ai appris que c'est un établissement qui vient d'ouvrir, et j'ai eu la chance d'être le premier client. Voici quelques conseils : comme l'arrivée se fait en ligne, après l'enregistrement, vous recevrez un lien pour ouvrir une mini-application. Celle-ci contient la clé de la chambre, les informations Wi-Fi, etc. Lorsque vous aurez besoin de la clé pour ouvrir la porte, ne cliquez pas directement sur le lien. Copiez-le et ouvrez-le depuis votre navigateur. La clé ne fonctionnera qu'à cette condition. Je l'ai ouvert directement, et je n'ai donc pas pu accéder à l'interface de la clé. Sinon, tout est vraiment parfait, je recommande vivement cet appartement. Au fait, il faut appuyer longuement sur le bouton de l'ascenseur pour qu'il fonctionne !

Location is excellent, with 5 mins from central station and metro station. Facilities are all there including washing machine, microwave and dish washing machine. Rubbish handling can be a problem but more because of the Italian policy of separating different types of rubbish. Lighting of the sitting room can be brighter though.

La chambre est bien située, à environ 10 minutes à pied de la gare. La pièce est assez grande, environ 30 mètres carrés, et dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, ainsi que d'un réfrigérateur et d'un coffre-fort. Vestiaire. La réception propose gratuitement du café, des croissants et de l'eau potable à volonté. Le personnel de la réception avait une bonne attitude de service. J'ai emmené ma fille voyager en Europe pendant plus de 20 jours pendant les vacances d'été et j'ai séjourné dans 7 endroits. C'est l'appartement dont notre famille est la plus satisfaite. Les prix bas dans les supermarchés milanais me font encore plus aimer Milan.

The apartment is in a great location close to the metro, buses and the tram. It is a quiet area about 15 minutes from the city center. There were several problems though. We were traveling on dome hot days and we wanted to use the AC. We were informed that it was not the ”season” for AC therefore they would not turn it on. The info on this apartment clearly stated that there was AC. Apparently it's only available at certain times so make sure to check. We were told to open the windows but I stated that I had terrible allergies and there were alot of mosquitos. Of course what happened is that I got really bad allergies and was bitten by mosquitos all over. Also, when you book a place that has a kitchen it is a reasonable expectation that it will have some utensils or plates or a pot or pan. There is absolutely nothing. So if you are planning to cook you would have to bring your own utensils.

I had a truly wonderful experience — everything from the moment I arrived to the moment I left exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a warm smile, which made the entire stay feel even more welcoming. The location itself was ideal — conveniently situated close to everything I needed, whether it was restaurants, shops, or public transportation. It offered both comfort and convenience, making it a perfect choice for anyone visiting the area. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay!

We stayed here for two nights. Location is near some bus stops and tram stations, but beyond walking distance to subway stations (unless you do not have luggage). Along the street it is not obvious to recognize the entrance, as it is just a regular apartment. Thr instruction sheet could include some photos for easier access. Key collection can be done at central train station, covenient. service office is not that far, but you need to call in advance to know the location. when we got there, the room was not cleaned! we contacted the office and waited a few hours until someone came to clean it. the company refunded the cleaning fee as compensate. the rooms are spacious for a family. overall it could be a good choice for a longer stay (weeks). for a short stay like we had, a hotel is easier.

L'établissement a des fermetures automatiques et se trouve sur un balcon d'un jardin intérieur. Malheureusement, les aveugles de désactivation bon marché qu'ils ont installés étaient attachés aux panneaux de verre qui ont fait que la fenêtre/porte ne pouvait pas être ouverte sans que personne ne pouvait se pencher à l'intérieur ou en gardant à l'esprit la sécurité. En tout cas, je ne pouvais pas avoir de l'air frais pendant que j'étais dans l'appartement, il était bruyant et il ne se sentait pas sûr. Les pros étaient le service de clients téléphoniques utile (pas le service whatsapp...), les serviettes douces et le fait qu'il était un logement économique mais je ne retournerais jamais et ne recommanderais pas cet endroit
