L'appartement nous a fait très bonne impression ; il est situé dans un quartier sûr et propre. L'arrivée autonome est pratique. Propre et rénové avec goût, il est entièrement équipé pour un séjour confortable et pour cuisiner. Un supermarché se trouve à proximité. Nous avons pris le tram pour aller au centre-ville. La station de métro est un peu plus loin. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter et nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Location is excellent, with 5 mins from central station and metro station. Facilities are all there including washing machine, microwave and dish washing machine. Rubbish handling can be a problem but more because of the Italian policy of separating different types of rubbish. Lighting of the sitting room can be brighter though.

L'hôtel lui-même est grand et dispose de plus de 500 chambres. Ma chambre était très relaxante, tranquille, très ensoleillée et calme. Le petit-déjeuner était au-dessus de la moyenne par rapport à ce que les Italiens mangent pour le petit-déjeuner. L'hôtel est à 12 minutes à pied de la station de métro et à 20 minutes de Penny et d'autres magasins. L'emplacement est bon. Le seul inconvénient si vous avez un vol tôt pour l'aéroport, il n'y a pas de transports en commun disponibles, le taxi est cher facturé par l'hôtel pour 140 €. Il y a une navette gratuite fournie par l'hôtel, malheureusement entre 6h30 et 8h30, et le soir pendant environ 2 heures. Dans l'hôtel, il n'y a qu'une petite salle de sport. C'est un bon rapport qualité-prix.

An apartment where you can stay and hop for the city exploration, as well as for a one-day trip around Milan city. It is not far from Milan central, and there are many grocery stores around. There is even a Japanese restaurant nearby(with all-you-can-eat choice), which is good to help you detox when you have too much Italian food. The service is great, and the amenities are good. You can have coffee(Nespresso) all day, with some good bakery to serve you in the morning. The room is nice and very big. Overall, it is good. I would come back for you when I come to Milan again.

衞生：房間衞生乾淨利落，整潔。美中不足，洗衣機衞生差，沒有清洗過內筒。 環境：安靜舒適，樓下有便利店，披薩店。地鐵4號線就在街口，很方便。

The apartment is in a great location close to the metro, buses and the tram. It is a quiet area about 15 minutes from the city center. There were several problems though. We were traveling on dome hot days and we wanted to use the AC. We were informed that it was not the ”season” for AC therefore they would not turn it on. The info on this apartment clearly stated that there was AC. Apparently it's only available at certain times so make sure to check. We were told to open the windows but I stated that I had terrible allergies and there were alot of mosquitos. Of course what happened is that I got really bad allergies and was bitten by mosquitos all over. Also, when you book a place that has a kitchen it is a reasonable expectation that it will have some utensils or plates or a pot or pan. There is absolutely nothing. So if you are planning to cook you would have to bring your own utensils.

I had a truly wonderful experience — everything from the moment I arrived to the moment I left exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a warm smile, which made the entire stay feel even more welcoming. The location itself was ideal — conveniently situated close to everything I needed, whether it was restaurants, shops, or public transportation. It offered both comfort and convenience, making it a perfect choice for anyone visiting the area. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay!

L'établissement a des fermetures automatiques et se trouve sur un balcon d'un jardin intérieur. Malheureusement, les aveugles de désactivation bon marché qu'ils ont installés étaient attachés aux panneaux de verre qui ont fait que la fenêtre/porte ne pouvait pas être ouverte sans que personne ne pouvait se pencher à l'intérieur ou en gardant à l'esprit la sécurité. En tout cas, je ne pouvais pas avoir de l'air frais pendant que j'étais dans l'appartement, il était bruyant et il ne se sentait pas sûr. Les pros étaient le service de clients téléphoniques utile (pas le service whatsapp...), les serviettes douces et le fait qu'il était un logement économique mais je ne retournerais jamais et ne recommanderais pas cet endroit

The location is excellent—just a short walk from Lanza Station (only 4 stops away from Milano Centrale). Access to the hotel is very convenient with a passcode system. The surrounding area feels safe, not isolated, and there’s no need to worry about safety. The room is modern, new, and very clean, with all the amenities you need. The bedroom, bathroom, and shower area are well separated, offering great functionality and comfort. There is also plenty of living space, along with full kitchen facilities including a microwave, kettle, electric stove, and cooking equipment—you can easily prepare proper meals here. The staff are friendly and always happy to help with any questions or recommendations. A great option for couples or groups of friends.
