Initially we booked the wrong night by mistake. I immediately had sent letter to the host, just 2 minutes after that mistake. And at first, host said, that they would refund without any problems, but after that he turned down our ask for refund and offered only date change, which was the problem, because the price was 2.5x more on the dates, that we needed and we would never stay at the place so expensive. In the end we had to make additional payment to stay for only one night, just to not loose the first money transfer. And host refused to talk about why he changed his initial position and what is wrong with the refund 2 months prior to the stay. Even that we had assured him, that it was really a mistake (confused ”mar” and ”may” in the app) and sent him our plane tickets,. He also told us, that he can't give us refund, because he prepared the room and because of the booking he couldn't rent room to another person and lost money, which I find highly unlike, since the first response from him was very quick and the wrong booking was made 2 hours before midnight, so it's very unlikely, that someone else would rent it. Overall, I don't think that it could be considered as hospitality. The place itself is nice, if booked for an appropriate price. Don't expect luxury, but a simple, spacious room with a balcony and a view on the road and trees.

Le prix est vraiment bon marché, il arrive à 10 points de marche de la station de la mer. En bas, 711 familles sont entières. Les attractions peuvent aller au centre-ville pendant 10 minutes sans crainte de problèmes. Le défaut est que j'ai une chambre sans fenêtre, l'hôtel n'a pas d'électricité, c'est en fait un hôtel transformé dans un appartement japonais et le flux de bains est si petit. Le séjour est essentiellement soigné par soi-même, il a séjourné trois jours, à part voir la dame qui a été frappée le matin, il n'a pas vu de personne sur la réception. Si vous pouvez économiser de l'argent, l'hygiène est aussi un peu passé, et les quartiers résidentiels sont tranquilles.

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful. The room felt brand new, with plenty of space and two large, incredibly comfortable beds. The kitchen facilities were excellent and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect — especially convenient for visiting the nearby museum. We were genuinely impressed by how much value you get for the price. I can’t recommend B Hotel Neko Yard highly enough — it’s a fantastic place to stay and truly exceeded our expectations!

Clean room and bathroom, medium size, good location, easy to find and move around. The problem is: all the rooms 501, 502, 503 are on a 5th floor and there’s is no elevator; so you’ll have to carry up your suitcase. Also, floors 2 to 4 are not part of the hotel, so be aware of the noise if you arrive late at night. And, there’s is no place to or way to keep your luggage after check out (check out is at 10am, so if your next train leaves later during the day of check out; you’ll have to take the luggage with you)

Good place and near to the convenient stores.The place is so perfect for the family.my kids enjoyed the projector,but there is no elevator.we carried our big luggage going to second floor.No free car parking but have a nearest coin parking.check out time is so early 10am.I suggest to make it 11am because some of the guests have a kids hard to wake them up early,especially if you are a tourist.

Great place. Check-in is done by yourself, but it’s fine. The apartment has everything that you may need, such as laundry machine. The bathroom can also be used as a dryer. Location is good, many restaurants nearby as well as Karaokes. The kitchen is good, the place was clean and well organized.

It’s walking distance from the famous A-Bomb Dome. After the 2026 New Year Countdown on the 12th floor of the Hiroshima Orizuru Tower, we just walked back to our apartment. I’d highly recommend staying here if you're traveling to Hiroshima!😎👌🏼🇯🇵⛩️

Il y a un sentiment de propreté, la chambre est très propre et les installations sont riches, donc je peux passer un temps facile. Je veux vraiment vous présenter à mes amis.

Отличный отель, большой номер с 4 комнатами, все чисто, хороший спокойный район. Но процедура самостоятельной регистрации просто ужасная: приложение постоянно глючит, тормозит, вылетает. Написано, что регистрация займет 1 минуту, фактически же минут 20.

C'était un hôtel très propre avec deux lits doubles, idéal pour une famille de 3 à 4 personnes à un prix raisonnable. Il serait difficile de trouver une chambre de cette taille à ce prix au Japon.
