The cost performance is quite good. For a budget hotel, safety is enough. We can't ask for too much.

Une fois dans ma chambre, il était propre j'avais un problème avec mon code pour entrer dans ma chambre 2 personnes et 20 minutes plus tard j'avais reçu une raison clé qui ne pouvait pas récupérer mon code Je suis le tiers vérifiant ce jour qui avait des problèmes avec leur code Je ne suis pas sûr lorsque la communication erronée est si c'est la société de réservation ou l'hôtel qu'il faut faire quelque chose 

Nous avons dû rester ici en raison de la tempête de neige que nous n'avions pas été dit sur le site ou même dans la soi-disant impression fine il y avait un dépôt de 100 $ pour venir ici et à être facturé un supplément de 100 $ est faux annonce puis à l'échec il m'avait attendu à la première desk pendant qu'il est allé pour vérifier la chambre mais n'a pas communiqué où il allait donc je devais rester là 5 Ou aussi minutes ne savent pas ce qui s'est passé ils ont très mauvaise communication et service client ne reste pas ici

The room was very clean and neat. We stayed in a two bed room. The mattress was very comfortable, not too soft or firm. There were enough pillows for comfort. The tv wasn't too big and had decent channels. There was a small microwave, fridge, and Keurig with coffee pods. The A/C unit hung on the wall. My only complaint was trying to figure out how to work it, as there was no instructions. It was also very loud. Breakfast was included, and all I can say is ”yum”! The waffle mix was delicious, as was the sausage gravy and biscuits. If you leave hungry, it's your own fault. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for such a clean, friendly motel.

Travelled with my husband to visit family in the area. Cianci's was the perfect place to get away from the pandemonium. The beds, albeit noisy, are comfortable, as are the pillows. Tv worked well, and we appreciated the drip coffee maker (we made coffee from our own coffee). The little fridge had a small freezer, enough to freeze couple bottles of water and ice packs. Bathroom was clean and there were two hotel size soaps. No shampoo, conditioner, body wash. This didn't bother us, as we had our own. Breakfast is very basic, but it was fine for us. We would absolutely stay at Cianci's again.

重要的是：帶鎖頭 帶拖鞋 夜晚走小巷子注意安全 安全：比較安全 。不過需要注意的是，旅店是在大路一轉後的一個巷子裏，夜晚比較黑。我入住的有一晚那個巷子裏有一羣人聚在一起，有跟我説幾句話好像是不要過去，我就繞道到另一面的巷尾進到旅店去了。 入住便捷性：前台很友好 入住時解釋需要把個人入住紙條貼在床頭桿子上 還附帶出中文紙張的詳細説明 非常感謝 設施：齊全。公共區域、廚房寬闊，有各種烹飪設備。重點有有熱水壺！可以帶保温杯。浴室的吹風機數量足。洗手間門口有熨燙機。樓下有洗衣機（可能需要另收費） 需要自己帶洗漱用品。 不過房子有一定年數了 沒有電梯，樓梯有吱嘎聲。建議背包。行李箱會比較辛苦。

We booked this just to stop in the middle on our way to New York. Don't expect a lot for this price and facility. Facility is average, building is a little bit old but room is clean.

L'hôtel est situé dans une ville magnifique, à quelques jours de relaxation, et les chambres sont simples et magnifiques. La location est au fond de la rue qui comprend la plupart des boutiques et des plats de repas dans cette ville touristique. Le personnel est très bien, et il y a un bon restaurant et un pub dans le bâtiment de l'hôtel. 

Beautiful inside and out! Excellent value for the price. The accommodations were comfortable, clean and beautiful. The owners were very friendly, interesting and attentive. The breakfast was amazingly delicious - a treat! We're sorry we missed out on asking for dinner the night we arrived, we just were not sure when we would arrive or we would have taken advantage of the meal they offered. We got there in time to take in the aromas - heavenly! The HyGrade was a breathe of fresh air. We highly recommend a stay here.

Stayed here as a base for Hershey and Dorney parks mini vacation. It's located near Hershey (10 min) plus was easy to hit interstate for Dorney. The room was clean and lower priced also quite. You can hear the traffic off the road but it's not a busy road, it's bearable. Office guy was nice and helpful too. The free breakfast was nice, nothing fancy just basics but it does the job. Eggs, cereal, coffee, bananas, juice and milk. I'll return again on another trip to Hershey areas.
