Santé : Pour un pays du Moyen-Orient, la santé est plutôt bonne. Tout est très propre. Il n'y a pas de coupure de courant et l'eau chaude est disponible 24h/24.

This hotel has great service and the location is in central hamra near Barbar and many other main restaurants and coffee shops. The price is affordable and the rooms are clean. This is not some 5 star or luxury hotel and the room is not big. The one thing that annoyed me was the fact that the rooms were very close together so you can hear people talking to each other or on the phone. Overall, great customer service and value for money!

(Stayed Oct 2025) Acceptable apartment stay. Room was clean, had decent wifi connection, electricity running 24/7, & apartment was accessible by lift. Although the smell of the tap and shower water was unusual. Location of apartment is abit difficult to find from the street. But is within walking distance to Al-Hamra district & Raouche, and reasonable distance by Uber ride to the airport (costed no more than US$10).

Our experience at the hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

The staff here made my stay very convienent and enjoyable. Always willing to help and assist. I’m totally grateful for the commitment of the hotel staff here. Also the location is the cherry on top. Perfect location.

They have low experience in dealing with reservations but they have nice balcony. Trip.com helped me a lot with my reservation and I am greatful to book with trip.com.

C'est assez proche du centre-ville. La réception parle couramment anglais. L'enregistrement s'est fait très facilement et le départ s'est également déroulé sans problème. La chambre n'est pas très grande mais c'est suffisant ! très bon

A big thank you for Nadia from in reception who tried to get us a free upgrade, even tho she couldn’t since there were no possibility due to limited availability but she still switched the room type to one of our liking. Our stay was very nice and we will definitely return.

Staff were great, place is clean! Nothing was too difficult for the staff. The building is in a good place for all things Hamra.
