La pataugeoire ne devrait pas se trouver sur le toit. L'espace est trop restreint pour permettre aux enfants de jouer en toute sécurité. Le mur n'est pas suffisamment insonorisé. J'entends les clients tousser et la fumée du balcon pénètre dans la chambre. Il est préférable de fumer dans sa chambre plutôt que dans le couloir. L'emplacement et le rapport qualité-prix sont excellents ; l'hôtel contribue pleinement au prestige de Penang (je ne l'ai pas vu en 2023).

Have booked last minute. The overall experience is good. Room is quite. But the corridors is a bit scary as total quite. It is a building for official space and room. Very basic facilities are provided by them but is enough for an overnight stay. Downstairs has some eating place and shop for u to buy drinks and food. The water provided are super tiny 2 bottles hence is not enough. If u are solo female and not too adventurous, u might feel unsafe. It is ok for me and I hv a good rest.

Toutes très bonnes, les récepteurs sont très aimables et utiles, nous pouvons même garder nos bagages avant de pouvoir check-in car nous sommes arrivés plus tôt et nous pouvons aller librement chercher notre déjeuner autour de la résidence. Le restaurant est très réceptif, la situation est superbe avec beaucoup de restaurants locaux à pied et facile à aller partout. Lit et les pillows sont également très propres. Nous avons eu un bon séjour ici grâce à nexx

Citadines Tanjung Tokong is a new hotel. The Studio Deluxe room that we stayed is spotless clean. Apart from fridge, safe, iron, microwave is provided in the room too. Great indoor swimming pool though a bit small, towels, changing/shower rooms and lockers are provided. It’s our first time experience car park lift, it’s a good experience though as it’s not difficult to do park, hotel staff is always there to assist.

La maison d'hôtes a été très arrangeante en nous permettant de partir une heure plus tard. 4. La maison d'hôtes ne disposait pas de couvertures supplémentaires et les fournissait aux clients. Lorsque nous en avons eu besoin pour la nuit, on nous a informés que nous devrions attendre une nuit de plus. 5. La maison d'hôtes met à disposition un filtre à eau ainsi que de l'eau chaude et froide. 6. La maison d'hôtes fournit des chaussons et des brosses à dents jetables, et renouvelle régulièrement le gel douche et le shampoing. 7. Les plats à emporter sont déposés à l'entrée du parking, dans un endroit ensoleillé ; il est conseillé aux clients de les récupérer à l'heure. 8. Plusieurs chatons vivent dans le petit jardin à l'entrée.

Équipements : La chambre principale était correcte, mais le lavabo de la salle de bain fuyait et était inutilisable. Vu l’heure tardive, il était impossible d’appeler à l’aide. La température maximale du chauffe-eau était instable. L’attente pour l’ascenseur était extrêmement longue. Vers 23 h, il fallait environ 10 minutes pour monter, mais au moment du départ, il a fallu 30 minutes ! La chambre latérale : Située près du couloir, la lumière était très forte la nuit et on entendait les bruits de pas et les conversations comme si on était à côté. Bref, cette chambre était inhabitable. (1906) Je ne sais pas pour les autres chambres.

This home is perfectly designed — cozy and convenient! We loved our stay at 22 Macalisterz, managed by Wayne. The unit was spotless, stylish like a boutique hotel, yet still warm and practical. The little touches amazed us — from the water dispenser to the medical shower chair, and even Muslim-friendly kitchenware and prayer items. Truly exceeded our expectations! Families will find it especially thoughtful, with a baby cot, bathtub, and high chair all provided for a stress-free stay. The rooftop infinity pool was another highlight — breathtaking views of George Town during the day and beautiful Komtar lights at night. The location is strategic, with famous food stalls and restaurants just steps away. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and highly recommend it! 💯

Loved my accommodation in Penang 🫶🏻 It offers multiple room options (studio and 1-3 bedrooms). Since I got the 3-bedroom but ended up going solo, I chose to sleep in different rooms every night for funsies 😆 The place is far from the attractions (30 min drive to Georgetown) but only 12 minutes away from the airport which came in handy when I couldn’t book a grab for my departure flight. Thankfully I arrived to the airport with a few minutes to spare 😮💨 I appreciated the bespoke towels and toiletries. The water filtration system was also wonderful. You can have cold, hot, and ambient temperature water. The kitchen has the necessary equipment for cooking (no condiments or cooking ingredients which is understandable) but I only used the fridge and microwave. The primary bedroom is spacious and has an en suite. The middle room is the smallest but still has a queen sized bed (the other bedrooms have a king bed). The internet connection is fast but the third room has spotty wifi sometimes. Water pressure is good. Enjoyed hot showers at night. They also provide hair dryer. While exploring the amenities I found the iron and board at the 13th floor (there’s also vending machines). The room has a washing machine but I didn’t use it. I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. The room has an electronic door knob so you only need the code to get in but a keycard is necessary to use the elevator and access the amenities (I was given 2 during the check in). When I go back to Penang, I will choose this place again (maybe a smaller room this time if it’s another solo trip).
