A wonderful, cozy apartment in the very heart of Zakopane, a few steps from Krupówki and other attractions. It's very convenient both for hiking and skiing, as it is very easy to get from there to Tatra Mountains trails and ski lifts. Also, a very helpful lady at the main reception desk. I would gladly return to this place.

Nous avons eu un très joyeux salut à l'arrivée et nous avons été améliorés d'un deluxe à un appartement exécutif. (Pas sûr pourquoi). L'appartement était spacieux et immaculat avec quelques touches magnifiques - les foyers étaient décorés pour Noël avec des arbres et des arbres de Noël. Nous avons oublié notre adaptateur de plug-in, mais le récepteur a pu nous en emprunter un. La location était parfaite. 30 secondes à pied de la place principale. Comme si proche, nous n'avons pas besoin de se dépêcher le matin. Quelques belles restaurants/bars sur Bracka Street et à proximité. Très facile à se remettre et sortir du froid pour un moment. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine pour cuisiner, mais vous pourriez facilement cuisiner un repas avec les installations disponibles et le réfrigérateur pour stocker des aliments. Notre seul négatif était le lit était très gris quand on roulait sur qui perturbait les deux un peu notre sommeil, mais dans l'ensemble, nous n'avons pas de plaintes et nous resterions certainement encore. Nous avons eu un vol tard et la réception était très gentille de stocker nos sacs, donc nous n'avons pas à les transporter toute la journée.

This is a nice small apartment. The kitchen has a saucepan and frying pan with a few utensils, which are enough for basic cooking. The fridge is handy. The shower is warm and has good pressure. The air conditioning works. I was on the top floor. There's a lift. I had a balcony overlooking the cemetery. The basement has a washing machine but I didn't try it. It's about a 12 minute walk to Krakov Glowny station. From there, it's about 10 minutes to the main square and another 20 minutes to the old town. Communication with the property owner was good and generally fast. Contrary to the Trip listing (May 2026), this apartment has no front desk. As I later read in a review, it's self check-in. Unfortunately, the instructions weren't sent to me. I called the property when I was there and they sent them via WhatsApp. Make sure you have the instructions before you go! I wasted time trying to use the QR code on the front door. This is not for the apartment. I wanted to extend my stay but the property was booked. I left my water bottle behind. The owner arranged for the service staff to meet me the following day to return it.

Centrally located in the old town and like a block away from the town center square (see pic). I arrived really early at like 8am and the reception guy allowed me to leave my bag before I came back after a full day of travels for check in. Now that I’ve covered quite a few smallish European cities I’d say when a hotel says it’s near old town it can mean either it’s close to places you can take pictures and eat but It can also mean there is absolutely no means of public transport apart from uber/bolt simply because the city is not planned in a way that allows trams or buses to cut thru. Bear that in mind.

The location was great. A fairly short walk to the old town. There is no front desk or any visible service, except the cleaner in the morning. Although the room looked nice and was quite large and had clothes hangars and a desk, it had a big problem. There was a window above the door and the hall night flickered all night. A few seconds on, a few seconds off. Even with my sleep mask, the constantly changing light was very noticeable and made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I noticed that my room was the only one in my part of the accommodation with such a window, so I guess the other rooms would be better. They should really cover the window up. Even if they fixed the flickering, it would still be annoying to have the light go on whenever other guests go to the hall to use the bathroom or for coming in and out. The other issue was the internet. It was useable for what I needed during the trip, but it lagged at times, and I don't think it would have been suitable for a work conference call.

Nice please good price and perfect location between the old town and Jewish quarter literally 5 minutes walk to both. Nice large and clean rooms. However my room only had a bath which I knew it was either a shower or a bath but I feel like it might be better to make everyone choose as I think everyone will have a definite preference but not the end of the world. Breakfast is a bit boring and I probably would just go into town rather than use theirs as it's very expensive and not great compared to the rest of Krakow. Nice place nice staff and nice location

Hotel in centro e vicino alla fermata degli autobus. Funicolare a 15 minuti a piedi attraversando il centro. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera pulita, non grandissima, ma con tutto il necessario. Peccato per la moquette. La piscina perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata impegnativa.

We stayed three nights at the Venetian House Aparthotel. The location is superb. You exit the hotel straight onto the main square Rynek Glowney. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and couldn’t do enough to help. We stayed in room 18 which was approached by its own little balcony overlooking the restaurant downstairs. We didn’t use any of the facilities of the hotel, because we had day trips booked and we knew that we would have early starts on all the days. The room itself was clean, warm, furnished nicely, with comfortable beds and masses of pillows to choose from. It had a small kitchenette with a sink, hob, microwave and fridge. The bathroom was modern and the shower was hot and very powerful. A real treat at the end of a day after many, many steps around Krakow and surrounding areas. We loved our stay and we will definitely return.

Had a great time. Easy enough to check-in, we just messaged the number on the door and received a code. Couldn't get a better location!

La location est excellente, près de la gare et du grand magasin, quelques minutes à pied du marché, accessible partout . Le centre commercial à côté de la porte est très bien pour se pencher et pour obtenir de la nourriture et d'autres choses. Facile à check-in sans le « réceptionniste » ; parking lot opposé à la route est près de l'hôtel ; la chambre est propre avec tout ce qui est nécessaire, nous apprécions le café frais Nespresso le matin 😄 Voyage avec la famille, nous avons trouvé cet hôtel super confortable et confortable, et nous le réserverons si nous revenons à Cracovie la prochaine fois. Nous avons vraiment aimé notre voyage.
