Hotel was fine. Bed was not very comfortable and pillows were pretty soft with very little firmness. Room had a full kitchen with fridge. Unfortunately, the dumpsters that were located just behind the building were emptied around 2:30am Thursday morning and were incredibly loud. I was on the 5th floor and it woke me up and felt like it lasted for 30 minutes as the trash truck picked up, emptied, and slammed them back on the ground (probably 5 dumpsters). I wouldn’t recommend staying here just for that reason. Trash can in the kitchen had trash in it when I checked in so I question overall cleanliness. Also was not a fan of the pin pad to enter the room (and building after hours). About 2 blocks from Broadway so a very walkable distance.

Beautiful home with ALL of the amenities! Our family enjoyed evenings in the hot tub and shooting pool while watching football after long days at Dollywood and downtown Gatlinburg. Patriot Park is a very short drive, and you can purchase an all-day trolley pass for $3 there. The location is perfect! You get a beautiful mountain view from the balcony and living room, while still being close to everything and not having to worry about traveling curvy mountain roads to get to the cabin. We will definitely be back!

There were two bathrooms in our place. You would think that there would be plenty of hot water for 2 guest to shower. One had hot water and the other did not.
