Le village de Wangxian, dont j'avais tant entendu parler, m'a laissé un sentiment de choc et d'émerveillement quand je l'ai enfin vu. Il est particulièrement impressionnant de savoir qu'il s'agissait auparavant d'une zone écologique gravement endommagée par la surexploitation minière, et qu'il a été reconstruit et transformé en un village de style rétro du Jiangxi, avec des paysages suspendus le long des falaises. C'est cette ingéniosité qui a donné naissance à ces vues époustouflantes. La conception et la construction sont remarquables, presque chaque recoin, chaque plante et chaque arbre sont des scènes si belles qu'on ne peut s'empêcher de les immortaliser avec un appareil photo. Et pourtant, on se sent obligé de poser son appareil pour laisser ses yeux profiter pleinement de la beauté qui s'offre à nous. La disposition des chambres est également excellente, l'auberge ayant un style très prononcé. Dès l'entrée, le personnel vous aide à porter vos bagages et vous guide, et les bagages sont livrés dans les chambres, le service est parfaitement organisé. Cependant, un seul jour ici est vraiment trop court ; si vous avez le temps, je vous recommande de prendre deux jours pour en profiter pleinement. De plus, le petit-déjeuner est très copieux, avec des spécialités locales et des plats classiques des petits-déjeuners occidentaux et chinois. Le goût est vraiment bon, et la variété surpasse celle des hôtels cinq étoiles. Nous avons séjourné près du centre d'accueil de l'auberge. Le seul inconvénient est qu'il n'y a presque pas de restaurants dans les environs immédiats ; il faut marcher jusqu'à la rue des snacks au fond de la vallée, ou aux quelques restaurants du milieu, mais ils ferment très tôt. Nous avons découvert plus tard que le ”Lao Weilou” (ancienne maison fortifiée) du centre d'accueil de l'auberge proposait de nombreux snacks et spécialités, et qu'il était ouvert jusqu'à tard. Le ”Yangkou chaofen” (nouilles sautées de Yangkou), les wontons clairs (ceux avec de l'œuf) et le ”waguan weitang” (soupe mijotée en pot de terre cuite) tout au fond étaient délicieux. Je le recommande vivement !

Located conveniently in the Honggutan District, the hotel is well-positioned for access to local attractions, shopping centers, and the business hub of the city. The Good: 1. Comfortable Rooms: The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room featured an ergonomic work desk, which was great for getting some work done. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like USB ports and plenty of outlets. 2. Facilities & Amenities: The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center, which I made use of during my stay. It’s not a full gym, but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. The business center and meeting rooms also looked professional and seemed perfect for business guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay. 3. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff was attentive to refilling items and clearing tables. 4. Service: The staff at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang were friendly and helpful. Though not everyone was fluent in English, they made a genuine effort to assist with all requests. I felt welcomed throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. 5. Location: The hotel’s location in Honggutan District made it convenient for accessing both the business district and local attractions like Tengwang Pavilion and Nanchang’s Star of Ferris Wheel. Taxis and public transportation were easy to access from the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city. The Drawbacks: 1. Room Size: While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren’t particularly spacious, especially if you’re staying for a longer period or with family. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped. 2. Limited Dining Options: While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery. 3. Noise: Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise, especially during busy times. It wasn’t overwhelming but could be noticeable for light sleepers. Who It’s Best For:

Nous avions réservé des chambres avec balcon, idéalement situées près du hall et du parking. Cependant, à notre arrivée en soirée, on nous a informés qu'il n'y avait plus de chambres avec balcon disponibles et que toutes celles qu'on nous attribuait n'en avaient pas. Après de longues discussions avec la réception, ils nous ont finalement offert des bons de petit-déjeuner d'une valeur de 50 yuans par chambre, soit un total de 150 yuans. Le problème, c'est que nos chambres incluaient déjà le petit-déjeuner pour deux personnes. La responsable de la réception a suggéré que nous pourrions utiliser ces bons dans de petits commerces (ce qui s'est avéré impossible en pratique). La différence de prix entre la chambre que nous avons obtenue et celle que nous avions réservée était de 300 yuans par nuit, et leur attitude n'était vraiment pas bonne ! Le site touristique est magnifique, mais la façon dont la réception gère les problèmes est exécrable ! Heureusement, Ctrip nous a offert une compensation. Je fais confiance à Ctrip depuis toujours, mais l'attitude de l'hôtel était très décevante. Donc, chers amis qui réservez, renseignez-vous bien avant de prendre une chambre à l'intérieur du site, sinon vous risquez de perdre 300 yuans par chambre comme nous, soit 900 yuans qui s'envolent, et l'hôtel n'a montré aucun remords…

We stayed for 3 days in this lovely hotel, the lady running the place was really nice and helped us organising trips in the Wuyuan area. From the terrace you have a great view of the village and can take great photos. The rooms are spacious and offer everything you need. The lobby/ breakfast area has a lot of charme, since all the furniture is from another era and so the place just feels very original and homey. Even though on 2 of 3 days we were the only guests, we got a full buffet of delicious Chinese food for breakfast, including a good coffee. The organised trips with Mister Yu were such a pleasure, he showed us the best spots in the area and was a really good driver.

C'est l'hôtel le plus spectaculaire et mystique de toute la vallée, sculpté dans la falaise. Si vous y séjournez, vous ne pourrez rien apprécier. Il faut descendre dans la vallée et lever les yeux vers le ciel pour admirer l'architecture de la falaise. De plus, séjourner du côté de la vallée du site pittoresque n'offre aucune vue, à part une grande montagne. En revanche, si vous séjournez du côté du centre des hébergements, vous pouvez voir tous les gîtes à l'entrée du site pittoresque, et c'est magnifique quand les lumières s'allument le soir. Cependant, à la tombée de la nuit, les lumières s'allument progressivement dans le canyon, et la foule se presse. C'est à ce moment-là que l'avantage de la falaise se manifeste : pouvoir s'éloigner du bruit. En se tenant sur la falaise et en regardant vers le bas, le monde sous vos pieds se transforme en une scène miniature. Il suffit de regarder de loin pour embrasser l'illusion et la réalité, le bruit et le calme de tout le canyon. C'est comme si la vie humaine, la poussière du monde, tout cela ne me concernait pas...

旅居千年瓷都景德鎮，棲居於三寶山無有山舍。 行至三寶山路五六公里，鬧市不遠，卻獨享一份山林靜謐，恍若世外桃源。門前清溪流水，游魚自在穿梭，小童於溪邊戲水嬉鬧，一派悠然煙火。 管家服務細緻温暖，午後有下午茶，入夜有甜點點心。品味店家贈送的自製生普、熟普，茶香綿長。留有一點小遺憾：直至離開才得知民宿自有陶瓷工坊，對面設有展示館，個人時間有限無緣前去一觀。 山水治癒，歲月鬆弛，來日赴瓷都，無有再相逢。

Hilton Sanqingshan is only good for their rooms. We had the room with mountain view. The mountain view ain't that majestic nor great. Can do without. They have many amenities but all payable. The only amenities that were free were the gym and the pool (but the pool was under maintenance till end Jan) Room service is available but only till 9pm (even though it is stated till 11pm) It is very near to Wushuangxi Cable car station but there is minimal food choices available around the hotel. If you don't mind a cheaper alternative, I recommend staying near Jinsha cable car station instead if you don't mind a local stay instead. Overall, I don't recommend Hilton sanqingshan during their winter season.

Our stay at the Floral Hotel in Wuyuan was lovely and unforgettable . The family that owns and manages the homestay is extremely kind and attentive. As Europeans, we were very disoriented and had lots of requests and doubts. Lily, the daughter of the family, who speaks English, helped us in any possible way and never made us feel as if we were being difficult. Her mother cooks meals with ingredients straight out of her garden and with locally farmed meat. Thanks to her, we tasted the delicious wuyuan cuisine, with homemade recipes that are far from the stereotypical dishes we eat in Europe. I can’t stress enough how beautiful the Homestay is. It is located in a small village which might not be a ticketed scenic area, but it’s extremely charming and authentic. You wake up and walk by the river where women are washing clothes by hand in the water. The village feels frozen in time. The house was built by the family’s grandfather, and is the most exquisite building we have seen throughout our trip in China. Beautifully preserved, and every corner is decorated with taste and attentiveness, even the lighting in the room is carefully curated. We stayed in December, and if you are travelling in winter we recommend the smaller room upstairs. It gets much warmer than the bigger room on the ground floor. The room is a real gem, the bed is very comfortable and the small windows overlook the characteristic roofs of the village. We will always cherish our time spent here, and we will recommend the Homestay to all our friends who will visit China, I’d say it is worth coming to Wuyuan just to stay here.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t be more satisfied. What impressed me the most was the staff — every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They even assisted me with returning a parcel, which saved me a lot of trouble. No matter what I needed, they were always flexible and solution-oriented, thinking from the guest’s perspective instead of sticking rigidly to rules. Whenever I had a question or needed help, I could reach out to them and they would do their best to solve it — even late at night or in the early hours of the morning. That level of dedication is truly rare. The hotel is also very smart and modern. The in-room system can be controlled by Xiaodu, which made everything super convenient and added a nice tech-savvy touch to the stay. As a foreign guest, I really appreciated how foreigner-friendly the hotel is — the check-in process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free, which made me feel very welcomed. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is in a prime area, with a subway station just across the street, making it extremely easy to get around the city. The railway station is also only about a 10-minute walk away, which is perfect for travelers. Everything felt accessible and convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect — service, convenience, technology, and location. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The next time I come back to Nanchang, I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Aime notre séjour ici et serait certainement rester encore, seule la chambre pour l'amélioration serait la zone de gym pourrait faire avec quelques plus de poids et de résistance.
