Le terrain est très impressionné par l'hôtel du palais. Les terrains sont étonnants quand nous sommes arrivés. L'entrée des hôtels était belle et la dame à la réception était très bienvenue. La décoration était tout entier étonnante. Les chambres étaient belles et propres avec tout ce que vous pouviez avoir besoin, café, thé, fer, sèche-cheveux, etc. Vous n'avez pas assez de personnel pour nous. Merci d'avoir un bon séjour.

La première chambre a été attribuée et la télévision n'a pas fonctionné mais le personnel m'a bien déménagé dans une autre chambre. Le gestionnaire de l'hôtel m'a remboursé un séjour de nuit, mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils utiliseront les chambres si des réparations avaient lieu.

The room was spotless, well-appointed, and offered a perfect mix of comfort and modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary water, toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi.

Perfect for staying overnight after watching Sarah Millican at Derby Arena. Less than a 10 min walk. So relieved we stayed there after seeing the traffic queues to and from the arena. 2 min walk to Frankie & Benny’s for food. Excellent friendly service from everyone we met on reception. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Lovely and clean and modern. Decent price for rooms and parking. Would definitely recommend it.

From the outside, the hotel makes a charming first impression with its elegant façade, ornate balconies, and a warmly lit lobby that exudes a sense of old-world charm. The check-in process is smooth, and the staff are courteous and eager to help. The room was clean and spacious, the décor is a bit dated but it adds a character to the place and I like it. The only small issue was, there’s no window only a door to the balcony which is locked and we cannot access it making the room stuffy. Also, it was difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep due to a noise of exhaust fan in the bathroom throughout the night. The bed was comfortable and having an iron was a bonus. Will I stay again? Definitely.

Amazing Hotel. Love it. We will back there for sure!! Parking at extra COST £8 PER DAY. I'm used to free parking for customers. But when you have a Ryanair ticket and have to pay for a seat even though you can't stand, I'm no longer surprised by what money can do. 🫣 But as a Hotel 10/10 😀 Breakfest 10/10 👍

Le petit hôtel est très confortable, très confortable et très confortable. La chambre était très confortable et confortable. Le restaurant était un jour pour dîner et nous avons eu 2 petits-déjeuners et le repas était bon et abordable. Le petit-déjeuner était un service personnel (comme nous l'avons inclus) avec une grande variété et abondantes. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine à la fin, car cela signifie aller dehors et de retour à l'intérieur, car notre chambre n'était pas connectée à une route couverte vers la piscine. Il est très confortable et confortable.

We stayed for 1 night for a special occasion. On arrival we were told that the spa was closed for an event which was very disappointing as I booked this hotel because of the spa & had planned to use the pool & sauna. This should gave been communicated at the time of booking. The building and grounds were impressive but on arrival our featured superior room was freezing cold. The reception turned on the heating at our request but this should have been done hours before our arrival given that it was 8 degrees outside. We sat for an hour in the room with our coats on before asking for a portable heater due to the radiators being only lukewarm. The room never really got warm & when we came back from dinner at 9.15 the heating had been turned off again & we had to ask for it to be turned on again. The food in the restaurant was very good & the servers were lovely but unorganised. We planned to have a drink in the hotel bar but it was so cold that it was empty and not comfortable to stay. I heard kore than one staff member complain about the cold in the hotel. What could have been a very pleasant stay was spoiled by the cold. Unfortunately, we will not return.

Staff brilliant. Value brilliant. Absolute bargain.  Hot Breakfast was average which was an extra tenner but it had a good selection of cereal, toast, yoghurt. Rooms were basic but in a good way. Everything you need for a cheap stay. Clean. Only small gripe was pillows weren’t the best so next time I’ll bring my own. Some may like the more flat pillows. Thanks IBIS derby.

Very wonderful hotel staff. Clean and newly renovated rooms that were very comfortable to stay in. All in all a great stay and will definitely be staying here again if we return.
