InvitéThere was load music from outside somewhere untill the early hours . Wine bar or somewhere.
Toilet took about 30 mins to refill.
Shower was too hot and took an age to cool down
£7.50 for parking
When I mentioned the above I was told we only booked a standard room and they were at the back.
That’s fair enough but don’t want to feel like you are park of a rave. And future guest should be told.
A real shame because this hotel could be a real great hotel with a bit of management training

salaudin lunatUn hôtel Holiday Inn 4 étoiles à Shepperton (Surrey). Son emplacement est idéal si vous souhaitez visiter Legoland. Il vous faudra un véhicule pour vous y rendre. L'hôtel dispose de nombreux espaces extérieurs pour passer du temps en famille ou entre amis. Les chambres sont d'une propreté impeccable, le petit-déjeuner buffet est servi de 7h à 11h et les installations de loisirs (jacuzzi, sauna, piscine intérieure, hammam) sont accessibles de 7h à 20h. Il y a un sanctuaire de cygnes près de l'hôtel. Le parking est payant, mais si vous êtes membre IHG, vous pouvez demander à la réception qu'on vous l'offre. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

Le premier hôtel de cette visite en Angleterre, près de la petite ville d'Egham, est un village de vacances. Il y a encore beaucoup de gens qui vivent. Notre chambre est très magique. Au milieu de l'hôtel, je prends le camion de camion et je marche et je marche. Je ne suis pas fini. Je suis très inconnu. La disposition de la chambre est très bonne, très élégante. Mais le majiang ne peut pas laver l'eau, mais il peut rester une nuit. Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est pas bon. Le pain de la corne est chaud, je vais éliminer la peau , c'est le meilleur sac de corne que j'ai mangé au Royaume-Uni.

Lovely hotel...wonderful room with a view overlooking the grounds...very friendly and helpful. Had a great ****** mystery weekend with wonderful food.Only downside was when came down for breakfast...3 dirty tables ..none laid ...had to wait for table to be cleaned and wiped!!! even though there were plenty of other tables that could have been laid quickly.. Hot water jug empty..milk empty !! not great.

Nice cosy cottage room with underfloor heating in bathroom, a bath and separate shower cubicle with overhead shower, a wide range of complimentary soft drinks and snacks. Lots of small but fast spiders, but expected for a cottage with lots of garden space. Service was friendly and welcoming and you can request a golf cart ride to and from different locations on the Beaverbrook grounds.
4 different restaurants to choose from. Breakfast included. Relatively expensive (3 starters, 2 mains, 2 sides, 2 desserts and a bottle of water was £200) but also expected for a place like this. Service was great.
Booking a hotel room for the night includes use of the spa, no matter which online platform you book through including trip.com. Spa was a nice experience, though felt more like a health club that had spa facilities rather than a dedicated spa as I thought they would have more than 1 of each type. 1 sauna, 1 steam room, 1 jacuzzi (only 1 button worked), 1 indoor swimming pool, 1 outdoor heated swimming pool and a kids pool. Felt like they could have cleaned the leaves in the outdoor pool. Lots of choice for massages and other treatments. Gym was nice and modern. Towels, slippers and robes provided.
Overall a pleasant stay.

PenguinLadyThe hotel is a little dated and worn, so I had some trepidation when I first arrived. However, my room was very clean and comfortable. All the usual amenities. Breakfast was available but I didn’t take it. The only thing I would say is that the rooms are very close together And the doors are quite loud. I was fortunate in that I did not have noisy neighbours but I would imagine if you had people coming and going a lot it would be very irritating.

Wonderful hotel. We were here for a wedding. Beautiful grounds , lovely staff . Food was very good . Rooms had everything you need, although a little hot but they can’t help the heatwave. Nice spa area . Shame they don’t have treatment rooms as we would have booked treatments. Would highly reccomend.

Hotel charmant. Situation idéale pour les courses mais aussi agréable si non. Beau paysage et très calme.
Parking facile avec beaucoup d'espace.
Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable.
La chambre était très belle au 2ème étage face au golf, si fabuleux View. Très propre. Lits très confortables et la qualité supérieure du lit avec les meilleurs cuillères jamais. Les toilettes sont de bonne qualité avec un long odeur durable sur votre peau. Les toilettes sont gras, blancs et fluffy. Nous avions de grandes fenêtres comme des portes de patio, de sorte que les portes de patio pouvaient être ouvertes à grande échelle.
Le petit déjeuner. La salle à manger était à nouveau très relaxante et très propre. Les options alimentaires étaient abondantes et de bonne qualité et de bonne quantité. Le café était d'une machine , mais il a utilisé du café frais, des haricots lors de votre choix.
Les prix du bar étaient très bons, je ne me sentais pas trop payé et le personnel du bar était rapide et efficace.
Globalement un superbe séjour.

This location was perfect for us for a nearby visit. The pub was very popular (almost full) and had a great atmosphere. The car park was very busy with patrons cars. Fortunately we could find a spot but it would be useful if, somehow, Hotel stayers were reserved a space. This could be requested by the hotel upon booking confirmation. Sadly, we did not have time to enjoy the food or drink in the bar before meeting friends. When shown to our room and while carrying over night bags up the stairs, it would have been extra helpful if our door had been opened for us by the staff member to walk straight in before setting those bags down. Small detail to go from 9.5 to a 10/10! After check in we left our room quite soon after to meet friends and only returned after midnight to sleep before next day check out. As a result, we could not really enjoy any service or facilities but the room was fine with an ensuite bathroom. Adequate for our needs. We have stayed before and would stay again should we need to be in the area. Thank you Star Inn
