The front staff were not friendly, and there was very little warmth or hospitality. Even though our room was already ready, they were very strict about only allowing check-in after 3pm, which made things inconvenient—especially for families travelling with children or elderly. 🏨 Room Condition The hotel is quite old, and it shows. • The room had a noticeable old smell when we entered. • The toilet wasn’t very clean, and water leaked out into the room area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for kids. • Overall, the upkeep and cleanliness were not at the standard we expected. 🏊 Facilities We went to the pool area but found no staff at the pool counter, which made it difficult to request towels or assistance. The pool area itself is decent, but the lack of staff presence made it feel unmanaged. 📍 Location The hotel is in a convenient central area, close to malls and food outlets, which is the main positive point. ⸻ ⭐ Overall Rating: 2.8/5 Aryaduta Pekanbaru has potential because of its location and brand, but the hospitality, cleanliness, and maintenance need significant improvement. I had a pleasant stay overall. The check-in process was smooth — in fact, I was given an early check-in which I truly appreciated. The room was spacious and breakfast was good with a nice variety. My only concern was the air-conditioning in the room I stayed in. Unfortunately, it wasn’t cooling properly. I informed the front desk, and the technician came to check, but there was no improvement. This made the stay less comfortable. Other than that, everything else was great good.

hôtel de base pour un séjour nocturne. Personnel amical, chambre propre, belle! Distance à pied à Masjid Agung. Voyage autour - vous pouvez choisir GRAB Bike si vous êtes trop lax pour marcher, sinon, aucun problème pour marcher autour de l'exploration des rues et des rues.

Hotel is nice, considered new, most facility still works well, hot water ok, AC cool enough, breakfast is quite ok in the morning.

There is some upgrade on their tv’s, near wingstop. Would be great if deposit can be paid by card, so you guys didn’t need to tell us, the customer, to get the cash from ATM’s outside the hotel. Just imagine, you came across the island, come to hotel, and sent back to outside just to get a money for deposit? Fr dude

Decent hotel, clean enough, comfie linen, staff are friendly but sadly the shopping mall next door is not the best. Walking distance to Living World shopping mall.

Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
