The front staff were not friendly, and there was very little warmth or hospitality. Even though our room was already ready, they were very strict about only allowing check-in after 3pm, which made things inconvenient—especially for families travelling with children or elderly. 🏨 Room Condition The hotel is quite old, and it shows. • The room had a noticeable old smell when we entered. • The toilet wasn’t very clean, and water leaked out into the room area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for kids. • Overall, the upkeep and cleanliness were not at the standard we expected. 🏊 Facilities We went to the pool area but found no staff at the pool counter, which made it difficult to request towels or assistance. The pool area itself is decent, but the lack of staff presence made it feel unmanaged. 📍 Location The hotel is in a convenient central area, close to malls and food outlets, which is the main positive point. ⸻ ⭐ Overall Rating: 2.8/5 Aryaduta Pekanbaru has potential because of its location and brand, but the hospitality, cleanliness, and maintenance need significant improvement. L'hôtel Dafam Pekanbaru est situé dans une chambre supérieure, et le séjour était très confortable. La chambre est très confortable et confortable. J'ai séjourné dans une chambre non-fumeur, donc l'atmosphère était propre et agréable. Le petit déjeuner était très varié, avec des plats traditionnels locaux de Pekanbaru ainsi que le long saur, un plats local bien connu. L'hôtel est situé près d'une mosquée, ce qui rend très confortable la présence de prières congrégées. Globalement, l'hôtel Dafam Pekanbaru est un bon choix pour un séjour confortable avec des installations confortables et un accès facile aux lieux de culte voisins.

hôtel de base pour un séjour nocturne. Personnel amical, chambre propre, belle! Distance à pied à Masjid Agung. Voyage autour - vous pouvez choisir GRAB Bike si vous êtes trop lax pour marcher, sinon, aucun problème pour marcher autour de l'exploration des rues et des rues.

The location is just super convenient, bridged with mall. Walking distance to Alfromart & Indomart, opposite Novotel which was full that we resorted to Fox Harris. But no regret. There was surprise fox performance during breakfast, and free cake decorating for kids during breakfast too.

Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Kebersihan kamar baik, kamar mandi kurang ,ini foto kamar mandinya, sela / nat keramik hitam ( berlumut), menu sarapan enak, pelayanan sangat baik

Bon service, propre, la nourriture est également délicieuse👍 Mais à la piscine beaucoup de gens ne portent pas de maillot de bain😊 Il vaut mieux qu'il y ait des règles... Dans l’ensemble BON👍👍
