My wife, in particular, absolutely adores this hotel, and it's easy to see why. From its strategic location in the heart of Bandung to its comprehensive facilities, Aryaduta Bandung truly stands out as a premier destination for both leisure and business travelers.The seamless experience began long before our arrival, with the hotel's impeccable pre-booking and after-booking services. The team was incredibly responsive and helpful, promptly answering all our queries via WhatsApp, which made the planning phase entirely stress-free. This proactive communication continued right up to D-Day, ensuring a smooth check-in process and setting a wonderful tone for our entire stay. It's this attention to detail and genuine care that truly makes a difference.During our stay, every single request we made was not only fulfilled but delivered with remarkable efficiency and a warm smile. The spacious rooms, many offering fetching city or panoramic mountain views, provide a comfortable and luxurious retreat. The outdoor swimming pool is a refreshing oasis, and the well-equipped fitness center caters to all workout needs. For families, the dedicated kids' pool and kids' club with daily activities, along with amenities like a chessboard, billiard, and mini bird park, ensure entertainment for all ages. The direct access to Bandung Indah Plaza Mall is an added convenience, making shopping and dining effortlessly accessible.We were also incredibly impressed by the diligent housekeeping team. A particular thank you to the cleaning/housekeeping guy with glasses; his meticulous attention to detail in making up our room ensured a consistently clean and inviting environment throughout our extended stay. It's the hard work and dedication of individuals like him that contribute significantly to the overall comfort and satisfaction of guests.This visit held particular significance as Aryaduta Bandung proved to be the most strategic and closest hotel for the Pocari Sweat Run 2025. Its prime location provided unparalleled convenience, allowing us to focus on the event without any logistical worries. Thank you for the pleasant stay! It was such an amazing experience and we really enjoyed the moments. First of all, the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Terrific customer service! We were welcomed with such a nice romantic vibe in the room and also a cute note from the housekeeping team on the mirror. Room was very clean, tidy and perfect location for an amazing view! Love the huge couch by the window btw :) But, there is also some issues that I want to raise. Firstly, we ordered in room-dinning but, there was no dining table provided. I went to several hotels and ordered in room-dining and they will always provide a table / trolley table at least to let us dine in the room. But, this was the first time I had this experience. The waiter left the foods on the study desk. But, we can’t dine on where the study desk was because, there was only one chair available. That’s why we had to moved the heavy table to be closed to the huge couch. I asked for the trolley table but, apparently they can’t let us use it. Secondly, the soup was cold. Which was very disappointing :( I ended up just had a couple of spoons and can’t take it anymore. Well, I guess those were the minus part of my stay. But, overall we enjoyed our stay there. Ah, one more thing! The angus steak balsamic juice was the best dish! Very worth to try!

We had such a wonderful family stay at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery, making it the perfect escape from the busy city. The hotel is very family-friendly, with great facilities for children — from the playground to the swimming pool and spacious outdoor areas where kids can freely play. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, perfect for a relaxing family stay. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options for both adults and kids. What we loved most was the serene natural environment — it truly felt like a refreshing retreat where we could spend quality time together as a family. We will definitely be coming back!

La place Crowne Bandung était un séjour agréable pour quelques nuits. La chambre était ok, mais elle se sentait plutôt bruyante avec les mufflers motocyclistes ubiquitous bruyants filtrant dans la chambre toute la nuit. Les fenêtres ont besoin d'une nettoyage complète et les tapis de chambre qui semblent plutôt sales dans les parties. Sur une note positive, le lit est confortable, la situation est favorable et toutes les interactions du personnel de l'hôtel étaient amicales, utiles et polies. Il s'agit d'une mention spéciale au gestionnaire de restaurant qui a aidé gracieusement à offrir et à livrer un jus sain spécial délicieux à mon table au petit déjeuner pendant plusieurs jours. Le petit déjeuner du restaurant a une variété de plats délicieux locaux indonésiens ainsi que les habituelles stalles occidentales. Notre chambre est située à l'exécutif Lounge, qui est une chambre spacieuse et relativement calme pour profiter des canapés et des boissons. Une autre mention spéciale à Faisal pour son aide avec nos billets de train et avec tout le personnel obligatoire du salon qui répond à mes multiples demandes de café et de boissons. Le piscine au niveau 5 a été invité à nager avec une vue agréable sur la ville et vers les montagnes. Toutes les personnes qui ont pris la porte et le concierge ont été très utiles, ainsi que le service spécial qui aide à traverser la route occupée de l'hôtel a été apprécié.

Excellent accommodation. Pleasant resort vibes, plenty of amenities - pool, kids pool and water playground, kids club, spa (with superb massage), beautiful room and superb breakfast. 10/10 would recommend and will be back here if im back in Bandung!

The hotel provides excellent service in every aspect. All the staff are being very nice, friendly, and helpful from the very start we came until we left the hotel. In addition, I took a note about the water when having a breakfast, the next day the representative approached me and showed some gratitude for filling the survey and gave me complimentary cake. It was the cake I love that I mentioned before. Thank you to Mr. Lucky & all the F&B staff for the nice gesture. And for the hotel itself, the atmosphere, location, food - everything was great! Will definitely come back another day. Keep up the good work! 😊

The hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.

We had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage with our family. The location is excellent, offering beautiful views and fresh mountain air. The room and all hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. The amenities are great, especially for families with children. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay, and we would definitely love to come back🤍

La deuxième fois que je reste à cet hôtel, et je m'en réjouis encore. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. J'ai appelé le récepteur et je me suis demandé si il était possible de passer à une chambre plus proche de l'ascenseur, et merci d'avoir aidé tout de suite. L'hôtel est également très proche du Mall Botani, à quelques pas seulement 1-minute, ce qui le rend très confortable. La piscine est magnifiquement petite mais belle vue même vous pouvez voir les montagnes de Salak. Le petit déjeuner était aussi bon que jamais, mais malheureusement je n'ai pas eu la boisson traditionnelle, Jamu. Globalement, nous reviendrons certainement et espérons que la prochaine fois que nous pourrons profiter du Jamu aussi.

Everything is good in this hotel. Really love it a lot and strongly recommend everyone to give it a stay. Though we encountered pillow casing not clean but it was changed promptly. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us. We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones. Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton. While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff.
