Le restaurant a été très bien accueilli et très confortable. La position de l'hôtel offre une vue magnifique sur les montagnes, en particulier du salon du ciel. La chambre d'hôtel était de bonne taille et il était super pour se détendre sur le balcon avec une vue sur le jardin / terrain des hôtels et le côté montagneux environnant.

One of the best hotels in Cirebon with excellent facilities. They have a swimming pool, kids playground area, and fitness area. They also have cafe and bar and lounge area with life music performance. The room is really spacy especially the king bed. Thank you for providing such a wonderful services making a good memory for my family.

Le séjour à l'héritage Dago de la Suisse-Belresort était pure heureux. La chambre élégante, la brise de montagne et les vues panoramiques ont créé un repos pacifique. J'aimais l'atmosphère confortable et le service de haut niveau. Une combinaison parfaite de luxe et de nature fortement recommandée.

Just one night but truly magnificent experience! Resinda ini managed by Padma jadi kamu bisa banget kok expect lebih dari hotel ini! Lokasinya enak, masuk kategori luar kota tapi masih terjangkau untuk staycation Jumat-Sabtu. Tidak begitu jauh dari keluar tol. Samping persis ada Resinda Mall dan ada jembatan penyeberangannya langsung dari hotel bikin ga ribet cari jajan dan makan. Di sebelah persis bagian lain juga ada Payakumbuah, cocok yang mau makan tapi gamau nunggu lama. Kami menginap di tipe Grand Deluxe karena biar bisa connecting room. Yang tipe ini ada standalone bathtub. Desain lemarinya full kaca, amenities pakai Sensatia dan ada mesin Jumpstart Dolce Gusto yang kasih 4 kapsul (hotel biasanya cuma ngasih 2 kapsul). Servis disini juga top banget! Karena anak-anak main bathtub banjir sampai ke luar kamar dan kena karpet. Telepon housekeeping langsung ditugasin petugas buat mopping tanpa babibu (takut kena charge tambahan haha. Untuk safety juara! Jadi di sini ada 2 kolam (Emerald dan Oasis) itu di tiap kolam ada penjaga. Di kolam Oasis yang ada 2 prosotan itu, tiap prosotan ada 1 orang yang jaga. Belum lagi penjaga bagian lain kayak di bagian playground kering. Menurutku para petugas gercep banget buat menjaga safety dan property hotel. Misal pas foam party anakku ngacir mau langsung nyebur kolam Emerald, eh langsung ditahan sama petugas dan diarahkan untuk bilas dulu. Good job! Asli ya jarang banget ada hotel yang menugas sekian banyak petugas untuk safety dan jaga property kayak gini. Top notch buat Resinda Karawang! Sarapannya juga berkesan banget. Mungkin karena ini kawasan kantor dengan banyak expat, varian sarapannya internasional banget. Ada makanan tradisional, chineese food, indian food, korean food, sampai japanese food (ada nato segala!) Salah satu hotel bintang 4 yang loyal sih dalam segi breakfast. Pernah datang ke hotel bintang 4 salah satu chain internasional, sedih banget variasinya, miskin banget ngasih protein. Kalau sarapan di Resinda Karawang gampang banget nyari protein. Pas sarapan saya didatangi petugas bernama Mbak Yolanda yang super ramah dan mengakomodasikan curhatan saya soal hotel dan safety. Thx! Pokoknya meski semalam berkesan banget lah nginap disini. Kalau nanti ada yang mau ngajak nginap barengan lagi saya sih mau aja hehe. Ini pertama kali menginap di padma branch, asli pengalaman kali ini bikin pengen mengeksplor padma branch lain. SUPER RECOMMENDED!

This was my third time staying at this hotel. It's good to stay in the executive room. Unfortunately, it's hard to say that it's great for the price. The facilities and services are poor for a four-star hotel. But there's no better place to stay than here in cirebon. Breakfast is a local meal. It is not enough for foreigners to eat. There is a swimming pool, but I cannot swim because I cannot wear a swimsuit because it is an Islamic country. So there are no people in the large swimming pool. The staff always smiles and feels kind.

J'ai eu récemment le plaisir de rester à Hilton Bandung, et je dois dire que c'était une expérience exceptionnelle de commencer à finir. La chambre était très confortable, spacieuse et bien entretenue, offrant tout ce qui était nécessaire pour un séjour relaxant et agréable. L'un des points de vue était la sélection fantastique de nourriture, que ce soit au petit déjeuner, au café ou par le service de la chambre, la variété et la qualité des plats dépassent les attentes, et chaque repas était un plaisir. Mais ce qui était vraiment évident, c'était le service remarquable de l'ensemble de l'équipe. De la chaleur et du professionnalisme du coin de réception, à l'équipe amicale et attentive du café, et même le personnel courtois et accueillant du lobby d'entrée, tout le monde est allé au-dessus et au-delà pour assurer un grand séjour. Vous avez créé une expérience d'hôtel que les invités n'oublieront pas bientôt. Recommandé pour tout le monde qui visite Bandung, pour des raisons commerciales ou de loisirs.

I really love the location of this legendary hotel in Braga. After a long day of work, it was such a pleasure to take an evening stroll along the charming Braga street, enjoying its beautiful night scenary and lively atmosphere. However, I was quite disappointed with the service. Although I had specifically requested a non-smoking room, I was assigned a room on a smoking floor. This issue caused an additional delay, making the check-in process even longer. I had to wait from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. before I could finally enter my room. Overall, the hotel’s location is excellent and full of charm, but the service quality and room assignment management need improvement.
