The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed with drinks and genuine smiles. Hasbi attended to us throughout the sty and he has been exceptional. Our room was beautifully designed with modern touches and local charm. Immaculately clean, it featured a plush bed, a spacious balcony overlooking the lush greenery, and all the amenities one could need—including a stocked minibar,a dreamy rain shower and a bathtub overlooking the scenery. What truly sets this resort apart is the service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Pak Handy also come down on the 2nd day to check on our hospitality. From the attentive housekeeping to the friendly restaurant staff, everyone made us feel like VIPs. Speaking of food—absolutely delicious! Every meal was a culinary experience, with fresh ingredients, generous portions, and diverse options. Whether lounging by the pool with magnificent view and cooling weather and indulging in spa treatments, there was never a dull moment. The peaceful ambiance and pristine surroundings made it feel like we had found our own private haven. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return And recommending to our family and friends. If you're looking for a getaway that blends luxury with nature and top-notch service, this resort is it. Five stars all the way!

Went to Bandung just because of this hotel 😅 perfect for those with young kids cause mostly everything is in this hotel. Both my kids loved it here, the mini zoo has free entry and the kids pool is heated 🤩 Room is big but has basic amenities. There was no view for this hotel but we didn’t mind. Close to Ciwalk mall, and there ware many alfamarts across the road.

J'adore cet hôtel. La chambre familiale (4 personnes) est assez grande. La chambre était propre, même si, à notre arrivée, il y avait une tache sur le drap. Nous avons appelé le service de ménage pour le changer, mais il est venu presque immédiatement. Petit-déjeuner délicieux, bon restaurant, bonnes installations et excellent service.

Nous avons eu récemment l'occasion de rester à votre hôtel et dans l'ensemble, je suis très reconnaissante de l'hospitalité et des installations fournies, mais je voudrais partager quelques réactions constructives concernant les pièges dans la chambre. Les coussins étaient trop fermes et malheureusement affectaient la qualité du sommeil pendant mon séjour. Pour un hôtel de la norme de Pullman, je pense qu'il serait merveilleux de fournir aux clients un menu de pillow ou au moins un choix entre les pillows doux, moyens et fermes, pour répondre à différentes préférences. En outre, les serviettes se sentaient plutôt fines et ne reflètent pas la qualité de luxe attendue d'une propriété Pullman. Pour un hôtel de ce calibre, je pense qu'il serait bénéfique de fournir des options pour les pillows plus doux ainsi que des serviettes plus épaisses et plus confortables pour les invités. J'espère que cette suggestion aidera à améliorer l'expérience des clients dans l'ensemble à l'avenir. Petit-déjeuner approximativement.

I had a great stay at Swiss-Belresort Bandung. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was spacious with a beautiful view of the green hills, and the bed was super comfy. I really enjoyed the breakfast – there were lots of tasty options, both local and international. The pool area was also very nice and perfect for relaxing. The location is peaceful and away from the busy city, which made it a perfect place to rest. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bandung.

**My Unforgettable Stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung** My experience staying at Crowne Plaza Bandung was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived and throughout the check-in process, their service was exceptional. From the security guards, door attendants, receptionists, to the staff serving the welcome drinks — everyone greeted us with such genuine smiles. It made us feel like part of a big family and made it so comfortable to talk with the hotel staff. At check-in, the staff on duty even registered me as a member of the IHG Group right away — something that would’ve been a hassle had I done it myself. That thoughtful gesture alone already spoke volumes about their commitment to excellent service. Beyond their outstanding hospitality, everything from the cleanliness to the tidiness was just perfect. The availability of thoughtful amenities like a steam iron with a board and a hair dryer added even more value. We were also given a room with a stunning mountain view — truly the best view! Facilities like the swimming pool and jacuzzi with their beautiful views, as well as the well-equipped gym, were all major factors in our decision to choose this hotel. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast — so many varieties to choose from! From local dishes to international options, everything was delicious. The salads were fresh, and the fruit selection was top quality. The fruit was beautifully displayed in a glass case and served by the restaurant staff, rather than taken freely — which helped minimize waste. If the fruit you wanted wasn’t visible, you could simply ask, and they would take it out from the chiller and freshly cut it just for you. They even asked if I wanted yogurt to go with the fruit. Wow! Such thoughtful service. And yes — they had ice cream that was absolutely tempting. They also offered delicious Middle Eastern dishes. The sweet desserts weren’t overly sugary and were just delightful. If I were to describe everything here, it would take forever — haha! One more thing — while I was at the swimming pool area, I slipped and twisted my ankle. I requested ice for a compress, and the room service team sent over an ice bucket from the F&B staff, along with two small towels. That kind of attentiveness really stood out. Without a doubt, we’ll gladly return to stay here in the future. Thank you once again to all the hotel staff for making our stay so memorable. ---

The room is excellent, neat design and clean. The food variety at breakfast is sumptuous and restaurant ambience is welcoming. The pool area is nice hangout place.

In terms of hotel branding, location, and friendliness of staff, I give it a 5/5. Check-in was an alright experience. It seems that they are quite strict with the 3pm check in time. Hence many people would just linger and wait around the lobby. Staff will one by one go to the guests to pass them the key cards. It's a bit strange as rooms are cleaned in a staggered timing, hence could be released to those who have came earlier to check in instead of waiting till close to 3pm. But all is good. However, the toilet has a foul odour and the rooms and toilets really need a good scrubbing. I did not opt for breakfast, but I must say, you are in a city filled with culinary options. Go out! Rooms are kinda small but good bed and pillows. My room was facing an office building, and if you put your blinds up (to get sunlight), they can see into your room. No privacy. Suggest to change blinds to curtains. Would remember to get rooms facing the other side instead. All in all, I would recommend that this is a good hotel.
