The best Hotel i ever experienced in Bandung. Great Breakfast, Great Ambience, Great service. Even my mom in law B.day they provide A cute small surprise cake they made it with love. The Swimming pool is nice and the deluxe room is quite big that enough for 4 people in 1 room . I recommend this hotel .

The location and facilities are great for a family, but I found it strange that the hotel couldn’t provide 1 x extra pillow for the 2 nights that I was there.

Really love this hotel. The family room (4 pax room) is fairly large. Room was clean, altho when we checked in there’s stain on the bedsheet but when we called housekeeping to change they came almost promptly. Delicious breakfast, nice restaurant, good hotel facilities and excellent service.

Le service était agréable. ************* pour le check-in précoce et le spécial heureux anniversaire et gâteau de naissance, comme c'est mon voyage de naissance. Les demandes de check-in précoce par courriel ont également été immédiatement répondues. Il y a de nombreuses piscines, un jardin, une zone arcade, une salle de jeu, des locations de vélos et d'autres activités amicales. Mon cousin et ma cousine l'adorent ici. Ils ont dû nager deux fois. Le seul désavantage est qu'il est trop loin pour commander des repas haha. Mais tout est OK. Recommandé pour les vacances familiales.

Le centre de la ville est situé dans un endroit naturel et avec des vues agréables, et il est un parfait mélange de luxe, de confort et de tranquillité. Hasbi nous a assistés dans toute la consternation et il a été exceptionnel. Notre chambre a été magnifiquement conçue avec des touches modernes et un charme local. Il a été très propre, il a été équipé d'un lit plush, d'un balcon spacieux sur la verdure lussurée, et de toutes les équipements dont il pouvait avoir besoin, y compris un minibar stocké, une douche rêveuse et un bain sur la scène. Le service est un service qui se distingue de ce centre-ville. De la garde d'équipe à la maison, au personnel amical du restaurant, nous avons tous fait sentir comme des VIP. Chaque repas était une expérience culinaire, avec des ingrédients frais, des portions généreuses et des options diverses. Le salon de la piscine avec magnifique vue et climat frais et la mise en garde dans les spas n'a jamais été un moment stupide. Nous avons laissé nous sentir relaxés, épaissés, et déjà planifiant notre retour. Si vous cherchez un parc de chaussures qui combine le luxe avec la nature et le service de haut niveau, c'est ce parc.

i had a great expeirence at the Pullman hotel in Bandung, Indonesia. The room was clean and well-decored. The breakfast buffet at the Sadrasa restaurant was amazing as well with lots of food selections to choose from.

From the moment I arrived and throughout the check-in process, their service was exceptional. From the security guards, door attendants, receptionists, to the staff serving the welcome drinks — everyone greeted us with such genuine smiles. It made us feel like part of a big family and made it so comfortable to talk with the hotel staff. At check-in, the staff on duty even registered me as a member of the IHG Group right away — something that would’ve been a hassle had I done it myself. That thoughtful gesture alone already spoke volumes about their commitment to excellent service. Beyond their outstanding hospitality, everything from the cleanliness to the tidiness was just perfect. The availability of thoughtful amenities like a steam iron with a board and a hair dryer added even more value. We were also given a room with a stunning mountain view — truly the best view! Facilities like the swimming pool and jacuzzi with their beautiful views, as well as the well-equipped gym, were all major factors in our decision to choose this hotel. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast — so many varieties to choose from! From local dishes to international options, everything was delicious. The salads were fresh, and the fruit selection was top quality. The fruit was beautifully displayed in a glass case and served by the restaurant staff, rather than taken freely — which helped minimize waste. If the fruit you wanted wasn’t visible, you could simply ask, and they would take it out from the chiller and freshly cut it just for you. They even asked if I wanted yogurt to go with the fruit. Wow! Such thoughtful service. And yes — they had ice cream that was absolutely tempting. They also offered delicious Middle Eastern dishes. The sweet desserts weren’t overly sugary and were just delightful. If I were to describe everything here, it would take forever — haha! One more thing — while I was at the swimming pool area, I slipped and twisted my ankle. I requested ice for a compress, and the room service team sent over an ice bucket from the F&B staff, along with two small towels. That kind of attentiveness really stood out. Without a doubt, we’ll gladly return to stay here in the future. Thank you once again to all the hotel staff for making our stay so memorable. ---
