Le personnel de l'hôtel était très confortable et très confortable. La nourriture était aussi excellente tous les repas que nous avions été délicieux et bien préparés. Our honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for. 1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!) Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete. 2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 3. Facilities & Dining The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. 4. Location Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!

I loved the facilities, everything from the playground, pool, to the water park was perfect for a vacation with kids! It’s truly a great place for a family getaway. However, the location is quite close to a main road. During our stay, there was an event at night that was very loud, and I couldn’t sleep until around 1 AM.

Le petit déjeuner est plutôt décevant, le café blanc (américain ou long-black-doesnt avoir une que je suppose) est aqueux,,Pas d'arôme de café mauvais goût. Les prix sont trop élevés pour les clients et les clients. Top (seulement adapté à l'extérieur, quand la Pluie est terminée. Il devrait y avoir des moyens de fournir une partie intérieure.. La pluie était juste éclatée Lorsque j'avais un verre de vin. Eveeythibg est mouillé. Ezeot haute chaise au bar. Et il n'y a pas de musique. La musique en direct ou DJ est seulement samedi. La salle de salon de design minimaliste, spacieux et moderne. Mais, pas de touche à l'atmosphère parahyangan ou sundan. Except angklung ornements au sol M. Ceci pourrait être en jakrta ou dans toute autre ville métropolitaine. Exécuter le long corridor au G étage connecté à Pelataran Resto La chambre de luxe avec lit de taille King et vue sur la montagne est grande. Wifi et TV sont également très belles. Cependant, la structure de la salle de bain (douche) avec trop de murs de séparation en bois donne plutôt un petit sentiment spacieux. La piscine est trop petite pour deux hôtels adjacents Tower (Pullman et Ibis Style) . Just good for Kids.

L'hôtel est situé juste au bord de la route. Il est proche de tout. Les chambres sont petites mais propres. La piscine est aussi propre. En outre, lorsque vous entrez dans la réception, vous trouverez beaucoup d'antiquités qui sont venus de Java. Je reviens et resterai ici.

My review for stay 3D2N: 1. Room condition: It looks low-grade and falls short of 5-star hotel expectations. 2. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the sink in the room was poor. 3. Noise level: The room window faces the main street, and traffic noise is clearly audible inside the room. The soundproofing is inadequate. 4. Breakfast: The breakfast menu lacked variety, falling far behind the standards of other 5-star hotels. Overall, I rate my experience as ”Poor” for a 5-star hotel standard. I hope they can make significant improvements in the future.

Les installations et le service de l'hôtel étaient parfaits. Il est préférable d'y séjourner en dehors des vacances ou des week-ends. Nous avions réservé trois chambres, toutes situées dans l'aile Mason. Malheureusement, la chambre 1614 dégageait une odeur nauséabonde, comme une odeur d'égout provenant de la salle de bain. En revanche, les deux autres chambres étaient parfaites, sans odeur.

Shout out to the front desk staffs Firda and Jenti and everyone else for their excellent service. The location is convenient, especially with shopping and dining options nearby. Overall, a reliable 4-star hotel suitable for both business and leisure stays.
