Stayed at Youzanso during late March 2023. It was during the cherry blossom season. We (family of four) had the room with the Lake Otsu view and private bath. The room was sufficient for 4 of us but I wouldn't call it spacious. However, the room and bathroom were clean. The room came with dinner and breakfast for 4 of us and costed about AUD800. The dinner and breakfast was quite good and would recommend to anyone considering the half board. It might get old if u were staying for few days but we were only there for one night. We toured Kyoto for the day and stayed here overnight then went back to kyoto for more sightseeing. It wasn't as convenient as if you stayed in Kyoto but the travel wasn't long or difficult. The property is bit dated and looks more like a hotel than a ryokan. The facilities are clean but also look dated as well. However, the public onsen is great, clean and the outdoor bath is a must. Took this photo of the external bath when no one was present and the ambiance was really something...

When visiting Kyoto, we wanted to enjoy some time in an onsen resort so we decided to spend two nights in Ogoto Onsen. After checking the details in their website, we booked a ”Biwa no kaze”room with private onsen and view of Lake Biwako. And we were not disappointed. The room looks newly renovated, and is very spacious with two beds and sitting area plus a tatami room. They offer different dinner packages, and we have chosen crab with steak as the main dishes for the first night, and lobster with shabu-shabu the second night. The foods were of very high quality, tasted and looked very nice. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection of different items. The ryokan is excellent in nearly all aspects. We would stay here again when we next visit Kyoto.

I chose Daiwa because of its location is by the lake location and not too far away from Kurokabe distance. Daiwa is famous for good price performance ratio, meaning not expensive room rate yet providing quality room and service. The hotel lobby is grand, and you pick up the bathroom amenities at lobby yourselves. Check in was smooth but you have to bring your own luggage to your room. The hotel charge you Yen 500 for parking per night but give you Yen 500 voucher in return which you can spend in the hotel, not a bad deal. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus service to the Nagahama station for hotel guests if you are not driving. Even taking a taxi from the station to hotel is not more than 5 minutes. The station is just a few minutes walks to the famous Kurokabe Plaza and its surrounding waling streets. Yukata is available on each floor lobby where you pick your selection and size. We were allocated at the corner room which is very spacious, overlooking the lake and the pier, with windows on two sides, and therefore, very bright when the weather is sunny. We reserved a dinner in the booking with the hotel. The dinner is served in the function. It was a multi course dinner with various cooking method of Omi beef, including stew, hot pot and grill, plus a variety of other dishes such as sashimi. Server is very good and the staff are trying hard to communicate with us in English. The onsen on the ground floor is not very big, but the two nights we stayed are Friday and Saturday, so there were extremely many people. There is a souvenir shop which opens until 9pm, a bit early. After we checked out the hotel, we walked around the Nagahama Castle Park which is five minutes walk away from hotel. The castle was built by Toyotomi Hideyoshi in the sixteen century but the current castle is a re-built. We dined at the hotel lobby tea lounge for lunch. But the meal was probably the worst meal I have ever had in Japan over the years. I think a tea should be fine with a good view of the lake. The location of the hotel, and the service quality makes an ideal choice when staying in Nagahama.

昨年6月　草津ｴﾘｱを旅行時　こちらを利用し　気に入ったので　今年[日野][湖南三山]を妻と旅行時　再度利用しました。今回　利用したのは《ｻｳｽｳｲﾝｸﾞ・ﾋﾞｼﾞﾈｽ仕様、21m2 ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ幅 160cm》を2室。前回のｼｰｽﾙｰﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑ（19m2）に対し　2m2広いだけですが　ﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑ（含む　ﾄｲﾚ/洗面所）が非常に使い易いﾚｲｱｳﾄになっており　特に　ｼｬﾜｰをﾊﾞｽﾀﾌﾞの外で使用できることも加え　居住性がｸﾞｯと良く感じました。又　大きなﾃﾞｽｸ(180 x 55cm)があり　名前の通り　出張等で利用時　部屋内で仕事も可能となっています。朝食は　前回宿泊時《和洋折衷ﾒｲﾝﾌﾟﾚｰﾄ+ﾊｰﾌﾋﾞｭｯﾌｴｽﾀｲﾙ》でしたが　今回は　滋賀県の食材を使用した《ﾋﾞｭｯﾌｴｽﾀｲﾙ》で　ﾒﾆｭｰも多く　価値ありの朝食です。　

My partner and I thorougly enjoyed our stay at Biwako Hotel. All rooms face the beautiful Lake Biwako and the view was perfect. We even caught a snowfall on one of our mornings here. The staff was great and always friendly even when there was a slight language barrier. We tried their breakfast as well which was really good. Highly recommend renting their electric bikes and cycling around the lake during sunset. And also going for the Lake Biwako Cruise! The hotel onsen is wonderful as well, we will definitely be back

With stunning views, comfortable accommodations, and great amenities, I highly recommend it for a relaxing escape.

Came here with family during the Sakura season. It's easy to get to the onset hotel. After arriving at the Ogoto Onsen JR station, towards the south exit you will find a cell phone attached to a board with explanation how to use the phone to call one of the onsen hotels. After the call, their shuttle bus will then come and pick you up between 2pm to 6pm I think. The hotel staff in general are very welcoming. Our family scored a deal with their penthouse suite with private indoor and outdoor onsen. Four of us stayed in the suite and the price is only slightly more than four of us staying in 2 regular rooms. It also came with a beautiful fruit platter for you to enjoy. The suite is very spacious with 2 separate toilets. The bath area has 2 sinks, a shower stall as well as a japanese style bathing area connected to the 2 onsen baths (indoor one is a hinoki wood tub and the outdoor one is a stone one. The outdoor onsen does have a slight privacy issue as there are some residential buildings in a distance. While my mom was a bit too modest to use the outdoor one (which I am not and fully enjoyed it), she did take full advantage of the indoor private onsen. Of course the hotel also has a public onsen for the guests. In fact they have two. One in each towers. I used the one on the top floor in the morning and it was a bless seeing the sunrise while soaking in the hot onsen water. Our package also included both dinner and breakfast that were served at their private dining room. Both meals were done in kaiseki style. We were particularly impressed by their dinner. Not only was it cooked with high quality ingredients and with beautiful presentation, they did not skimp on the quantity as well. Often after eating dinner at other onsen hotel, I would not feel full and actually felt a bit hungry later at night, at Yumotokan the courses kept coming and I was completely stuffed at the end. In fact I did not finish the rice even though it was so yummy (cooked from scratch in front of us with a flamed mini-stove). All in all, a very satisfactory experience. I can recommend anyone who comes to Kyoto/Osaka and wants an excursion and experiences the traditional Japanese onsen.

Another good fine hotel chain. Rooms are big and if you are driving, this is a great choice with the parking available…

Au bas de l'Est, le supermarché de la boue de l'oasis d'urgence est une route vers la droite. Bien que l'hôtel lui-même soit très petit comme site d'affaires, mais assez propre, il n'y a aucun problème. Le personnel de la réception est également très calme, enthousiaste et amiable. Le couvercle de la salle de bain de ma chambre a été brisé, mais je pense que je suis un accident. (Le tapis noir du bureau central de lavage de l'annexe est mal ouvert à cause de la cavité cassée. Lorsque je suis sorti, je dis à la réception que je me suis bientôt réparé.) Dans le petit-déjeuner, bien que je sens beaucoup de variétés japonaises, vous pouvez encore profiter du curry depuis le matin, et beaucoup de types de boissons, En tant qu'hôtel commercial? J'étais dans la chambre à côté de l'ascenseur, je ne m'inquiétais pas du bruit de l'ascenseur, mais le bruit de sons de l'autre client dans le corridor était imprégnant. En outre, en raison de la chika de la gare, le bruit du camion qui traversait le matin a dû être intrus par le mur extérieur. D'autres hôtels n'ont pas récemment ajouté de boissons de bienvenue, mais ont fourni des salles de café.

L'installation était très propre, et même si la couchette inférieure de la capsule grinçait un peu, elle était calme et ni froide ni chaude, donc j'ai bien dormi. Il est dit dans l'avis que les téléphones portables ne peuvent pas être utilisés, mais s'il n'y a pas de son, Internet fonctionne, n'est-ce pas ? Je pense. Quand j'étais dans la zone commune, les hommes et les femmes dans la zone fumeurs faisaient des histoires. (Unisexe ?) C'est bien de s'amuser en parlant, mais faire des histoires n'était pas approprié. Les toilettes étaient bondées le matin. Il n'y en avait que 4 et je trouvais que c'était trop petit pour le maquillage. J'aurais aimé que le pyjama soit une taille plus grande. Les casiers sont étroits et ne peuvent contenir que des chaussures. Alors que je préparais mes affaires le matin, un homme est soudainement entré dans la zone du lit des femmes et j'ai été surpris. Je voulais qu'il frappe à la porte et dise : « J'entre ! » sans l'ouvrir.

Connexion à la demi-double chambre. Vous pouvez trouver une chambre avec nettoyeur d'air et un appareil de congélation. Petit déjeuner gratuit. Service gratuit (limite de temps: veuillez confirmer lors de votre séjour) Si vous envisagez le prix et le transport avant la gare, c'est un bon hôtel. La réception et le personnel ne sont pas problématiques. Si vous cherchez un hôtel à la gare, veuillez utiliser l'hôtel de sourire.

ミネラルウォーターを頂けたのが嬉しかったです。後は、珈琲の無料サービスや夜鳴き茶漬けのサービスも嬉しかったですが、夜鳴き茶漬けの利用可能な時間をもう少し延長して貰えたら…と思いました。

Cette auberge a un super restaurant.Il ne sert pas de nourriture prétendue, mais de cuisiner à la maison.Et il est prix.Il a beaucoup de types d'alcool, vino, Shochu, bière.Oh je ne lui ai pas demandé qu'elle a un Tequila ou non.Naturlich sie hat japanisch Sake.Ensalad muyBien.Si vous voulez Kaiseki dîner ou Oumi Rind Fleisch, alors vous devez aller à l'hôtel MARIOTT.Agua de Biwako esta limpia et Hira montana tiene muy bonito Arnolden de Arce.You peut jouer à la pêche et au soccer.If vous êtes un naturaliste, Vous pouvez obtenir une satisfaction.Puedovengo sigiendo las huellas del Nobunaga. Si vous voulez manger dans ce bar, vous devez écrire ”Je veux manger dans ce restaurant” sur votre tableau de réservation. Seulement une avertissement ... Vous ne allez pas si souvent au restaurant parce que mon déjeuner serait perdu. Très doux si vous voulez de la nourriture et du vin, s'il vous plaît écrire une réservation pour manger dans ce restaurant. Sans réservation, vous ne pouvez pas manger. Il y a aussi la main de BBQ, mais le barbecue prend du temps. Le café et le magasin de confort ne sentent pas le goût. Je ne veux pas que les autres sachent de Bar, mais?

Les chambres de l'hôtel sont très larges, toutes sortes d'installations sont également très complètes, le personnel de la réception est très enthousiasmé. L'hôtel est près du lac de Chen. Il y a des festivals de musique pendant votre séjour. Il est très agréable de se divertir.

It was one of the nicest hotels I stayed at during my recent trip to Japan. Hotel is nearby the train station and has very convenient shopping close by. First three floors of the building are commercial, hotel begins on the 4th Floor reception and higher. Rooms on the floors above require key card to activate elevator upwards so quite secure. Coffee and soft drink machines are available between 1400 and 2200. Rooms are nice. Again separate sink , toilet and shower/bath facilities. Bed was typical and they offered the convertible hard/soft pillow which I supplemented with a towel. Quiet rooms despite being the buses and trains below. Breakfast is available in the bakery below. 3 meal combinations were available though the typical Japanese breakfast needed to be ordered the day before. Huge assortment of pastries and baked goods. Definitely a plus to start the day.

Le Setre Marina Biwako est un luxe. Depuis l'entrée et le check-in, jusqu'au départ, vous serez déchiré. Tout sur cette installation est totalement parfait - le personnel, bien que très formel, Les chambres sont aussi agréables et amicales, la chambre est très bien équipée avec de grandes vues sur le lac avec les montagnes de Hira à la distance, les installations sont de la plus haute qualité et la nourriture est ce que vous aurez à tout restaurant de classe supérieure partout dans le monde. Tip-1 - quand Vous êtes saisi d'une carte qui vous indique l'heure du coucher du soleil et je vous suggère, si le temps est bien & clair, vous absorbez la vue magnifique, puisque le soleil se met derrière la colère de la montagne. Tip-2 - vous vous enveloppez un verre de vin rouge, Le restaurant est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. Tip-5 - apportez un appareil de vélo et profitez des cycles gratuits et du point de départ sur le Biwako-ohashi (bridge) et vérifiez la vue du haut. Tout est inclus dans le coût de votre séjour ainsi, quel que soit votre but de séjour dans le 'Setre Marina Biwako, vous serez complètement refroidi.

酒店位置一般，位於橋旁一側，火車站過來需打車，離店時酒店安排車子送去車站👍 晚餐 早餐都十分用心配置 精心準備👍 房間是標準合室，溫泉室內外的都不錯。
