L'hôtel était à l'origine une installation de soutien pour le parc aquatique, les étages 1 à 4 étant les étages du parc aquatique, et l'étage 5 étant réservé à l'hébergement du parc aquatique, aux massages, etc., et étant loué comme hôtel pour augmenter l'efficacité. Les chambres ont été rénovées mais la décoration reste traditionnelle et acceptable. Il y a une coupe de fruits gratuite, mais les boissons dans le réfrigérateur sont payantes, mais le prix n'est pas indiqué ! Le pire, c'est que la télé est un modèle qui date d'au moins 20 ans. Elle est épaisse et petite, la réception n'est pas claire et la télécommande n'est pas très maniable ! Rénover toute la maison mais ne pas remplacer la télévision ? Il y a un terrain de sport à côté de l'emplacement, il n'y a donc pas de centres commerciaux, de restaurants ou d'autres installations. L'arrêt de bus est loin et il faut plus de 10 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le bus de l'aéroport.

這次入住真的超出預期！房間乾淨整潔到讓人驚喜，床單被褥都帶着淡淡的陽光味，洗漱用品齊全又好用。前台服務人員態度超温柔，服務響應很積極，辦理入住快到飛起，。酒店位置也很贊，步行幾分鐘就能到商圈，出行超方便。晚上安靜得很，一覺睡到天亮，性價比直接拉滿！下次來這兒，還選這家！

L'hôtel est très bon, mais ils ont essayé de traduire toutes les informations pour moi. La chambre n'était pas très grande, mais confortable et propre. Si vous voulez aller à la mer, il prend environ 15-20 minutes par taxi. Il dépend du trafic. Mais il y a beaucoup de vélos électriques publiques devant l'hôtel. Vous pouvez prendre l'un d'eux et profiter de votre temps, si yiu n'est pas en presse.

Séjourner dans la suite familiale de l'hôtel se fait dans le bâtiment principal. Vous pouvez prendre un taxi directement jusqu'à la porte. Le téléphérique n°5 se trouve juste devant, ce qui est très pratique. La chambre n'est pas mal, avec deux lits à l'étage, un canapé en bas et un petit hall spacieux en bas. Elle n'est pas bondée et pratique pour organiser le matériel de ski. Elle est très confortable pour que les enfants skient et que les adultes se reposent. Les chaussons, le papier toilette et autres fournitures sont de bonne qualité. Le radiateur maintient la pièce au chaud, ce qui facilite le séchage des gants et des raquettes. Il y a de la restauration rapide au premier étage du bâtiment principal et il est pratique de commander de la nourriture au deuxième étage. L'attitude du service à tous égards est très bonne. Quand je l'ai vu, j'ai pris l'initiative d'aider avec les bagages. Après le départ, j'ai pris l'initiative de fournir un endroit confortable et calme pour me reposer et attendre les enfants. Rappel amical : S'il y a un appartement devant la chambre lors de la réservation, il ne se trouve pas dans le bâtiment principal, mais dans l'immeuble.

設施：泡池巨大，放水很快，幾分鐘就能泡了。餐廳味道不錯也不貴～早餐還挺豐盛能吃飽～ 環境：酒店環境沒問題，整體維護的很好。周邊比較荒涼，所以吃飯還是得在酒店解決 服務：服務態度很好，有需要很快解決 游泳館:池子很乾凈而且完全沒人，可以痛快遊 半山温泉票:室內有幾個池子，室外開了個大恆温池和兩個小的，水温都很合適不冷～ 燃脂熱身:就是健身房，看着還挺齊全的 衞生：衞生還不錯吧，有需要可以讓服務員再清潔一下泡池

第一次來古城玩，不瞭解情況，找了這家Top1的酒店。整體設施還不錯，有單獨的地下停車場，但是車位緊張。這個房型是最把邊的，雖然有陽台但是陽台朝西，能遠眺古城，但是沒有陽光照進來，冬天會比較冷。浴室對着床，但是門很不好關。枕頭真的不舒服。早餐種類不多，第一次吃Omelette不放餡料的…廚師説，這個就是這麼做的…有一説一，餐廳服務人員都很好，但廚師真的不太行。下次如果再來古城玩，肯定選擇住古城裡了，體驗感會更好。

The hotel is behind the metro station. The room was ok. The breakfast was also ok, not too many international options tho. The cleaning ladies forgot to leave us water and take out our trash for some days (we had to ask extra in the reception that they should please clean the room). They also forgot our welcome fruit 😕

Stay in InterContinental ShiJiaZhuang has been never better. From the moment you step into the hotel, been greeted with a friendly and helpful front desk, Hannah. Suddenly spike in temperature within the state on the day of arrival, resulting in hotter rooms. Hannah arranged for viewing and swapping of rooms without any hassle. Kara during check out provided a hassle free experience, as I was in the hurry to leave for the train station. She has offered to connect with me through WeChat instead if there’s anything amiss. Staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful, top- notch service. Location of hotel is near the Railway Walking Street with tons of food options available together with a huge mall for shopping and food too. Highly recommended hotel

I would like to commend the outstanding job of the front desk and extend my greatness thanks and gratitude especially to Ms Xia JiaLu which have been wonderful in providing exceptional services , help and information during my stay here. I have stayed in many hotels in China. But intercontinental Tangshan really have left me with the most best impression of what customer service and satisfaction is supposed to be. Kudos!!!!

Room & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer. Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient. Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk! Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away. Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December). Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's.
