Room & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer. Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient. Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk! Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away. Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December). Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's.

This is my second time at Aranya, and I have to say, it is a beautiful, tranquil resort. The room had wonderful energy and was very very clean. We booked the private hot springs room and we're blown away at how clean and spacious and premium the experience was. The staff were always courteous and were always available to help us with our requests. My Chinese is poor, however they made sure to help communicate and take me to the convenience store for my items and picked me back up. Their Ramen is the BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. It is a wonderful establishment and I will definitely be back soon.

I think the design is pretty amazing. I came here during winter, it ok, pretty cold. The location to other aranya attractions are not within walkable distance, however you can always arrange free unlimited rides direct to the location with the hotel staff. The entire concept of Aranya is very special. Ok, the hall is cool and nice. I booked the Party Room which can easily fit 8 people. Scenery I believe is none, but its comfortable, if you got more than 4 people staying, remember to request more towels for shower, only got 1 toilet available. Beware of your head, everyone knocked on their heads when heading to bed as shown in the pic. The warmer is super efficient.. we sweat during the winter im the room.

This was a really delightful apartment-hotel located atop a hill just across from the main ski hall. The apartment was spacious and very well furnished - I liked that every unit came with a washer and dryer! It made my long stay there so convenient. The hotel has an onsen and massage services which I also found very convenient to go to after a long day of skiing. Will definitely come back to stay here again if I'm back in thaiwoo!

We had an amazing stay at Shangri-La. The location is perfect! very close to the beach, which made everything even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the room service, as well as all the staff, were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. We originally planned to stay for two nights, but we loved it so much that we extended our stay for one more night. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our time by the sea riding bikes along the beach, feeding the seagulls, and taking beautiful photos. It was a wonderful and memorable experience.

Une expérience de séjour très agréable. La maison d'hôtes est située dans la communauté Yunding Liyuan. Debout sur le balcon, vous pouvez voir les skieurs monter et descendre. Après avoir enfilé votre équipement de ski dans la chambre, juste à l'extérieur se trouve le téléphérique à 5 fils de Genting Highlands, où vous pouvez vraiment glisser à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Le propriétaire et la femme de ménage étaient très gentils. Nous sommes allés au supermarché Yonghui dans le chef-lieu du comté pour acheter des ingrédients et avons préparé une marmite simple mais chaude en utilisant les casseroles et les ustensiles de la pièce. En conduisant vers Chongli, je me suis senti détendu et chez moi. reconnaissant!

La chambre et les toilettes des femmes étaient propres, mais il y avait beaucoup de serviettes sales dans la zone de repos près des piscines de printemps chauds. L'homme qui travaillait sur le bureau de front a pris longtemps pour trouver quelqu'un qui nous accompagne aux printemps chauds, et quand une dame est venue enfin nous accompagner là-bas, elle nous a ramenés dans nos chambres, au lieu, même si nous avions clairement dit à l'homme sur le bureau de front que nous avions. Les employés ne se communiquaient pas clairement, ni n'utilisaient le sens commun. Quand j'ai demandé au premier employé du bureau de front de nous accompagner aux printemps chauds, il a dit non et nous a éloignés, mais je savais qu'il était difficile d'y arriver et il devait dire aux printemps chauds que nous étions des invités de l'hôtel, Il est possible de communiquer avec une application de traduction ici, car aucun employé ne parle même un mot d'anglais. Le menu électronique du restaurant est en chinois, donc nous avons besoin d'une application de traduction pour lire le menu, aussi. Ils n'ont pas éclairé toutes les lumières dans la zone des printes chaudes ce soir, donc il était beaucoup plus sombre que quand j'étais venu ici avant. En ce qui concerne notre chambre d'hôtel, le réfrigérateur n'a pas fonctionné, même s'il était connecté, et les mattresses étaient durs.

L'hôtel est élégant, confortable et parfaitement entretenu. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et bien équipées, et chaque détail a été traité avec professionnalisme et soin. Tout ce que j'avais besoin pendant mon séjour a été fourni rapidement et avec genuine gentillesse. Je voudrais tout particulièrement reconnaître Kara, Vicky (Le gardien de la maison) et Vivian pour leur service exceptionnel. Leur dévouement et leur hospitalité ont fait une différence réelle et ont laissé une impression durable. InterContinental Shijiazhuang offre un service et un confort de classe mondiale.

A true 5 Star experience. The room is top notch with a large window overlooking the sea. Service is outstanding in all categories. Breakfast is full and rich. The hotel dinner buffet is so extraordinary that I say you must try it at least once! We were amazed at the variety of dishes and the quality. Hotel location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk and you can have your feet in the sand or water. The Qinhuang Alley Food Street is also within walking distance or very short cab ride. This food street is very lively and fun to visit especially in the evening. Two other recommendations for things to do are Lao Long Tou (Old Dragon Head) which you can get to by cab. And if you are a fan of the Olympics you really should visit Olympic Avenue Park. Amazing relief sculpture wall over 300 meters long portraying Olympic history. Must be seen to be believed. Thank you to all the friendly and professional staff and chefs at Grand Hotel Qinhuang for making our 4 night stay so enjoyable. Qinhuangdao is a wonderful city with so many different things to do and experience we hope we can return again.

Отель, чистый хороший. Один минус, на основном фото стоит бассейн, а когда приехали и спросили про бассейн, сказали нет его, надо идти в соседний отель. В соседнем отеле он детский. Глубина 1 метр. И ещё, когда бронировали было написано с завтраком, а оказалось что его нужно докупать. Завтрак длится 1час. С 8.00-9.00. Можно заказать русский завтрак будет стоить 37¥, китайский завтрак 28¥.
