I don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

My wife and I had an absolutely perfect, unforgettable stay at NOA RESORT & WELLNESS Aranya — a true hidden gem on China’s Gold Coast . We booked the Hall room (40m²) on the fourth floor (the hotel’s top level), and it could not have been more ideal: bright, quiet, with sleek modern minimalist design, floor-to-ceiling windows, and thoughtful touches like full smart controls, blackout sleep mode, and premium bedding that ensured deep, restful sleep. From arrival, the warmth and professionalism were outstanding: we were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks, and the 24/7 complimentary shuttle service made exploring Aranya effortless — prompt, courteous drivers took us anywhere in the resort (Chapel, Lonely Library, beaches, cafes) in minutes. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely friendly, anticipating every need and responding instantly to requests. The resort itself is a masterpiece of restrained luxury and healing design . Standout highlights include: - DECK (Lobby Lounge): A chic, all-day social hub — by day a specialty coffee shop; by night a craft beer bar with 12 rotating taps, plus light meals and occasional mini talks or live performances. - Outdoor Pool & Poolside Bar: A serene, sunlit pool with comfortable cabanas and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. - Spa & Wellness: A tranquil spa offering professional massages, singing bowl therapy, and meditation sessions — ideal for unwinding and reconnecting. - Fitness Center: A bright, well-equipped gym with modern equipment for keeping up your routine. - Dining: PopChuan Restaurant serves elevated, light Sichuan cuisine by a master chef, plus fresh, balanced breakfasts with local ingredients. Location-wise, NOA is unbeatable: close to Aranya Chapel, Lonely Library, and the beach, yet peacefully secluded. The entire property feels like a calm, artistic sanctuary — stylish but never cold, luxurious but never pretentious . In short, this was one of our best couple getaways ever. NOA RESORT Aranya blends stunning design, exceptional service, top-tier amenities, and a serene vibe that makes you feel relaxed and pampered from start to finish. We highly recommend it to any couple seeking a peaceful, upscale escape in Aranya — we will absolutely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Shangri-La. The location is perfect! very close to the beach, which made everything even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the room service, as well as all the staff, were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. We originally planned to stay for two nights, but we loved it so much that we extended our stay for one more night. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our time by the sea riding bikes along the beach, feeding the seagulls, and taking beautiful photos. It was a wonderful and memorable experience.

L'appartement est situé à côté de la piste débutante Edelweiss de la station de ski de Genting et est un appartement skis aux pieds. Il est très pratique de skier directement depuis la porte arrière de l'unité ! La communication avec la femme de ménage s'est très bien déroulée avant notre arrivée. Il nous a donné de nombreuses suggestions sur le stockage temporaire du matériel de ski avant l'enregistrement, ce qui a rendu l'enregistrement et le ski très pratiques. Il était très humble et patient. Merci beaucoup ! Les chambres avec vue sur la neige de l'appartement à côté des pistes de ski offrent non seulement une vue agréable, mais sont également très propres et chaleureuses. Comme il n'est pas pratique de manger à proximité, nous avons également préparé quelques repas simples moyennant un supplément. L'expérience globale du séjour a été bonne et cela vaut la peine de revenir !

Bon hôtel! L'hôtel est confortable et très spacieux, avec une grande vue. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et le restaurant du deuxième étage était aussi grand. La seule plainte que j'ai est l'odeur de la baignoire et fait que la chambre sent mauvaise. Il est préférable de garder les baignoires attachés.

L'hôtel était à l'origine une installation de soutien pour le parc aquatique, les étages 1 à 4 étant les étages du parc aquatique, et l'étage 5 étant réservé à l'hébergement du parc aquatique, aux massages, etc., et étant loué comme hôtel pour augmenter l'efficacité. Les chambres ont été rénovées mais la décoration reste traditionnelle et acceptable. Il y a une coupe de fruits gratuite, mais les boissons dans le réfrigérateur sont payantes, mais le prix n'est pas indiqué ! Le pire, c'est que la télé est un modèle qui date d'au moins 20 ans. Elle est épaisse et petite, la réception n'est pas claire et la télécommande n'est pas très maniable ! Rénover toute la maison mais ne pas remplacer la télévision ? Il y a un terrain de sport à côté de l'emplacement, il n'y a donc pas de centres commerciaux, de restaurants ou d'autres installations. L'arrêt de bus est loin et il faut plus de 10 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le bus de l'aéroport.

這家索菲特在雄安之眼對面的XLOOP環島核心地帶，正對着雄安國際酒店，酒店可以登記車號免費停車，出入非常方便。 酒店內房間很大，高層視野開闊，景觀很好。 酒店服務非常貼心，給小朋友專配了小童版浴衣、拖鞋和洗漱用具。 酒店的小童中心是同時向住店客人和外來客人開放的，看上去面積不是很大，更適合低齡小童，我家這個學齡小童就沒進去了。 4層有標準泳池，旁邊還配了小童池和熱水池,孩子在裏面玩到不想出來。 健身房是24小時開放的，裏面的蘋果又冰又脆，健身後來上一個非常爽口。 酒店的早餐也很豐盛，可惜我家神獸衹喜歡吃麪條和肉夾饃，貌似比較浪費，其他客人應該對酒店的早餐是滿意的吧。 退房時小朋友還流連在泳池不出來，所以我申請了延時退房到2點，前台二話沒説就同意了，服務非常人性化。

Malgré son âge, l'hôtel propose des chambres en bon état, équipées d'un lit confortable et de draps blancs impeccables. En raison des fortes pluies, la climatisation a eu du mal à compenser l'humidité élevée. Des fruits frais nous ont été offerts à notre arrivée. L'hôtel dispose d'un spa de grande qualité. Le petit-déjeuner servi au 5e étage est copieux. On y trouve même une soupe traditionnelle aux nouilles multicolores et des hamburgers d'âne. Le restaurant chinois du 2e étage était désert et la température y était étouffante ; nous avons donc dîné au Wanda Plaza, situé à proximité. Un service 5 étoiles a été rendu grâce à l'attention et à l'efficacité de la responsable de la réception, Mlle Ciu Tianmei. Elle a facilité notre visite du sanctuaire de la Vierge Marie à Donglü, situé dans un village isolé à 40 km de Baoding. Sans son aide, cette visite aurait été très difficile. Nous remercions également Mlle Ciu Tianmei d'avoir trouvé une solution pour conserver nos médicaments au frais, car il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre.

Le centre de l'hôtel est très bon. La location est parfaite, près des centres commerciaux, l'un d'entre eux moins de 5 minutes à pied de l'hôtel. Le musée Hebei est également très proche de l'hôtel. La chambre était vraiment chaude, propre et spacieuse. Il y avait une machine à laver à l'intérieur de la chambre, pas de frais supplémentaires applicables, et le savon était également disponible gratuitement. C'était l'un des points les plus élevés de mon cas. Le personnel était très ami. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bon, tant d'options. Je recommande très fort cet hôtel.

The check-in and checkout process is very quick and simple. I booked through trip.com and the process was seamless. The hotel is centrally located to many restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable, staff courteous and breakfast delicios. It’s my second time staying there. Highly recommend this hotel.
