L'hôtel est vraiment très agréable. Le personnel est très poli. Pour le prix, c'est parfait ; on y trouve tout le nécessaire, et même un centre commercial accessible à pied sans sortir de l'immeuble. Le personnel s'est montré très serviable et a répondu à toutes mes questions, en me fournissant un peigne et une balance pour mes valises. Ils ne se sont pas contentés de m'indiquer où les trouver ; ils me les ont apportés directement dans ma chambre et les ont ensuite récupérés. Seul bémol : au départ, il n'y avait qu'un seul shampoing et un seul lait corporel, malgré le fait que ce soit une chambre double. Après avoir fait ma demande à la réception, ils ont commencé à m'en fournir deux. Autre point négatif : les chambres sont un peu vieillottes, bien que très bien aménagées ; un petit rafraîchissement serait le bienvenu.

The staff were very accommodating, from the receptionists to housekeeping💙 I stayed here for only one day as I extended my trip by a day. Don’t expect too much from the amenities, as the hotel is half the price of others with similar facilities—which is why it’s a good option😊 The breakfast buffet had limited options but was still decent —- They have a section where you can ask a staff member to cook an egg/omelet for you, but I didn’t explore the other options (breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, which is great if you have early morning plans, as it gets really hot once the sun rises during this month)…. The hotel has a gym, sauna, and pool. The room includes a TV, kettle, hairdryer, toiletries, and complimentary water and coffee….. The only downside was that hot water is not available 24 hours during my stay…. According to the receptionist, hot water is available only during specific hours to adhere to electricity conservation, if I’m not mistaken.. (if I’m not mistaken, starting from 9 AM, but I’m not sure until when) as they have I only realized this when I was about to shower around 8:30 PM and found that only cold water was available. I called the receptionist, and they sent housekeeping to assist…. I’m not sure if it’s a temporary thing only so if you’re concern with this, you can message them first… It’s still a good place to stay, even if it’s a bit far from the tourist spots, as Grab is available at a very reasonable price for getting to the places you want to visit.

Le service à l'hôtel Lotte est impeccable. Tous sont si disposés à aider. Même avec le gas shortage, les gens semblait être en bonne humeur. La réception était très utile.

An Outstanding Stay at Park Royal – Comfort, Cuisine & Class Just wow! Park Royal is perfectly located for travelers, right in the heart of downtown yet wonderfully peaceful throughout the day. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless—the check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and polite. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, offering great comfort after a long day. The highlight of my stay was the fantastic Christmas buffet dinner, and I can confidently say that Park Royal offers one of the best breakfasts in town—delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. An added bonus was the reopening of the club within the same premises from 31st December. As a Park Royal guest, I was offered complimentary entry, which made the experience even more special. With everything nearby, excellent hospitality, and a calm atmosphere, Park Royal truly stands out. I will definitely visit again to relive these wonderful memories.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean, and the location is good. But most important is the staff. All of them are so friendly and always ready to help you. Always smiling. L'emplacement est très pratique, juste en face de l'arrêt de bus YBS. L'immeuble est neuf, mais de petits insectes apparaissaient fréquemment dans la chambre, signe d'une mauvaise étanchéité. L'insonorisation était également faible et nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans les chambres voisines et celles du dessus. Les aboiements de chiens errants à l'extérieur nous ont réveillés tôt le matin. Le petit-déjeuner était un menu fixe plutôt qu'un buffet, mais nous ne pouvions prendre qu'un seul plat, ce qui semblait plutôt convenir aux personnes ayant un petit appétit. J'ai été surpris qu'ils n'apportent que trois des quatre accompagnements que j'avais demandés. J'avais réservé cet hôtel car il était moins cher que le célèbre P Hotel voisin, mais le rapport qualité-prix n'était pas au rendez-vous.

It was only a short stay, but it was very comfortable and quite near to the airport. I particularly enjoyed the vibes - it looked straight out of a movie! The staff were all helpful, they even packed our breakfast since our flight was early. You can also immersed in the experience of trying traditional tanaka (face cream) at the lobby.
