Wonderful atmosphere and very comfortable. Terrific breakfast! Very attentive and hospitable staff who answered all of my questions and happily helped with anything I needed. Extremely comfortable and warm beds. Room was clean and spacious. The atmosphere was so great that even on stormy days, I had a fulfilling time just sitting in the lobby and enjoying the ambience and refreshments. There were only a couple areas for improvement: - the shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap had a very powerful scent. I have suggested the staff offer unscented options, and they made a note of it. - one of the USB charging ports in the room didn’t work well, and the placement of some outlets were a little inconvenient. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely cost this hotel again. とても雰囲気が良く、非常に快適でした。朝食も素晴らしかったです。スタッフの皆さんはとても気配りが行き届いていて親切で、私の質問にもすべて丁寧に答えてくださり、必要なことがあれば喜んで対応してくれました。ベッドはとても暖かく、寝心地も抜群でした。客室は清潔で、広さも十分でした。 雰囲気が本当に素晴らしく、嵐の日でさえ、ロビーに座って雰囲気や軽食・ドリンクを楽しむだけで、充実した時間を過ごすことができました。 改善点を挙げるとすれば、ほんの少しだけあります。 ・シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープの香りがかなり強かった点です。無香料の選択肢があると良いのではないかとスタッフに提案したところ、メモを取ってくださいました。 ・客室内のUSB充電ポートのうち1つがうまく作動せず、また一部のコンセントの配置がやや使いにくく感じました。 総合的には、とても素晴らしい滞在でした。またぜひこのホテルを利用したいと思います。

I would definitely stay at this hostel again if I ever come back to Longyearbyen. From the moment I booked through check-in to my departure, the front desk kept sending detailed emails covering transportation, check-in procedures, and general information about the town. Special thanks to khristin at the front desk — she were incredibly patient and friendly throughout my stay. The hostel is spotlessly clean, and the shared kitchen is spacious and super practical to use. I will absolutely book here again and highly recommend this place to all my friends.

the staff was super helpful. the room was spacious and clean; with generous heating to boot! the floor of the bathroom was heated, which i thought was a nice touch. the breakfast was tasty with variety of foods to choose from. i especially enjoyed the scrambled eggs. the location is superb, too. it’s the first drop off and pick up point of the airport shuttle bus. the bed was comfortable and the duvet was clean, crisp, and super warm. one thing i missed was maybe a refrigerator, but you don’t necessarily need one, so not a big deal anyway. overall a pleasant stay!

Les chambres sont réparties dans plusieurs bâtiments. La nôtre se trouvant dans un bâtiment séparé, nous devions porter des vêtements chauds pour nous rendre à la réception, que ce soit pour les repas ou autres besoins. De ce fait, seuls les clients de l'hôtel se trouvaient dans ce bâtiment, ce qui garantissait une atmosphère calme. De plus, étant donné son emplacement excentré, c'était un endroit où l'on ne croisait personne d'autre que les clients de l'hôtel. Chaque bâtiment disposait de douches, de toilettes, de réfrigérateurs, de cuisines et de bouilloires communs. Il n'y avait pas de télévision, mais le signal Wi-Fi était excellent, ce qui n'a donc pas posé de problème. Le petit-déjeuner était un buffet. La quantité et la qualité étaient plus que satisfaisantes.

Super friendly helpful staff! I just wish the rooms had toilets and showers. I think the shared facilities were not convenient

Le petit déjeuner est très copieux ! Choisissez parmi beaucoup d'entre eux! Cet hôtel est le seul hôtel 4 étoiles de Svalbard ! Il y a un sauna à l'intérieur et un bain extérieur ! Il fait chaud à l'intérieur de l'hôtel ! Aussi très proche du supermarché local! Les installations environnementales sont vraiment bien, j'adore son sauna ! C'est tellement confortable !

Très bien, très satisfait! Le petit déjeuner est très délicieux. L'expérience de séjour de deux jours est très bonne.

Un chambre a été fixée. Il y a deux chambres. Une surprise particulière. L'espace de salon est très grand. Vous pouvez facilement faire un petit repas. La chambre est également très large. La chaleur de la chambre est très grande. L'accent est sur la position très pratique en dessous du supermarché!
