Location is excellent. Our room #302 was on the ground floor which was great but just looked at the carpark . The plus was our car was parked right outside. The downside was - our room adjoined the stairs up to the dining room and was directly beneath the toilets for a conference room on the first floor. This meant almost constant noise of people up and down the stairs and slamming doors in the toilets day and night. The room had 2 beds - Queen and single. The Queen bed was very comfortable but the chairs were not - 2 hard chairs! Not a plate or a bowl to put any food on and had to request a bottle/can opener from the front desk. The bathroom was adequate with everything necessary.

The accommodation was clean and tidy. The food in the restaurant was very average for $59 per head. Wasn't a very good selection. What they had was more Indian tastes. Would like to see more local māori culture within the work environment.

Hi there, I wasn’t very happy with my stay as the beds were stained. Also the toilet was filthy and the shower head was broken. Was wanting a refund as we ended up leaving early

We spent 2 nights recently and found everything to be excellent. The room and location was beyond our expectations. We had room service and breakfast in the restaurant. The food was excellent. A truly enjoyable experience.

Free parking, good location. Has indoor pool and gym which we didn't have time to try. 2 soft double beds with 2 pillows per person. Coffee, tea making with fridge

Nice environment. Clean unit. Comfortable. Minor complaint would be that the lighting was a little dim and could have done with coffee plunger in room. Did not eat at hotel restaurant. Good place to stay.

Slightly tired with some maintenance due. Too many emails (I think 9 in total) re the stay. When on holiday I don't want 9 extra emails!. Staff great, rooms really good and quiet considering the location. It would be good to get all the Sky TV channels for the amount charged. I.e it was missing Channel 7,17,21 etc.

La chambre était petite, peu d'espace pour ouvrir une valise. Le pire, malgré l'éclatement de l'air chaud de l'AC, il fuit toutes par les portes avant. L'isolation n'existait pas. Mon chambre avait 14C degrés quand je me suis réveillé. Ne recommande pas.

Le paysage est bon, il y a plus d'insectes dans la chambre. Les installations sont également presque proches des limites de renouvellement. Mais il est très bon d'avoir des installations de ce type dans le grand paysage. Le service de la dame et de la sœur de la réception est également très bon. En outre, si vous voulez utiliser une piscine chaude à l'extérieur, il est préférable de ne pas vivre seule. La zone de la piscine est trop loin pour se déplacer dehors.

Le petit déjeuner est très simple, peut être utilisé pour des lits d'appoint, adapté aux enfants, parking, à la plage, particulièrement calme sur l'île de Russell, un très bon ferry est également très pratique !
