Hôtels avec bars à Taranaki, Nouvelle-Zélande

Le jour de l'entrée, nous avons trouvé des marques de cheveux et de tin (mud?) sur le lit couvrant les deux lits, mais après avoir montré les photos au récepteur, ils l'ont pris sérieusement et réagi rapidement. Ils nous ont offert le petit déjeuner complimentaire pour deux comme compensation courtoisie. Il faut que nous soyons réveillés le matin, avant 7 heures, par beaucoup de bruits et de bruits provenant de la circulation des moteurs qui nous étaient si proches. Comme nous avons ouvert les cortines pour voir ce qui se passait, nous avons vu choquantement de nombreuses voitures de course se coulant juste devant l'entrée principale de l'hôtel, obtenir un enregistrement ou quelque chose comme vous pouvez voir il y avait un table et un personnel là-bas Les voitures de course ont continué de se faire augmenter, et les bruits annonciateurs ont été entendus de la conversation du moteur et des gens jusqu'à 7h30. Les visiteurs qui viennent rester dans un hôtel espèrent avoir un bon repos, sans attendre de se réveiller de ce fait demain matin. Si elles ont organisé ce type d'événement, elles auraient dû en informer tous les autres clients à l'avance lorsque la réservation a été faite pour s'assurer qu'ils sont prêts ou disposés à le prendre. Par conséquent, avec ce qui se passe ce matin, je ne suis pas sûre si je voulais revenir à ce lieu ou non. Désolé de dire que je ne me sentais pas bien après avoir réveillé si tôt avec des bruits constants et sans respect dans la situation. J'espère voir quelques améliorations là-bas.

Mediocre. There were some significant issues during our stay. That being said, the service was friendly and they tried to help where there was an issue. Unfortunately, there were a few though. To start with, they gave us the wrong room, not that which we had booked (a double instead of a twin). They quickly accomodated this however and moved us. Over the first night, we noticed it had been particularly hot. Despite there being AC in the room and having it on the lowest settings, it did not cool the room. We did inform them of this and they offered to move rooms or give us a fan, this was helpful but dissapointing that it had not been checked earlier. We were also dissapointed that there were no towels provided, despite face cloths being so. The car park was non-existent, being a junk yard instead. There was street parking available but felt less secure. The location was resonable with easy access to takeaways and the supermarket. There were some troubles over the nights including loud, persistent banging on the doors which the owners seemed to do nothing about. Possibly patrons of the attached bar. We did not use the bar or restuarant facilities so cannot comment there. On the bright side, the shower was excellent! Great pressure and temperature, lovely after a long day out.

Excellent building setup. We took more than 10 minutes to cover all the areas namely reception, restaurant, garden & relaxation and easy section. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only minus was going to our room on the first floor using the stairs only. The front desk was however willing to call for help. Thanks.

We went to New Plymouth for a weekend and stayed with Novotel New Plymouth. We had an excellent experience with them, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was modern and clean. We will definitely stay with them again.

My first time to stay in a Millennium Hotel , good rate and good lotion. Like the view at the lift corner.

Good price for 5 nights. As I mentioned at reception the room service staff replaced towels that were hung up and which I was happy to use again (contrary to what it said on the card in the bathroom and is now standard practice in most hotels). That was an extra 4 towels to the laundry over 5 days for one room - this all adds up - I am just thinking of the planet and also the autolodge laundry bills!

Surtout bon. Situé au centre de la ville, il y a des galeries d'art, de la nourriture japonaise à proximité, le meilleur café et petit-déjeuner de la ville.

L'environnement de première classe, les installations sont fondamentalement complètes, l'hôtel est bien entretenu. Très calme!
