We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms at Naia Miraflores and found the room to be spacious, clean, and the bed very comfortable. The location is also great — central and convenient for exploring Miraflores . However, our experience was let down by some frustrating service issues. We arrived around midnight for check-in, having reserved two rooms, and were informed that only one room was ready. We were asked to wait 20 minutes for the second room. We politely asked if we could be given a different available room type instead, but were told we had to wait. Despite check-in being from 3pm that day — and our having paid for the full night — the staff offered no explanation or alternative. It felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously. Additionally, the shower water in the deluxe room was cold, which was another letdown. If you're arriving late, we recommend calling ahead to confirm your room is ready to avoid a similar inconvenience.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, en plein cœur de la ville, à proximité de boutiques et de nombreux restaurants. La place de l'Hôtel de Ville, en contrebas, est animée le soir par des danseurs, créant une atmosphère animée. À moins de 2 kilomètres de l'hôtel, vous trouverez de nombreux monuments architecturaux. Une petite promenade suffit, mais c'est la meilleure option. L'hôtel propose également un petit-déjeuner copieux et un service attentionné. Fortement recommandé !

All in all, a good experience, a good option for Lima. Very kind and helpful personnel and well located. Still, some improvements could be made, like changing the shower head (it runs in all directions, being old and calcareous), window curtains would need a cleanup or hallways a refreshed air. Also, soundproofing is extremely poor: between the room door and the wall there is a few centimetres gap, so you can hear everything like it is indoors and the windows are not the best quality, as one can hear all traffic and honks until late. Breakfast is rather poor, same very few options every day.

Нам дали номер 103. Отличный номер, просторный. Емеется душевая зона с горячефй довой. Достаточное количество полотенец. На 7 этаже подается отличный завтрак, и имеется большое общественное пространство и видом на город. Месторасположение очень хорошее.

Le service est très bon, mais il n'y a pas d'équipements comme aucun tissu et ventilation dans la salle de bains.

Le service est enthousiaste, heureux d'aider les gens, très reconnaissant, la salubrité de la chambre est propre, le petit-déjeuner est bon, riche, la localisation de l'hôtel est pratique, combien de supermarchés sont autour?

Excellent value choice in Miraflores. Close to beach and Larcomar, malecon. Very clean rooms, good a/c, hot water, comfortable bed. Fairly quiet room, no street noise (upper floors). Taxi stand out front, uber easy location. Def recommend and would stay again.
