( Context - We had a soccer tournament) Great modern place to stay that is central to all the happenings around restaurants, shops (Broadbeach & Pacific Fair), great beaches, grass areas, soccer pitches and BBQ places. The pool is a great addition to chill out on the cushion beds. Would love to have access to sauna & steam room without extra costs, but the gym and outdoor spa (Star Building) were adequate for some post game recovery. We didn't need housekeeping during the 7-day stay, and would have loved to get some offset credits for it, though we got 2 × $10 vouchers at checkout. Highly recommend the place for sure.

Overall, my stay at Crowne Plaza was okay. The location is very convenient, which made getting around easy. However, I was a little disappointed that the room wasn’t serviced during my stay, even though I had placed the door sign requesting it. Apart from that, everything else was fine.

Le personnel est poli, l'emplacement est très pratique et les installations sont bonnes. En vous inscrivant à un logement pour la première fois, il y a une surprise. Bien que l'hôtel soit ancien, il a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût et un style design australien.

Mixed Experience – Great Location, Poor Internet & Breakfast Setup The hotel is in a great location, and the room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Facilities like the car park and lifts were well maintained and met expectations. However, as business travellers, the internet connection was a major letdown. The hotel appears to rely on a hotspot system, which was extremely unreliable—slow speeds and constant disconnections all weekend. Streaming services such as Netflix were unusable, and even basic browsing was frustrating. To make matters worse, the remote control had nearly dead batteries and worked intermittently. We were also disappointed with the rest and breakfast experience. After early starts each day, we were hoping for some quiet downtime in the afternoon, but this was hard to enjoy given the other issues. The weekend breakfast arrangement felt misleading. Instead of onsite breakfast, we received a $20 per person voucher to a nearby café. While the café was pleasant, it only opened at 7:30 am on weekends—not ideal when you're starting work at 6:30–7:00 am. And realistically, $20 doesn’t go far at most cafés these days, so it felt like a cost-cutting workaround rather than a genuine breakfast offering. On a positive note, Clara at reception on Saturday was professional and kind—she did her best to assist, though unfortunately there wasn’t much she could do. It seemed like her manager may have been present but avoided getting involved, which was disappointing given the situation.

Appartement très bien situé près de toutes commodités et à 700 m environs à pied des galeries commerciales de queens street ! Personnel souriant, aidant malgré le mal à se faire comprendre car ne parlait pas français et nous très peu anglais 🫣 Un bémol mais indépendant des disponibilités de l’hôtel étant en couple avec 3 personnes âgées, nous avions demandé d’être à proximité mais malheureusement sur 3 chambres seulement 2 dispos au même étage et le 3ème lui au 26eme, avec une entrée différente donc difficile à gérer en cas de soucis .

Ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est une auberge de jeunesse ordinaire. Les chambres sont grandes et relativement propres. Il y a beaucoup de moustiques devant la porte la nuit. L'auberge déclare que les fêtes ne sont pas autorisées à l'intérieur, mais il y a quand même des touristes qui ne le font pas. suivez les règles. Il y a un bar à l'extérieur de l'auberge et l'agent de la réception s'inscrit à diverses activités. Il y a un supermarché à côté du groupe de touristes et la société de location de voitures est très pratique. veuillez noter que la bagagerie n'est ouverte qu'une fois par heure et que vous pouvez la récupérer par vous-même.

Excellent place for stay! Super friendly and generous staff especially Elaine at the front. The moment we checked in she was so helpful and very respectful in communication. This is like home feeling and advertisement doesn’t elaborate everything.. it’s beyond that comfort. Only thing was noise due to building at back property and clearly communicated.. it didn’t affect us as at all as Saturday we were mostly out exploring and late afternoon onwards till Monday.. full comfort. Peeps on going project will be finished soon.. highly recommend as close to beaches… and proime location. We had awesome view on our window. Thanks Team, see you again next with my family. Installations : Les installations sont très complètes, et les ustensiles de cuisine sont encore plus complets qu'à la maison. Les amateurs de cuisine devraient beaucoup l'apprécier. Environnement : À côté de la gare routière de Robina, il est très pratique de prendre les trains et les bus menant directement à Surfers Paradise Beach et au centre-ville de Brisbane.

This hotel was amazing! The staff were super friendly, especially the lady that checked us in on our first night I think her name was Maria maybe? Very convenient location right outside the tram stop too. We loved the breakfasts each morning, it was a great way to kick off our days in the Gold Coast :)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay at Meriton Surfers Paradise! The ocean view room was absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound and sight of the waves was unforgettable. The apartment was modern, spacious, and came with excellent amenities, including a washer and dryer which made our stay so convenient. The facilities were top-notch, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. The only thing to note is that the car park entrance is quite steep and a little intimidating at first, but once you get used to it, it’s manageable. Overall, it didn’t take away from the wonderful experience. Highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting the Gold Coast!
