Un hôtel magnifique qui a fourni une cuisine avec micro-ondes pour chauffer nos aliments et nos crochets pour consommer nos aliments. Le réfrigérateur était aussi assez grand. J'ai pensé qu'une cortina de douche et un bidet dans le toilette seraient plus utiles.

Mon séjour a été extrêmement agréable ! La chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse, offrant une belle sensation d'espace. Les équipements étaient complets et bien entretenus, ce qui était très pratique. L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal, dans un quartier de choix à proximité de nombreux centres commerciaux et restaurants. Les arrêts de bus et les attractions touristiques sont accessibles à pied, facilitant grandement les déplacements. La plage est également toute proche. L'hôtel était propre et bien tenu, et le service était chaleureux. En résumé, mon séjour a été confortable et sans souci. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel lors d'un voyage en Australie ; il offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Excellent location, lovely apartment, and great facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Après ma réservation, le numéro de confirmation n'apparaissait pas et j'ai dû contacter l'hôtel deux fois via Ctrip pour l'obtenir. À mon arrivée, on m'a attribué la mauvaise chambre, ce qui m'a obligé à refaire tout le processus de départ et d'arrivée. Je n'ai reçu qu'un simple « désolé », ce qui était extrêmement frustrant. Sans Ctrip, cette série de problèmes aurait été très difficile à résoudre. Le supermarché en face de l'hôtel est pratique pour les visites et se trouve à proximité. Pacific est un bon endroit pour faire du shopping. L'hôtel en lui-même est correct, sans plus. Si vous devez absolument réserver, il est préférable de passer par Ctrip.

Guest Suggestion: Keep in mind that daily room service, towels, and toiletries come at an additional cost, even for extended stays. You get exactly what you pay for.

Cet hôtel remporte la palme parmi tous les hôtels de notre séjour à Cairns ! Tout neuf, il dispose d'un personnel exceptionnel, toujours prêt à rendre votre séjour parfait. L'hôtel possède quatre piscines dans une jolie cour donnant sur la plage, vous permettant de nager avec vue. Pourtant, les piscines ne sont jamais bondées. La piscine familiale, bien que peu profonde et agrémentée de sable et de petites fontaines, est très appréciée de tous. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits extrêmement confortables. Les balcons, meublés et même éclairés, sont parfaits pour profiter de l'extérieur. La vue vaut vraiment le détour !

Great thing is parking spot for our van that a little bit high but here we can park in front of the hotel not under. Everything is good except the wifi not strong enough.. on off on off.. It’s not new hotel but everything clean and great prices. Great location to walk to the beach and eating places

Le personnel de la réception était très sympathique et a autorisé un enregistrement anticipé. La chambre était spacieuse, mais les équipements étaient vieillots et auraient besoin d'être rénovés. La baignoire était même une baignoire à jets ! Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux. L'hôtel est juste à côté d'un arrêt de tramway ; on peut utiliser sa carte VISA pour 0,5 $ par trajet, peu importe le nombre d'arrêts. C'est très pratique pour se rendre à Surfers Paradise pour faire du shopping, manger et profiter de la belle plage.

It was a bit painful from the get go checking in. You have to go to a different hotel a block over. There is nowhere to park to check in. I called the number to be put through to a call centre that isn’t on site. Call 1: yes you can park in the visitor parking just buzz and they’ll let you in. Call 2: while blocking the driveway I’m unable to find a buzzer that reaches reception. Operator sounds confused, I hang up and someone is coming out so I sneak in. Call 3: I’m parked in visitor parks, go up the lift and come out at another building. She again sounds confused. If I go out the door I won’t be able to get back in without a fob, so I’m asking which way I should go. There are no signs to tell me how to get to Ivy and Eve apartments. I eventually find a worker who takes me around to reception. Sorted. Or so I think. I check in with reception. The girl was really lovely and informative. So I think, until I reach the carpark of the next building I’m staying at. The sheet of paper she gave me says “your allocated car space is 131 and is located on 55. I drive in looking for level 55, car space 131. Neither of these exist. Call 4: Where is my carpark? Am I missing something. Keep in mind every time I call I’m asked to give all my details so they can verify my booking so by now I’m pretty tired of it all. She finds my booking and says oh yes you’re in park 55 on level B1. (See photo for why I was confused!) I drive around the carpark looking for a 55. It doesn’t exist. All carparks are labelled with a sign saying Art house and 4 numbers. Ok maybe it’s the last 2? Nope doesn’t exist. After driving around for a bit I realise there are numbers on the ground of the carpark that are completely different to the signs (I didn’t look at the ground because the signs said art house) So finally I work out that this is my park. Another confused guest stops to ask me where his park might be and I explain it’s the floor ones not the art house signs. So I wasn’t the only one. Ok so park the car, go upstairs to room 1106 which of course is on floor 10. Makes sense lol. As soon as I open the door I’m hit with a wet musty kind of smell. Like the place had been flooded and not allowed to dry out properly maybe? I opened all the windows and when that didn’t work I went and bought some air freshener to hide the smell a bit. We left all the doors open all night and next day and the smell improved. The lounge chairs are not comfy if you’re looking for a stay in watch Netflix type staycay, but the beds are really comfy. The place was pretty immaculately clean so that was nice. And washer dryer were great to have. If I had have known I’d need to go through all that checkin at another building I would not have booked. Maybe I missed the part that mentioned this? Ahh well we enjoyed our stay in general, it just didn’t get off to a good start.

Les transports en commun ne sont pas très pratiques, surtout la nuit où il n'y a souvent pas de bus et où il faut beaucoup de temps pour remonter la côte et rentrer à l'hôtel. Il y a des bus en journée, mais ils ne sont pas très fréquents. L'hôtel Central est assez éloigné, il faut compter environ une colline. La douche de la salle de bain émet un étrange bruit mécanique lorsqu'on l'allume, mais il y a deux lavabos, ce qui est un avantage. Il y avait quelques taches noires sur le lit, mais la chambre était plutôt grande. Cependant, étant située à un étage inférieur, la vue depuis la fenêtre était pratiquement inexistante, sans aucune intimité. Le deuxième étage donne sur un parking souterrain très fréquenté. Le lendemain matin, ma carte de crédit a été débitée inexplicablement de plus de 270 $, sans compter la caution de 100 $. Après avoir contacté le responsable par courriel, je n'ai reçu aucune explication, seulement des excuses et un remboursement. C'était très étrange.
