Emplacement idéal, en plein centre-ville, avec vue sur les monuments. Personnel sympathique et bon petit-déjeuner. Seule déception : le règlement de la piscine et du sauna, non précisé lors de la réservation sur trip.com. Nous avons découvert que la piscine n'est accessible qu'une heure par client et que le temps supplémentaire est payant et ne peut excéder 3 heures par jour. De plus, l'accès à la piscine et au spa nécessite une réservation à l'avance. Ces restrictions devraient être clairement indiquées, car ce désagrément nous a donné l'impression d'une publicité trompeuse, ce qui est dommage pour un hôtel aussi agréable.

I stay in Warsaw very frequently and have chosen this hotel around 8 times. Before that, I stayed in many other hotels, so I have a solid basis for comparison. Unfortunately, this will probably be my last stay here. Overall, the hotel is good — stylish design, great location, spacious rooms, and reasonable pricing. However, there are too many recurring issues and small frustrations that significantly impact the experience. Main concerns: 1. Reception attitude The staff is polite but not service-oriented. They simply follow procedures without any willingness to help. It often feels like you are a guest in their space rather than a paying customer. Early check-in? No. Late check-out? No. Anything outside strict rules — always no. 2. Operational atmosphere You constantly encounter staff in elevators (housekeeping, logistics, etc.), which breaks the premium hotel feeling. 3. Room issues (repeated over multiple stays) • Bad smell in the room → had to relocate • No stable hot water (7th floor): water constantly switching between hot and cold. Reported twice — nothing was fixed. On the third attempt, I was told “everything is fine,” which clearly wasn’t true. I stayed three days like this. • Another stay: clogged shower drain. Reported twice — never fixed. 4. Housekeeping behavior • Staff enter the room almost immediately after knocking — no time to respond. • Even when I return to the room, they continue cleaning as if I should wait outside. This is unacceptable. 5. Fitness facilities The biggest downside — there is no proper gym. The “fitness room” is extremely poor and not usable for a serious workout. 6. Lobby There is no proper lobby space, which is unusual for a hotel of this level. 7. Maintenance Small things are frequently broken in rooms — toilet brush holders, soap holders, etc. Individually minor, but collectively very noticeable Conclusion: The hotel has strong fundamentals — design, location, room size, and price. But the accumulation of these recurring issues and lack of service mindset makes the overall experience disappointing. I gave this place multiple chances, but I will likely choose a different hotel for future stays.

L'emplacement est super. La chambre est propre, mais il y a quelques taches sur les draps et la couverture. Les toilettes… Tout d'abord, il n'y a qu'une seule toilette par étage, sans séparation hommes/femmes. De plus, ni gel douche ni shampoing ne sont fournis, alors que la plupart des auberges proposent au moins un produit 2 en 1 (gel douche + shampoing). Et elles sont plutôt sales. Le panier de douche est plein de saletés, je n'y mettrais rien. En résumé, le prix est correct, mais je paierais plus cher pour un autre hébergement.

I had a wonderful stay and was very satisfied with the overall quality and atmosphere of the hotel. One of my favorite features was the complimentary drinking water station located in the hallway. The option to choose between room-temperature and cold water was incredibly convenient and thoughtful for guests. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. During check-in, the front desk staff proactively informed me about the possibility of a late check-out option, which is especially helpful for business travelers. Since I needed to change my flight to 5:00 PM, I asked whether a complimentary late check-out would be possible. The housekeeping manager and service staff were extremely kind and accommodating, helping me extend my check-out time from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Their support made a significant difference to my travel schedule. From check-in to check-out, every staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. Overall, my experience was very comfortable and enjoyable. My only regret is that I didn’t have the opportunity to try the sauna facilities on the basement level, which are open until midnight. Due to my busy work schedule and a few early nights, I simply ran out of time. I would definitely love to experience them during my next visit. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers, and I look forward to staying here again in the future. 這次入住體驗非常愉快，我對飯店的整體品質與環境都感到十分滿意。 特別喜歡走廊提供的免費飲用水服務，不僅方便，還能自由選擇常溫或冰水，對旅客來說非常貼心。房間整潔舒適，各項設施使用起來都很便利。 我在入住時，櫃檯人員主動告知可以申請延後退房的選項，這對商務旅客來說非常實用。由於我臨時將班機改到下午五點，因此向櫃檯詢問是否能免費延後退房。客房部主管與服務人員都非常熱心且積極協助，讓我原本中午 12 點的退房時間順利延長至下午 2 點，真的幫了我很大的忙。 從辦理入住到退房，所有工作人員的服務態度都非常親切、專業且友善，讓人感受到賓至如歸的氛圍。 整體而言，這是一段非常舒適的住宿體驗。唯一的小遺憾是，因為工作行程太忙，加上有幾天晚上太早休息，沒能體驗地下 1 樓營業至午夜 12 點的桑拿設施。下次再訪時，我一定會特地安排時間好好享受！ 非常推薦給商務旅客，也期待下次再次入住。

Le salon de l'hôtel était très propre, les installations de l'ascenseur, qui peuvent être déplacées en regardant l'extérieur, étaient excellentes et les chambres étaient spacieuses et confortables avec un lit unique. La salle de bain était lumineuse et la douche et le tube étaient séparés et confortables. Le petit déjeuner était également préparé pour un 5 étoiles. Cependant, le parking est séparé de l'hôtel, donc il était un peu inconfortable.

L'hôtel est situé au cœur de Oldtown et est très confortable. La seule chose est que les chambres sont grandes mais très formes - vous devez aller au divan pour voir la télévision et la disposition générale de la chambre n'est pas un hôtel conventionnel. En plus de cela, l'hôtel a un vieux charme boutique.

I stayed at this hotel for a one-night layover, and for that purpose, I would definitely recommend it. I had read reviews saying it was about 20 minutes from the airport, but it was much closer than I expected. Using the Bolt app, our taxi from the airport to the hotel cost 30 PLN (Polish złoty), and our pre-booked Bolt ride back to the airport the next day cost 46 PLN. Both journeys took only about 5–7 minutes, making this hotel a very convenient option for an airport layover. We requested a late check-out, and although usually it depends on room availability, we were lucky, and the hotel kindly allowed us to stay an extra two hours free of charge. This was greatly appreciated since our flight was later in the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even gave me directions to the nearest convenience store, which was about a 10-minute walk away easy to find and perfect for buying snacks and drinks, they even sell cooked meals such as sandwiches and other ready-made meals. There is also a self-service convenience store just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, but unfortunately, we couldn't use it because entry requires registration with a Polish (or a limited number of other countries') phone number to unlock the door. The hotel has a restaurant where you can have dinner from 5PM to 10PM. While the food was decent, it wasn't quite to our taste and it is a bit expensive; also the staff didn't speak much English. The room was small but perfectly adequate for two people staying overnight. The bed was comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. One thing I particularly enjoyed was the excellent water pressure in the shower. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable choice for an airport layover, and I would happily stay here again the next time I'm in Warsaw.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. We have not checked out the swimming pool and the terrace nor had a breakfast there, so can’t say anything about those really. We booked a room with a king size bed and were first assigned one with two single/twin (?) beds which were pushed together. The receptionist informed us there is no guarantee you will get a bed which you have originally booked in the app, but ended up giving us an upgrade for a room with a river view and a king size bed.

L'hôtel est situé à la limite de la vieille ville, un peu à l'écart, à environ 20 minutes à pied. Les installations sont propres et bien rangées. Il n’y a rien de spécial à louer. Le petit déjeuner est trop minable !

Really nice and clean hotel. Brand new. Very convenient for stay before/ after flight from Chopin Airport - located in 5 min by taxi. Beds are clean and comfortable. Cozy room. Tea pot, tea and instant coffee in the room. I will definitely stay here every time I have flight from Chopin. The only thing I would like to recommend to Hotel - add more hygiene items: slippers, dental kit, separate shampoo and conditioner, and also an ironing board + iron. For travellers it’s very important to have a possibility get fully ready next part of journey.
