Second time staying up here. Very nice hotel. The only negative was you could hear a door shutting not sure which one but super loud and happened on and off throughout the night and day! Also fyi there is a parking charge of $17.00. All the staff was extremely nice check in and out, cleaning attendants and especially the bartenders.
The hotel was gorgeous. The river view rooms were awesome and roomy. The indoor pool with the glass windows and fire pits outside were amazing as well as the Staff and the restaurant/bar!

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality.
The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations.
I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay.

The front desk ladies were very nice and accommodating when we had plumbing issues and got us into a new room ASAP!
The building is in remodel but the remodeled side we stayed in was very nice!
The hotel was very good. My only complaint is that the water, for a shower at 9:00pm at night, was barely room temperature. Was very disappointed for such a nice hotel in every other way. Would reconsider staying again if it was in colder weather. I certainly hope that was an exception and not the norm.
Breakfast was also somewhat disappointing. No half and half (only Coffee-Mate) and no butter, only whipped margarine. Seemed pitiful. The hot food was marginal. The baked goods (I had a croissant, and my husband had a cinnamon scone) were phenomenal though. I hope you continue with those as they made up for the other food.
Also, Jasmine (our stay 10/11) was extremely helpful. She was clearly very busy working but when I asked if she had time for a question, she didn't look annoyed at all or miss a beat. She answered my questions with a great attitude. I then asked for directions, and she actually walked me outside so she could point out where to walk, along with sharing landmarks along the way so I could be confidant in where I was going. She is definitely an asset to your hotel as her hard work, knowledge and great attitude really shone. If I lived locally, I'd love to hire her with those stand-out qualities which seem hard to find these days.

My husband and I were celebrating Valentine’s weekend. The check in process was fine. The room however was not. There was mold in the shower, and the bed was lumpy, hard and uncomfortable. We didn’t even stay the entire night. After about an hour of not being able to sleep, we got up and left and headed home.

VERY COMFORTABLE BED (PILLIOSW NOT SO MUCH) SHOWER GOT REALLY HOT WHICH WE REALLY APPROECIATED. ONLY ISSUE FOR US IS THAT WE DID HAVE A PET SMELL THAT WAS UNBEARABLE AT TIMES BUT THEY SAID THEY DONT BELIEVE OUR ROOM HAD A PET IN THERE BEFORE OUR STAY. I HAVE BAD ALLERGIES AND SNEEZED ALL NIGHT LONG

Le service de l'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. Je lui ai relégué que j'avais appelé Trip.com il y a quelques mois, juste après un ami et j'ai loué une chambre.
Nous avons loué une chambre à 15 h ou plus. J'avais dit que la puissance dans notre chambre - la télévision, les lampes, la micro-ondes, frig. , n'était pas fonctionnelle. Nous avons posé une plainte dans le bureau de front à 18 h. La question n'a pas été résolue jusqu'à ce que la suite soit ultérieure, à 10 h environ. Environ une heure après cela, le temps de coucher est donc 95% des téléspectateurs, micro-ondes, etc., ont été éliminés.
Quand j'ai mis la téléphonie dans Trip,.com il y a quelques mois, je n'ai reçu aucune suite jusqu'à hier soir. L'appelant a demandé une réaction sur ma chambre. J'ai passé tout ce qui avait eu lieu. Elle a également voulu des contributions sur la façon dont ils pouvaient s'améliorer. Il est très simple de se concentrer sur l'étiquette et la satisfaction des clients.

CCaitlyn R.Beautiful property, very kind staff! Close to downtown, but I wouldn’t call it walking distance. In-house cafe, restaurant, and self-service shop area. I did think nearly $7 for a small smartwater was a bit much, but that’s just convenience pricing, really. Very nice lounging spots, inside and out. Multiple entrances make it a short distance no matter where you’re at in the parking lot.
Sucks they don’t have a pool, but they do have a fitness area so that’s good. Honestly didn’t care for the TV in the room much. Wish there was a better way to get on any streaming service instead of having to figure out Bluetooth (which I couldn’t) or having to bring a Roku stick or something.

Apprécié l'étape supplémentaire. ❤️

The front desk staff was friendly and checked me in quickly and gave me my hotel key directed me to the elevators and where I could park my vehicle. The room was standard. nothing special the bed was comfortable, and I did like the fact that there were USB ports on each side of the bed as well as at the desk. I do wish they had had toothbrush and toothpaste for guests in the room because I had forgotten mine. It would’ve all been nice if they had had a complementary comb for guest to use overall eight out of 10

IInvitéThis is the one of the worse experiences at Hyatt. The King Room Suite had a super tiny bathroom, The toilet seat was located at the door opening, the door barely brushed the toilet seat and it was cut in so it would not block the toilet seat. There was only one person working at the desk, she looked visibly frustrated when I asked her for 2 glasses for drinking water, said she was alone. Did not try the breakfast. One whole Hyatt Place Hotel was run by one person? Very disappointed with this location, Will not stay at Hyatt in the future.

Room decoration was excellent - nice and colorful. But found the room a bit dark in the evening.
Upstairs 6th floor bar and lounge was excellent - server Lee was superb!
And a hotel suited more for leisure and vacation travelers. Breakfast service does not start until 8:00 am, and was on the slow side. And no in-room coffee.
So would highly recommend for a leisure stay in Louisville - would re-think for a business stay.
