Hôtels avec bars à Province de Lusaka, Zambie

I usually have a good time at the resort and stayed a couple of times. This time from the start, there were a few things: I had asked reception because we were going early, to have the breakfast boxes for the kids early to take at 5:30. When we got to the restaurant in the evening it took a while to be served. When we got the kids in the shower, there were no towels and when we phoned it took a while. We also phoned to ask for normal milk as my child can’t have creomora and they said they would bring but never did. Then our taxi driver let us down so I called reception to book an airport shuttle in the morning and she said she would call back but never did. Eventually after I called back, they got back to me with results. Didn’t tell me the price though. When we checked out at 5:30, they didn’t have the breakfast boxes. And told us our taxi was K400 per head! So all in all, wasn’t a great one.

The service at this hotel is amazing, everyone made me feel very welcome every day. The breakfast was very good, and as someone who stayed here for 2 weeks there was enough variety each day that I didn’t get very bored by the end. Housekeeping was great and provided ample amenities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only downside of this hotel is its location in the CBD, which is not a safe area and experiences heavy traffic almost every day, especially during rush hour. However, the hotel itself is very safe, in the sense that I was not worried that any harm would come to me once I was inside the building. Additionally, there were often glitches with the WiFi, but unfortunately that is the case in most places in Zambia and the connectivity was usually stable enough to do video calls.

設施：都很新，有牙刷牙膏，有拖鞋，沒有吹風機。有熱水壺，但是壞了，打電話給前台換了個好的。 衞生：房間打掃的很乾凈。免費水是瓶子灌裝的。打掃衞生後會忘記放水。 環境：周邊有中餐館，有中國超市。 服務：服務沒有很突出，也不差。

Les équipements de télécommunications sont très bien adaptés à la situation de l'hôtel. Le personnel était tout aussi utile et savable. Pas de places dans l'hôtel, mais un grand bar et un restaurant à côté de la porte.

Very convenient location, opposite east park mall when you can shop most daily staff or get nice food. Staffs are very friendly and helpful too.

Le Taj comme d'habitude n'a pas été déçu. C'est un grand lieu avec toutes les installations que vous voulez. Grand valeur par rapport à d'autres lieux qui n'ont pas la gamme d'installations et de services que vous y arrivez. C'est certainement le premier de la liste quand à Lusaka!

Location parfaite et hôtel propre. Le petit déjeuner continental était bon. Un peu bruyant jour @ lobby/restaurant, car c'est le lieu où la plupart des membres du personnel de l'hôtel restent pour regarder la télévision 😀😃😄 . La piscine était propre. Place recommandée pour un séjour familial.

Great location and very hospitable staff. Literally in the center of most activities.

The reception was amazing and I loved the food. However I feel the hotel should invest more in their recreational facilities for example the hotel does not have a spa.The room itself was nice and the bathroom clean though not spacious as I expected.The dining area is very clean as well and I loved it.
