Mon séjour a été extrêmement agréable ! La chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse, offrant une belle sensation d'espace. Les équipements étaient complets et bien entretenus, ce qui était très pratique. L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal, dans un quartier de choix à proximité de nombreux centres commerciaux et restaurants. Les arrêts de bus et les attractions touristiques sont accessibles à pied, facilitant grandement les déplacements. La plage est également toute proche. L'hôtel était propre et bien tenu, et le service était chaleureux. En résumé, mon séjour a été confortable et sans souci. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel lors d'un voyage en Australie ; il offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Excellent location, lovely apartment, and great facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Novotel, surtout son emplacement idéal : à seulement 5 à 8 minutes à pied de Surfers Paradise. Le balcon et la vue sont magnifiques (voir photos). Le tramway est à 5 minutes à pied. On trouve d'excellents restaurants à moins de 5 minutes. Nous espérons y retourner bientôt ! Et bien sûr, la piscine chauffée et le spa, ainsi que la salle de fitness (gratuite pour les clients de l'hôtel), étaient un vrai plus.

The Mantra Hotel has outstanding location. It is directly in front of the Woolworths supermarket - the best option in central Cairns. It's also virtually opposite (the esplanade side)the lagoon public beachfront swimming pool. Finally it's just a 5 minute walk from Cairns Cruise Terminal, with outstanding day trips to Green Island, Fitzroy Island and the Reef. I booked a sea view room. When you enter the room, you don't see the ocean, but a building across the road. However, the view from the balcony was amazing. The balcony overlooks the main features of lagoon on the sea front. During the day it is great view - the lagoon pools and sea in the background. At night you cannot see the sea (as to be expected) but you have the amazing lagoon lights, which makes it very desirable and even romantic. Our room was at the end of block, which overlooks a shopping mall (no car noise) - looking right from the balcony is the lagoon view and looking left is a mountain view. However, from 2:00pm to 6:00pm the sun comes directly into the balcony area, which means it unusable until sun sets. Of course if you don't mind baking in the sun on the balcony, this is not really a concern. The room itself is pretty basic. The mini fridge of OK and TV has domestic channels only - no cable TV for BBC/CNN. The bathroom is of a good size. There is combined shower & bath. However, when using the shower, it can slightly flood this bathroom. A shower curtain may be desirable because the glass panel is not sufficient enough. At $225 per night this hotel was not cheap and you can better deals by coming in the off-season OR going bit further down the esplanade, and choosing another hotel. The Mantra does have its own pool and it is wonderfully heated, with normal deck chairs you would expect at 4 star hotel. However, the pool gets very little natural sunlight, because it of its location between 2 buildings. Overall, the hotel has amazing location, and it is still recommended, despite the shortcomings mentioned. My final note: When we checked in, I was impressed with the level of service provided by the receptionist. She had a very welcome attitude and a wonderful personality.

Very comfortable night sleep, room was clean staff were helpful. Please note the lift is currently under construction so you may need to use the stairs, the stairs are not suitable for children as they have horizontal rails with large gaps. The restraunts buffet looked like it had a decent selection but we did not have it as it was $16each our two and three year olds.

Beautiful gorgeous apartment. We booked the beachfront view and it was absolutely perfect. Unobstructed view of the ocean + tennis courts. Pool was warm, clean and refreshing. Beautful long walk by the beach to Surfers Paradise. Bus stop a minute away to go anywhere in GC. Service by Luke, the young blonde guy at reception was a 2/5. We were given a room that didn't have a working dishwasher & dryer. Luke didn't even attempt to make any suggestions to help us. We had to return the next day to ask the older lady if we could use another dryer as we had a lot of wet clothes from being at the beach daily and at the pool. Our first day, we loaded the dishwasher and left for town only to come back to a flooded kitchen. We cleaned up without making a fuss. Service needs to be better.

This was not our first stay and in the main it was good. We stayed twice on this trip with a stint on Magnetic Island in between. Service on our departure stay was while not bad was marred by the gentleman who was abrupt and less than enthusiastic about being helpful. We arrived in the morning knowing we couldn’t get in until later and were greeted by a friendly and helpful reception attendant. Who said we would let us know by text as soon as a room was available for us. We took that to mean if we could enter our room before the scheduled check in time we would get a message. We never got a message. In fact we had ran out of ways to entertain ourselves and keep cool with just under an hour to check in time. So we went to the reception to assign the room was ready and were grumpily informed our room wasn’t ready and that is why we had not had a text. We understood this could be the case but the summary dismissal was far from reasonable customer service. No apology given we had patiently waited for over four hours already. We waited in the lobby and watched as others were given rooms. Why we had to wait while others did not was given no explanation and made no senseh to us. When check in time came and went is when I had to contain myself. One thing for us to be shunned for being early but for them to tell our room was not available at the time the business had committed to was very frustrating. It showed they had no system and were unprepared to provide reasonable customer service. We waited patiently and thankfully not for much longer and maintained our positive countenance. Thank goodness the room was,while only on the first floor, the better of rooms we had stayed in and worth the wait had it been managed better. If it weren’t for the grumpy reception we would have rated this trip more highly. Hopefully this business can get its cleaning process and attitude to customers of male staff improved the location value and room would be highly recommended as is a little work to do.

Initiali a été donnée une chambre qui était face à la piscine de disco,super bruyant à nite.they oni stop high 1am, je ne pouvais pas dormir et a eu une mauvaise maux de tête le matin suivant.Heureusement ils ont réussi à m'aider à changer de chambre à l'autre côté après mon retour. L'hôtel est situé à quelques pas du centre-ville de la plage et du paradis où tout le repas est.il sera bon si les frais de parking sont complémentaires pour les séjours de l'hôtel.

C'est un endroit fabuleux où séjourner. Nous avons choisi une chambre studio, avec vue sur l'océan, et cela en valait vraiment la peine. Bien que nous soyons arrivés tard, nous avons contacté le personnel d'appel à la porte et ils nous ont expliqué le processus d'enregistrement. Le service était gentil et réactif tout au long. Le seul petit inconvénient était que les chambres ne sont nettoyées qu'une fois tous les 8 jours. Cependant, lorsque nous avons demandé des serviettes propres, ils étaient heureux de les fournir. Le complexe aquatique est charmant - la piscine est un peu froide pour l'hiver, mais le spa était confortable et nous avons vraiment apprécié le sauna. Le petit déjeuner était inclus et nous avions le choix entre trois cafés dans le complexe, avec une cuisine délicieuse à tous les trois. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner !

Un très bel endroit où séjourner, les chambres sont très claires, le personnel était sympathique et serviable. En ce qui concerne l'emplacement, il se trouve à environ 20 minutes de la zone principale du paradis.
