IInvitéQuite happy with my stay, Doubletree is ideal for a solo retreat in a quiet place or for family, you’ll find both peace and leisure activities for families. Excellent service and helpful staff, I stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it, the staff accommodated me with early checkout and late breakfast.
IInvitéA very VERY strange experience here I must say.. I arrived at the 28 bed dorm room (even though trip.com said it was 10 bed) and there was no sign of any other life in the dorm at all. Most of the beds looked like they had been made months ago and nobody had slept in them since because they were covered in a layer of dust and dirt.. I went back to reception to ask what was going on and they said I’m the only one booked in so I just accepted it as it was. However, later on when I was sitting the bar a member of staff approached me and told me I had been upgraded (because supposedly the dorms weren’t clean due to a big group having checked out yesterday) so I ended up spending two nights in a luxurious Bure, the first night shared with someone else who was booked in for the dorms. The Bure was beautiful and spotless and I am very grateful for the upgrade. The outside shower was also very nice!
The breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from! Eggs, sausages, beans, bread, cakes, yogurts, fruit, multiple cereals, tea, coffee and juice, one morning there were pancakes.
The only downsides to this resort is they don’t have any activities or excursions of their own and they direct you to the hotel further along - I did snorkelling there which costs $75 - the whole thing felt rushed in my opinion and the trip wasn’t worth the money. We got barely any time in the water and there was no time to stop and observe anything, seemed like the guys on the boat just wanted to get it all over and done with as fast as possible.
IInvitéWe stayed at Club Fiji for our entire 5-day visit, and after exploring the area during our stay, we believe it was the best choice in Nadi. Why did we love it?
The location is fantastic — right on the beach (we stayed in a beachfront bure), close to the airport but without any airplane noise. There’s a convenient free shuttle to many activities like the Vau Contemporary Dance performance or a Denarau snorkel cruise, and a taxi to Nadi town costs about 10 FJD.
Our beachfront bure was newly renovated, clean, and had everything we needed — not fancy but comfortable. The beds were made regularly if we weren’t in the room when housekeeping came by.
The grounds are stunning, with beautifully kept gardens and loads of chill-out spots — beach beds under umbrellas, hammocks on palm trees, two pools, and lovely spaces to eat or have a drink.
The service was very personal, with staff always checking if we needed anything. They even have a travel expert on-site to help plan your activities and bookings.
Entertainment happens most nights, ranging from the unique way dinners are served (like Korean grills or beach BBQs) to concerts and local celebrations.
Food-wise, the buffet breakfast is simple but adequate since there are few other options nearby; the à la carte dinner menu is decent, but the special grills are outstanding.
We really loved the authentic Fijian atmosphere here, which felt very different from the typical all-inclusive resorts—it had a feeling you couldn’t find just anywhere in the world.
IInvitéI stayed in the female dorm and thought it was great! Had a peaceful nights sleep both nights I was there. It seemed pretty clean to me. The bathroom facilities were fine.
Unfortunately, after having a “fresh fruit smoothie” (fresh fruit is questionable.. it was a white milkshake by the looks of things, see pics) I was violently ill and spent the rest of my time at Smugglers in my bed.
I thought the bar/grill was a bit expensive for what you got, I had a deckhands breakfast and I was still hungry afterwards (see pics).
Also the pool is quite small and it’s right in the middle of all the tables chairs, I didn’t see anyone swimming in there ever. There also isn’t much of a beach.
The majority of the staff were super friendly and helpful!! Especially the ones at reception.
There is a desk for booking a wide range of excursions, I didn’t book any though but heard from other guests that they enjoyed them.
JJacq HoA little far away from from Nadi airport but is a great resort when staying to R&R. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Resort activities were great.
If not going out for activities or town visit, then should consider getting the food inclusive package as food on site is expensive anyway.
PPum_PumWe had a wonderful 4-day stay at this lovely beachfront property. The location is fantastic—just steps away from a well-maintained beach, offering a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The hospitality of the staff truly stood out; everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with warm smiles.
I stayed in the Frangipani room, which featured a unique outdoor bathroom that added a charming touch to the overall experience. The bar and bartender deserve a special mention—the drinks were excellent, and the overall vibe was relaxed and enjoyable. The food served throughout my stay was also quite good, with a decent variety and great taste.
