Booked 2 rooms for a family of 4. A true five star ⭐ experience as all the amenities were top notch . Best accommodation in Mumbai’s financial hub. Metro station is only 10 minutes walk from this hotel. We could not find any fault. Best breakfast we have ever had as they had multi-cuisine options for all the guests.All staff, from reception to house keeping and restaurant were so friendly, attentive, polite and respectful. We requested a surprise birthday cake for our son’s birthday and they kindly arranged a little birthday celebration during breakfast. The restaurant staff were great. We will stay in this hotel every time we visit Mumbai. Our best wishes to Trident and their staff. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ highly recommend.

This place has a 120 years of Legacy banner but actually is the 120 years of bureaucrassy. Had two visits of the technician - first one when the washroom door got locked on its own. On calling they sent support after 15 minutes - upon reminder the receptionist very bluntly stated these take time. The service staff came and said the doors are old and this is normal. Great, so no repair Next day we find our room supply failed at 550AM. On calling them service staff once again appeared after 15 minutes and while they politely regretted the situation they spent 20 minutes exploring and eventually the boy shouted - sir it's the same LED driver in wardrobe - so once again we find a known issue disturbing our sleep/ stay. Room service for water refill takes 10 minutes. It could be that Indians are treated poorly at this iconic place but I have had a better experience in Paharganj than here. On checkout I was asked my email again when on check-in I had put everything. I was told we might have had technical issues. Each issue is completely small in itself but series of such careless events in a day's stay and the crass attitude of delay only leads me to write this long rant. So much for the most known name for hotels in India. Avoid - choose the ITC which is much much better and no-nonsense.

The hotel is situated near to Mumbai Airport Terminal 2. There is nothing nearby the hotel area, not even a convenient store. It is suitable for short business trip where just needs nearby airport transport due to heavy traffic in Mumbai. Overall, the hotel room is clean and having infinite view to aircraft parking bay. Able to see the flight taxiing if you are staying in right room view. The breakfast has range of variety of Indian and western fusion. However, a minus point is the kitchen never change the breakfast menu. It happened to be exactly same menu for my 4 night stays. Perhaps the kitchen can change at least 1 or 2 dishes in the future.

The serene and beautiful beach is perfect for relaxation, and a nearby restaurant serves delicious food, making it a great spot to enjoy the evening with loved ones. Guests can also engage in activities like cycling and swimming, while the lush greenery enhances the overall charm. The only drawback is that the room service can be slow, which could be improved. Otherwise, it's a fantastic destination for a peaceful getaway.

I checked into the hotel early. The room wasn't ready yet so I went and had breakfast. The international buffet spread was really good, and service from restaurant staff was 10/10 - they were attentive and made sure I had everything. A while later, the reception staff came to inform me personally that my room was ready, and they gave me a nice quiet room like I asked for. There was an accident during my stay, in which the security guard accidentally broke my photo frame which I had just purchased. The duty manager was super nice and had it sent for repair, and next day, I was able to get my photo frame before I flew home. The staff were so apologetic, and sent me some lovely sweets as well as a sincere, handwritten note. Altogether, I had a wonderful stay and will be back if I'm ever in the area.

location is best near to beach , veg food is really good , amenities and services are also good . staff is friendly and helps in settle down

We had the most amazing 2 days at Taj Lands End. We had previously been in Bandra for 12 days and our return flight got postponed due to Typhoon Ragaga. By this time we were over the noise and chaos of Bandra and needed a peaceful luxury retreat to decompress and recharge. We had amazing massages, food, service at Taj. The hotel was first rate and the staff amazing. We will be back.

Отель нормальный. Персонал отзывчивый, предоставил возможность переехать в другой номер. Уборка ежедневная. Завтраки есть, мини шведский стол, но нам не очень понравилась еда по вкусовым качествам (острая), нужно просить принести блюда, т.к быстро заканчивались, помещение для приема пищи не очень уютное.

hôtel très bon à Jaipur, calme, relaxant, de hautes normes. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses, le lit est très confortable. Le service est précis et gentil. Nous avons connu un petit problème dans la salle de bains et le concierge a envoyé immédiatement des gens pour la réparation. Le petit déjeuner est magnifique : les visiteurs peuvent trouver ce qu'ils veulent goûter et la nourriture est très bonne. Le soir où nous avons assisté à un dîner au Chaandi (surprisellement, le restaurant n'est pas mentionné sur les cartes Google au moment de l'écriture de cette révision): ici nous avons goûté quelques délicieux aliments du nord de l'Inde, et sa qualité est excellente et compète ou même dépasse certains des meilleurs restaurants que vous pouvez trouver à Delhi.
