Stayed here for one night. Overall, it was an okay experience but with some downsides. The main issue was the noise — there’s a club opposite the hotel, and the music was very loud throughout the night. Even from our room (not directly next to it), we could clearly hear the bass, which made it quite difficult to sleep. The room itself was generally clean, but the bathroom could use improvement. The bathtub was slightly moldy and felt slippery, and the showerhead leaked, causing water to spread onto the bathroom floor. Food was average — nothing memorable. The chicken was overcooked and the noodles were a bit too salty. On the positive side, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a 7-Eleven conveniently located right next door. Overall, it’s an okay stay for a short trip, but the noise and bathroom condition were the main drawbacks.

Excellent service. Well maintained. Met my requirements for the hotel we booked. Wide spread of breakfast from Chinese, Malay and Indian cuisines. Looking down from my hotel is the primary school for boys 👦 and good scenery from the hotel room.

Je n'ai pas pu prendre beaucoup de photos, mais le séjour n'a pas été très agréable. L'hôtel est situé près de l'autoroute et c'est assez bruyant au milieu de la nuit. Nous n'avons pas bien dormi. La poignée de la porte des toilettes était défectueuse. Le shampoing et le gel douche nous ont irrité la peau, comme du savon pour les mains. Il n'y avait pas de chaînes locales, seulement des plateformes de streaming. Le lit était affaissé et les oreillers trop mous. Les draps étaient également tachés. Le service client a été très réactif et serviable, ce qui est un bon point. Je ne recommanderais pas cette chambre. Les étages supérieurs sont peut-être plus confortables.

Stayed at Sand & Sandals Resort in Desaru and it was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort has a spacious, tropical vibe with big rooms, comfy beds, and a nice balcony to unwind. The pool area is great for chilling, and the beach is just a short walk away — perfect for morning strolls and golden hour photos. Service was friendly, and the location made it easy to get around for food, activities, and day trips. It’s a solid choice if you want a fuss-free, beachside stay that feels calm and refreshing. Overall, a pleasant resort for couples, families, or a girls’ trip getaway. 🌊💛

My husband and I had a wonderful, awesome stay at Tunamaya. A big shout-out to Ms Aten at the front desk! Thank you, Aten, for the room upgrade, and for your wonderful service! Not only had you welcomed us warm-heartedly, you and your colleagues had treated us with care and kindness. The upgraded room which you've given us was fantastic! It had the best view ever! The room was super clean, bed and pillows were so comfortable, and shower was great too.. two thumbs up! Un geste totalement inplanné... mais il s'est avéré parfait. Le service de la chambre est très confortable et très confortable. La cuisine était facile à trouver, le lavage était pratique... juste une chose que j'avais manqué : n'avais pas la chance de profiter de la piscine. 😅 Globalement, très recommandé et je suis certainement resté à nouveau.J'espère attraper plus de promotions la prochaine fois! ✨💛

Only one access card given for airbnb. Additional card needs to be requested at another deposit. After 3pm, password not gicen and gave to keep chasing them. Very slow in hand over. Compared to other air bnb vendors like Anju, there is way room for for improvement.

Place was nice in that the sights are beautiful. Refer to pics Checkin was also pretty seamless. Do read all instructions carefully though. The upkeep of the place is however not so good. One of the rooms aircon was leaking, bedsheet & towels were not too clean. Saving grace is that the administrator is very very nice and patient. He also provided new disposable towels and allowed late late checkout.

Location was good n da sea view super nice ,da cleaning can be more better cos da flooring feel Abit sticky n a lot of ants ,n also da room without cabinet to hang our clothing 😅 , easy to check in n da office counter girls are friendly 🤗

I booked this resort for the beach & sunrise. Location is good due to it has nice & clean beach with lots of hermit crabs. Caught a nice sunrise early in the morning as well. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The resort may look outdated but the room is clean, swimming pool & water park are well maintained. Parking is easy. The resort has beautiful peacocks (white and colourful). Breakfast spread is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. We managed to buy some simpler fireworks at the town. We checked with the staff. The staff was kind to bring us to a nice spot to light up the fireworks in a safe way.
