The best things about this room are - fantastic expansive view of the surrounding. - swing chair overlooking outside. - Japan style concept living room and 1 of the bedrooms. - easy to collect key. - have food shops nearby. - aircons good. - amenities provided. What I don’t like - toilet shower very cramp area - ants in living room and dining area - the Japan concept bedroom is right above aircon compressor so not good for light sleepers as it will run a loud humming sound every few minutes.

Je n'ai pas pu prendre beaucoup de photos, mais le séjour n'a pas été très agréable. L'hôtel est situé près de l'autoroute et c'est assez bruyant au milieu de la nuit. Nous n'avons pas bien dormi. La poignée de la porte des toilettes était défectueuse. Le shampoing et le gel douche nous ont irrité la peau, comme du savon pour les mains. Il n'y avait pas de chaînes locales, seulement des plateformes de streaming. Le lit était affaissé et les oreillers trop mous. Les draps étaient également tachés. Le service client a été très réactif et serviable, ce qui est un bon point. Je ne recommanderais pas cette chambre. Les étages supérieurs sont peut-être plus confortables.

Location near to ferry terminal,easy access to and from terminal to hotel because both in same building but different level. Ferry terminal at level two. Hotel lobby at level one. Service ok. Breakfast ok many choices But negative points, within and surrounding hotel there are clubs, noisy at night that disturb peace especially if your room is at lower level. Here the clubs n shop in building serve n sell liquor too...saw drunk lady outside hotel at night. Feel uncomfortable. Car park n hotel use different lift so has to ask security guard how to get to hotel lobby after parking at multilevel car park. Quite complicated so need to ask specific directions to hotel lobby from car park . Hotel building not new, but clean, room quite spacious, superb view from room at level 15 overlooking the sea.

First time staying at this hotel. Away from the busyness of the town area. It's a quiet town and nothing much can be done except for those that having plans to Legoland. They have a mini Medini Mall. Full with eateries and a supermarket. Smooth check in and grateful to be given a late check out. A little bit rub down cause it's residence but for a night stay, no complains. Rooms comes with kitchen, microwave, big fridge and utensils. Will definetly come again for a short stay.

Accès direct au parc d'eau d'aventure au niveau 1. Tout leur personnel est amiable. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Il y a beaucoup de chambres, c'est assez habitué à marcher (mais pendant les vacances, il est très occupé, ils ont fait de leur mieux pour vous attribuer la meilleure chambre qu'ils ont.) Le parc est ouvert, c'est une petite affaire si vous êtes en train de pluier. Le salon de la Royalty est un service très bon, surtout quand il y a Imbitas (peut être orthographié mal) et Bella. Le salon est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. Le menu de la cuisine est très bien placé, mais il est très facile de trouver des produits de la cuisine. Pas nécessaire de réserver sur Trip. peut aussi réserver directement, car nous avons manqué certains paquets. Ils reviendront certainement.

We booked Studio and before we check-in we found Studio room have to share living & kitchen area with other. During check-in we requested upgrading to Suite instead but Suites are all sold out but staff kind enough blocked the other Studio room for us. Really appreciate it. The swimming pool there not clean and have a lots of leaf in the pool and the seating bench at the poolside also broken. But the sunset at the beach there really amazing. That was the only things which enlighten our stay.

Location was good n da sea view super nice ,da cleaning can be more better cos da flooring feel Abit sticky n a lot of ants ,n also da room without cabinet to hang our clothing 😅 , easy to check in n da office counter girls are friendly 🤗

Decent place to stay in JB. Had to chat with owner as my booking details on trip did not match what owner gave me but in the end it was fine. Bathroom door was squeaky and water pressure is bad. But overall other than that it was ok.

Hotel condition need a lot of renovations, wear and tear. Space under utilised, more can be done to attract business/guest. Check in was slow only 3 counters, waiting time almost 1 hr for my case as room was not assigned. Came to check in 4+pm. Rooms to lift/lobby also a walk away… lift needs maintenance too. Room spacious, aircon was good. Tv channels only spore channels and lag. I wish there were local channels at least. Water heater was not working at 2nd day. Not sure why. Breakfast there were varieties but easily finish. Need to wait to replenish. Parking quite big but if comeback late, may not be available. Hotel will assist on parking. May comeback if they do major renovations otherwise not recommended not for fussy guest.
