Pas très satisfait de la taille de la chambre et des autres services. J'ai réservé ma chambre avec petit-déjeuner et dîner compris. Définir le petit-déjeuner avec un minimum de propagation. Le dîner était également fixé avec seulement trois options au choix.

The location is perfect, beautiful mountains and the sea and wonderful Sun. The place like a paradise, like cuddled in. It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

Ce n'est pas la première fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel. Comme toujours, le service est excellent. J'ai demandé à choisir une chambre, je suis allé la visiter et j'ai choisi celle qui me plaisait le plus. Tout est nettoyé le matin et on apporte de l'eau. La vue est magnifique. J'ai apprécié les petits-déjeuners. Les dîners sont moins bons, le choix est plus restreint et plutôt limité pour cette catégorie d'hôtel. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le spa : le personnel, surtout les non-russophones, est très sympathique (la jeune femme kazakhe communique avec insolence, laissant un arrière-goût désagréable). Il est également agréable de se prélasser au bord de la piscine. Il y a une chaise longue confortable sur le balcon. Et cette fois, il y avait de nouveaux peignoirs moelleux et amples. Pour une raison inconnue, il n'y avait pas de bonnet de douche ni de brosse à dents avec du dentifrice ; parfois, il y en a, parfois pas. J'ai été très agréablement surpris par un compliment de l'hôtel : une assiette de fruits et une bouteille de vin. Merci beaucoup, je reviendrai sans hésiter. C'est appréciable que le personnel réponde très rapidement aux demandes. Beaucoup de russophones.

J'y suis en vacances depuis 3 ans maintenant. J'aime beaucoup l'hôtel : - personnel sympathique - zone propre - un excellent choix de plats au restaurant - des soirées musicales décentes Il vaut mieux prendre des chambres avec vue sur la montagne 😵💫

Located in the middle of old town, surrounding with many restaurant, bars and shops, easily to reach many places by walking and value for money.

Nous avions opté pour la formule tout compris. L'hôtel propose une multitude d'activités et de loisirs, ainsi qu'un grand nombre de restaurants et de bars. Il y avait même trop de choix ; au début, j'étais un peu intimidée par cette abondance. Étant intolérante au gluten et au lactose, j'ai apprécié le buffet de desserts spécialement conçu pour les personnes intolérantes au gluten. Les chambres étaient propres et agréables. La vue était imprenable. Le domaine comprend des piscines, des courts de tennis, une plage, un jardin et de nombreux autres équipements, tous en bon état. Le service était également excellent.

Très bon hôtel. Parce que c'est l'automne, il n'y a pas beaucoup de gens, le magasin a donné la chambre dans un salon séparé, très calme. Il y a également un réfrigérateur de lave-linge. Le personnel du restaurant est également enthousiaste et gentil et la nourriture est très frais. Un séjour chaud et chaud est très confortable.

L'hôtel a dépassé nos attentes. Nous en attendions moins lors de la réservation. Les chambres offrent une vue sur la mer, les lits sont confortables et le linge de maison est de qualité. Le ménage est fait quotidiennement et les produits de toilette sont renouvelés. La cuisine est excellente, avec un large choix de plats, notamment de la viande, du poisson, des fruits et une grande variété de desserts. Le bar du hall propose une carte de cocktails variée et le service est rapide. En soirée, des concerts et un piano animent le hall. Une mini-disco est organisée pour les enfants, ainsi que des spectacles en soirée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la musique et le spectacle de magie. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine, mais l'eau est vivifiante ; nous ne l'avons pas trouvée chaude. Trois saunas de taille standard sont cependant accessibles gratuitement. La salle de sport est bien équipée et la quantité et la qualité des appareils de musculation sont impressionnantes. Que des avantages ! La promenade du front de mer, avec sa piste cyclable et son parcours de jogging, est à proximité. D'ailleurs, il est possible de louer des vélos et des trottinettes électriques sur la promenade via une application. Le seul inconvénient est que l'hôtel se trouve en périphérie de la ville, un peu loin du centre, mais la vue sur les montagnes est magnifique.

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

L'emplacement est excellent, les chambres sont belles et les équipements sont assez récents, même le canapé-lit est de bonne qualité. Nous avons manqué le dîner à notre arrivée, et ils nous ont spontanément préparé un repas 👍. Il faisait assez froid en février avec la pluie, et nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner la climatisation la nuit, pensant qu'il n'y en avait pas. Nous avons enduré deux nuits et ce n'est qu'au moment du départ que nous avons découvert qu'il y avait du chauffage via la climatisation, et qu'ils auraient pu nous changer de chambre si nous l'avions signalé. La gastronomie est le point fort de cet hôtel, les trois repas (petit-déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner) sont vraiment abordables et variés. À une époque où les prix flambent en Turquie, c'était une excellente affaire même sans avoir utilisé les installations de loisirs. De plus, ils nous ont offert des roses pour la Saint-Valentin 🌹, merci 😍.
