Hôtel génial avec un super personnel !! J’étais contente de pouvoir cuisiner pour mon bébé dans un studio tout en ayant un super petit dej servi ! Les gens y sont très gentils. L’hôtel est très propre et bien situé !

This stay was absolutely magnificent from arrival to departure, upgraded as we arrived at the hotel. The staff, incredible! Always doing more than asked, going out of their way to assist in making plans, arranging transport or just providing extra information. Shout out to Claudia, who was patient and articulate. She stopped her work in order to attend to me at all times. Shout out to Dewald, humorous, witty and exquisitely piquant. Always up for a conversation amd willing to make anything amd everything more convenient for the guests. Rennia and Alice, ebullient and light-hearted, i felt the care and meticulous nature of their work through all they did, and the smiles they provided, thank you! The entire staff, quite warm and accommodating! Clean room, aesthetically modern and quaint. 100% recommended, convenient location for all your needs!

Our experience at this hotel went above and beyond our wildest expectations! The hotel's exquisite location grants you a balcony view of the ocean and the majestic Table Mountain as a backdrop. The level of service we received was truly exceptional, leaving us thoroughly impressed. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the range of amenities provided was more than generous. The rooms themselves strike a perfect balance between spaciousness and coziness, creating a truly inviting atmosphere. A noteworthy feature that sets this hotel apart is the complimentary mini bar, offering a variety of snacks and drinks – a rare find. What's even more remarkable is that these snacks are not only delicious but also cater to vegan and gluten-free preferences. Without a doubt, we are already making plans to return to this outstanding establishment in the future.

Had a splendid 2 night stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The staff made us feel so welcome. They are exceptionally polite and well informed on the surrounding area. We were provided with a map full of helpful suggestions, and a thorough introduction to the lodge and all it's facilities upon check-in. The lodge is located right next to Hermanus New Harbour and a few steps from the cliff path, which is well worth the walk. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. It opens onto a beautiful, well maintained garden area but a few steps from the pool. Breakfast was fantastic (reccommend the Full English!), and a lovely selection of breads, cereals, fruits, cold meats, yogurts etc at the buffet. Truly, no complaints. Would absolutely stay again.

Отель оставил исключительно положительные впечатления. Он расположен немного в стороне от самого Кейптауна, но для меня это оказалось большим преимуществом. Здесь царят тишина и уединение, ощущение спокойствия и полной безопасности — даже в позднее вечернее время можно чувствовать себя абсолютно комфортно. Территория вокруг отеля прекрасно развита: рядом есть разнообразные магазины, где можно найти всё необходимое, уютные сувенирные лавки, рестораны и кафе. Отдельно хочется отметить кофейни — кофе там действительно очень вкусный и атмосферный. Номера светлые, чистые и ухоженные, с потрясающим видом на океан. По состоянию номера — ни одного замечания: всё продумано и удобно. Уборка на высоком уровне. Персонал заслуживает отдельной похвалы — всегда вежливый, внимательный и готов помочь в любое время суток.

Nicely decorated lodge in safe neighborhood. Breakfast is good but choice is limited and same menu everyday, I stayed for 5 nights so it can get boring. Staffs are friendly and try to be helpful but lack follow ups. Cleanliness is good but my house keeping opened all my balcony door and toilet windows everyday after cleaning despite the fact that I requested them not to open any of them due to safety in Cape Town as well as bugs kept coming into my room with the wide open balcony and toilet. On the last night the house keeping even left their cleaning towel in my room on my night stand, and tried barging into my room with me being inside in early morning. Somewhat questionable on the high rating.

Perfection! I was pleasantly surprised when I received way more than expected! The attention to small details throughout this amazing venue really impressed me. Everything carefully and tastefully prepared for our convenience. Manageress Katie is extraordinary and made us feel like family with her home cooked 5-star quality perfect breakfasts. Will most certainly book this venue again whenever I go to beautiful Plettenberg Bay again! Real value for money & super affordable! Special thanks to Brigitte for spoiling me with the Whale room with the most stunning views even when the weather was cold & rainy. Le petit déjeuner était superbe, le petit déjeuner était superbe, la promenade était parfaite et la plage offerte était parfaite. J'ai été accueilli avec un verre et un toile-souris, avec des informations sur l'hôtel et la zone, plus une montre à la machine à café qui est complimentaire, avec des marshmallows et des biscuits/cookies à crème ! Merci encore, aimé la vibe du lieu, aimé la maison d'hôtes, le lit était énorme et dorm bien, a aimé mon séjour à Cape Town!

Das Hotel ist in gute Lage, in der Nähe von Hafen und Einkaufzentrum und 6 min Fahr zu die wunderschönes ”The Point.” Unser modernes Zimmer ist sehr gross, 60 cm. auf 2 Etage, mit Blick auf Hafen. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und wird in einem schönen Restaurant mit Meerblick serviert. Das Personal ist immer sehr nett. Parking ist gratis.

What a gem this place is. I had four extra days after a conference in Capetown and booked here after a brief online search.  Karen and Dave have made this a lovely place to be.  As soon as I arrived they invited me to a beer at the cozy pub onsite, gave me great advice on who to book with for shark diving and whale watching… and then later hiking in DeKelders … My “room” as a solo traveler was really a condo— a living room with kitchenette, and then upstairs the bedroom. Good food, good wifi, and good conversation made the experience an A +. Lulu the friendly dog cements the deal to make the place feel like home.!
